Stayed at this hotel as part of a friendly getaway. Good location with a market right outside and Eiffel Tower in close distance. Transport links were good too. Hotel ambiance was very nice and there’s open access to free tea and coffee via a machine all day.

We recently stayed at this hotel and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and even went above and beyond and we got complimentary upgrade to bigger and better room special thanks to manager of hotel. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view. The bed was soft and cozy, and I appreciated the extra touches like a complimentary water bottle and coffee maker. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. The fitness center was top-notch and had everything I needed for a great workout. I also loved spending time at the hotel's lobby, which was sparkling clean and had all what you need like coffee machine, beverages and iMac. Finally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was close to many great restaurants, attractions and public transportation,I loved being able to easily explore the local area. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff, amenities, and location all exceeded my expectations and made for a truly unforgettable experience, we will definitely back again.

Great location that when you walk up to the Main Street you have immediate views of the Eiffel Tower. It was quiet, no noise at night. Comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels and we enjoyed the sauna! Friendly staff

I had a good stay at this hotel. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The breakfast in the lounge looked really good but I didn't partake. Breakfast was offered but I would say if you are looking for a hotel with full room service, this isn't the best choice. I knew this when I booked but there was the ability to order using an Otely site. The site was supposed to allow you to order take out from nearby restaurants that would be delivered to your room. One day I had a long day of touring around Paris and was really tired so I decided to try it out but the site wasn't working. This site isn't owned by the hotel so it wasn't their fault but wanted to mention just so others are aware to plan ahead. Oh and FYI, the hotel lounge has better hot chocolate than the nearby restaurants. I tried hot chocolate at 2 restaurants near the hotel and the lounge's hot chocolate was much better. The staff was great and friendly. The room was small compared to American hotels but I thought it was just enough space for two.

Check in went smooth. The staff was nice and courteous and understood and spoke English well. The front is staffed 24 hours. The standard room and bathroom was small but I heard to be typical of the area. We were on the second floor at the end of the hall near the coffee lounge which was nice since I easily can get by coffee. They have a great coffee machine that gave really good espresso drinks. Only thing I wish they had were a fridge, microwave, and an iron. The location was nice and quiet, and away from busy tourist location but an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro. If I stayed here again I would look to get a larger room but nice stay overall.

This is a good hotel very close to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, modern, minimalist but comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best in town. The bar is open, and the concept of Honesty Bar is a convenient concept. The bed and bedding set will give you a very good rest for sure. There is a garden to read, smoke or having a chat. Very nice atmosphere. I will repeat this hotel in the future.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. I had a deluxe room and it was most comfortable with a desk in room. It was a bit hot - they have air conditioning but with the rain, it auto shut off. It is run by a third party. The hotel includes a breakfast buffet in the morning which is nice. They have bikes and umbrellas for rent. The location is close to unesco and the sites and good restaurants. I felt very safe as a woman walking around there alone. It is not a crowded area. Will stay there again.

Amazing hotel in a great location, we were able to walk to most places and it was also near public transportation which was a huge plus. Rooms were neat and clean. It has a small gym with some light weights. It has a really nice sauna which staff is always happy to setup for you. Overall 10/10.

Das Reinigungspersonal ist nicht professionell. Reinigungskräfte steigen mit den Gästen ins Aufzug rein. Zimmer Service klopft an der Tür , bevor die Gäste sich auschecken. Das Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Das Schuld an der Tür wird von den Reinigungskräften ignoriert.

Stayed 3 night 2 rooms. The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel is really more of a boutique sized hotel with the amenities small sized. The location was good but in a quite area. But the segur blvd subway station is about 8 min walk and you need to transfer to other lines to get to the attractions. We took Uber as well and it was usually about $25 to go from the hotel to any of the main attractions so it was convenient. the management needs to think of upgrading worn finishes such as furniture and carpeting. The bed was ok, neither soft or stiff. The bathroom was an issue. Very small and of course with the typical small European glass screen at the shower the floor gets very wet. They did not really clean while there. We could tell. The bathroom was not wiped with any cleaner or the carpet not vacuumed. I would expect at a four-star hotel that bathrooms and room should be cleaned and sanitized each day.

Soap & shampoo were awful. Housekeeping staff woke us every morning by knocking on the door and walking in, while sleeping. Floor rugs stained. Eggs were awful and not real. Not really close to anything other than the Eiffel Tower. Clearly only a two to three star hotel at best.

I’ve stayed here three or four times and have always enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location. This time, however, I noticed that the property is looking a bit shabby. Not terrible, but definitely in need of some attention. There was quite a large hole in the ceiling of the shower - a perfect place for mould to accumulate.

Excellent! We stayed here in 2014 and this time it was just as amazing. Tucked away from the noisy street, clean, good location, above and beyond staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. We will return for sure!! 10 Stars!!

Staff was great, very polite and helpful. Actual room wasnt great for this class of hotel. Shower glass was so small that it was impossible not to get water all over the bathroom floor.

Estadia maravilhosa, cama confortável, café da manhã IMPECÁVEL, localização privilegiada. Minha única observação é que como estavamos no fim do outono (fazia frio a noitr),não havia ar condicionado. Porém era preciso dormir com a janela aberta senão fazia calor dentro do quarto. E pela manhã fazia bastante barulho na rua em frente ao quarto. Talvez se alguma forma de refrigerar/ventilar permitindo ficar com a janela fechada seria ideal. No mais, excelente hotel.

Reception wasn't very nice except for 2 of the ladies, the place is a sham for what you what you get price wise, tight space in the room, things in our room were not working such as the toilet etc, the hand sink is in a separate area from the toilet which is horrific when you want to be clean, the bathtub shower which we had doesn't have enough covering the showering area so everything gets soaken wet, would never return or recommend
Reception wasn't very nice except for 2 of the ladies, the place is a sham for what you what you get price wise, tight space in the room, things in our room were not working such as the toilet etc, the hand sink is in a separate area from the toilet which is horrific when you want to be clean, the bathtub shower which we had doesn't have enough covering the showering area so everything gets soaken wet, would never return or recommend

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. I had a deluxe room and it was most comfortable with a desk in room. It was a bit hot - they have air conditioning but with the rain, it auto shut off. It is run by a third party. The hotel includes a breakfast buffet in the morning which is nice. They have bikes and umbrellas for rent. The location is close to unesco and the sites and good restaurants. I felt very safe as a woman walking around there alone. It is not a crowded area. Will stay there again.

The Villa Saxe Eiffel was a long-time favorite of mine & Unesco, which is nearby. It had excellent, professional service, comfortable rooms, pretty good breakfast, and a library that was open 24 hours. We could stop by for coffee or wine, even fresh fruit. Last week I faced a chaotic check-in (despite 3 people at reception), room problems that went unfixed until late, and a dreary room that was apparently due to renovation. The proprietor of a nearby hotel said that the Saxe had recently been sold and was now staffed by untrained youngsters. For example, when I asked the front desk if I could see the room where I had last stayed--and loved--he said the Saxe doesn't keep track of stays and added that it never had. Which just isn't true. They once greeted returning customers: "Bienvenue. Tellement bon de vous revoir."

Breakfast was offered but I would say if you are looking for a hotel with full room service, this isn't the best choice. I knew this when I booked but there was the ability to order using an Otely site. The site was supposed to allow you to order take out from nearby restaurants that would be delivered to your room. One day I had a long day of touring around Paris and was really tired so I decided to try it out but the site wasn't working. This site isn't owned by the hotel so it wasn't their fault but wanted to mention just so others are aware to plan ahead. Oh and FYI, the hotel lounge has better hot chocolate than the nearby restaurants. I tried hot chocolate at 2 restaurants near the hotel and the lounge's hot chocolate was much better. The staff was great and friendly. The room was small compared to American hotels but I thought it was just enough space for two.

This hotel is in a great location- close to the Eiffel Tower other historical monuments, a grocery, butcher shop and bakery. My room was also quite spacious for Paris, as I was expecting something much smaller. The staff however made my stay an excellent experience. I was unfortunately affected by the Heathrow flight cancellations over the bank holiday weekend. The staff at Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel went above and beyond to assist me. They arranged my Eurostar and taxi. Special shoutout to Latina at the front desk for doing this for me. Breakfast is also very good, great options even for vegetarians. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to anyone.

Excellent! We stayed here in 2014 and this time it was just as amazing. Tucked away from the noisy street, clean, good location, above and beyond staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. We will return for sure!! 10 Stars!!

Essa foi a quinta vez que me hospedei nesse hotel mas tive surpresa desagradável. Horário do café da manhã começa 7:00h. Ao chegar no salão do café da manhã nesse horário as portas estavam fechadas. Por volta de 7:05 desci pra recepção pra comunicar o fato e avisar que no dia seguinte precisaria tomar café da manhã às 7:00h pois tinha táxi marcado para o aeroporto às 7:30h. O rapaz que me atendeu não foi compreensivo e perguntou se eu queria uma “doggy bag” para levar no dia seguinte. Respondi que não, que queria tomar café da manhã no horário disponibilizado pelo hotel. Falei ainda que o fato do café da manhã não estar disponível no horário era problema dele por ser representante do hotel e não meu, hóspede. Ele não gostou e quis encrespar comigo dizendo que estava sendo desrespeitosa. Nessa altura saiu uma senhora e disse que o café seria servido no horário. Agradeci e me retirei. No dia seguinte não houve problemas. Nunca tinha tido problemas nesse hotel. Enzo me atendeu super bem. Mas depois dessa vou procurar outro lugar

Loved this hotel but super secluded. Cab drivers never were able to drop You off at the front because you have to go down an alley way to get to the front of the hotel. Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were roomy, clean. The only other thing was I asked The hotel if they were going to be doing construction, they said no. That was false as I had A guy outside my window everyday I was There doing work to the exterior.

Amazing boutique hotel, very quiet and cozy. Not a place close to main attractions if you are in Paris for tourism. However the subway is less than a mile from the hotel. I would stay again in the hotel. Not a place for who is looking for a place with a night life / restaurants and attractions close by.

The hotel was nice but the location is not spectacular. They have cops 24hrs a day at the end of the driveway and it's pretty far from anything "happening". Overall my stay was good and room was clean and comfortable. But I would not recommend the location to anyone as I spent a ton of money on Uber trying to get to more.

Soap & shampoo were awful. Housekeeping staff woke us every morning by knocking on the door and walking in, while sleeping. Floor rugs stained. Eggs were awful and not real. Not really close to anything other than the Eiffel Tower. Clearly only a two to three star hotel at best.

Really good stay. The location is spot on. Quiet street, but you can walk to the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler in a few minutes, and there’s a metro close by if you’re going further. Room was clean and comfy, and nice and quiet to come back to after being out all day. Staff were friendly and sorted us out whenever we asked, even held our bags on checkout day which made the last afternoon a lot easier. Wifi was fine. No breakfast included but it didn’t bother us, loads of bakeries and cafes right on the doorstep. Would happily stay here again.

The larger sized rooms (higher category) are particularly nice. Special thanks to JAMES, the hotel technician/engineer who worked long hours to keep the air conditioning system running at a minimally acceptable level during the recent record-breaking heat wave. The room cleaning staff are wonderful people. I regret to say that the various people who were behind the reception desk during our stay were disappointing. No smiles, no hellos,; in short, poor interpersonal skills (in both French and English).

We loved the quiet neighborhood location as we didn’t want to stay in the busy touristy sections of Paris. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Andy. They responded quickly and efficiently to all emails we sent prior to our stay and booked our transportation from and back to the airport. We also enjoyed their cafe and pastry shop recommendations. The room was clean and nicely decorated. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
