Temizlik: Çok iyiydi, hiç olumsuz bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Konum: Turistik yerlere oldukça yakın keyifli bir yürüyüşle zafer takısı vs ulaşabiliyorsunuz, yakında bulunan Porte Maillot durağından ise diğer turistik bölgelere çoğunlukla tek vasıta ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar: Özellikle resepsiyondaki kadın olmak üzere çok çok tatlılardı. Oda aşırı geniş değildi ama Fransa şartlarında yeterliydi. Giriş yapmadan önce ve çıkış yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizi valiz dolabına bıraktık, çok büyük bir rahatlık oldu. Paris’e geldiğimde yeniden kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel.

Arriving to the hotel was easy, staff was helpful and kind. It was easy to check-in and -out. Room was clean, carpeted floor is a no for me, but hotel provided slip ons. Room had great aircondition, and it was easy to adjust. Breakfast was great, tasty food and great variations. The hotel was located on a busy road, and the traffic noise could be clearly heard in the room (for me this wasn’t a big deal, but I know that some of you enjoy relaxing in a quiet hotel room after exploring city).

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities of the room were comfortable, and the bathroom loafers for each guest are a nice touch! Breakfast was also well organised and had more than enough variety. Overall a fantastic experience, will definitely go here again! Perfect place to stay if you need to be at Palais de Congrès! 😎

We needed an additional room last minute and were not in a positon to pay the 800 plus room at a nearby tourist hotel. This popped up on Expedia and we were able to grab the last one, room was small but comfortable luxury linens and amenities. Only downfall was the faint smell of smoke and the tv was unable to connect to our phone as indicated on an information card. We must note that we did addess these issues with yhe front desk at anytime. Would definately stay here again.

The staff was super friendly. The room was quietly tucked away in a spot where I could get some work done, but nearby really great restaurants. The tub was relax and room clean. They had the mini fridge stuffed with goodies for purchase.

L'hôtel est proche des transports en commun, notamment la ligne 1, parfait pour visiter. La chambre était confortable et calme, bien que petite. Nous avons apprécié l'eau offerte (une carafe suffirait, ou des conteners en carton plutôt que des bouteilles en plastique). 部屋は清潔で、バスタオルやバスローブも高級感があるものが使われています。アメニティのシャンプーやボディソープ等、ロクシタンのものが備えてあります。チェックインの際に、ミニバーの使用に関わらず、預かり金を支払いますが、使用しない分はチェックアウト後にきちんと払い戻しされました。地下鉄駅まで歩いて５分ほど、近くにスーパーやパン屋があり便利です。フロントのスタッフも対応よく、お勧めのホテルです。

I’m really disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star property, the air conditioning didn’t work, my room had only one towel, and the bathroom had mold. The location is also far from ideal. I definitely won’t be staying here again. Even worse, when I requested an extra towel, I was told they would call me in six minutes and that I’d have to go down to the lobby to pick it up myself. They never called, never followed up, and did nothing about the air conditioning. Truly unacceptable

Très déçu de cette nuit passée dans cet hôtel ! Certes, la chambre est propre, en revanche espace minuscule (à peine de quoi passé de chaque côté du lit qui lui même est un couchage de 120cm de large), insonorisation très moyenne avec l'extérieur (bruit de la rue toute la nuit malgré les fenêtres fermées). Bref non digne d'un 4 étoiles à 225€ la nuit !

Séjour mitigé dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles du 17e arrondissement. La décoration de la chambre est soignée et moderne, mais plusieurs éléments d’aménagement rendent le confort discutable. La chambre est très petite et semble mal insonorisée : j’entendais tout ce qui se passait dehors, y compris une bagarre et des conversations nocturnes, ce qui laisse penser qu’il n’y a pas de double vitrage. La VMC était également beaucoup trop bruyante, au point que j’ai dû la couvrir avec des mouchoirs pour atténuer le bruit. La salle de bain est mal agencée : la vitre de la douche est mal positionnée, ce qui complique l’accès aux toilettes, et le lavabo est mal placé, avec des angles potentiellement dangereux. Le matelas est extrêmement dur, et les oreillers ne sont pas bien répartis, ce qui m’a valu un torticolis. Dommage, car l’établissement a du potentiel.

Excellent value for money hotel in an amazing location! All of the staff were very attentive and spoke amazing English which made us feel very welcome. The concierge on our check-in was very helpful with transport, local restaurants etc. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone wanting to explore Paris and to feel very welcomed and catered to!

Hotel Villa des Ternes is a true gem in Paris. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the world-renowned Champs-Élysées. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. This was proven after I checked, returned to the US and I discovered I had accidentally left an expensive, priceless sentimental item in the room safe. I was frantic, but when I called, a wonderful staff member named Marie calmly took control. She explained the room was occupied but assured me my item was safe and would be retrieved the moment they had access. True to her word, I received a notification within three days that my cherished possession had been recovered and was ready for pickup. This outstanding service has secured my loyalty, and I cannot wait to return.

A lot of noise. I couldn’t sleep. I went out to eat something come back the door was locked and the reception wasn’t there. I was outside for more then 1 hour. 4 am i started getting scared i went to a different hotel that owned by the same property and let me know about my situation the receptionist because him self was locked outside. He had to call one of the client in a room to come down to open the door for us it’s was 5:46 am I had no sleep and when I ask for compensation as a free breakfast. The person refused. I had to pay more to change the room to the quiet side and the hotel did nothing for the trouble I had.

We hebben in dit hotel een overwegend goed verblijf gehad. Enige minpunt was eigenlijk dat de douche niet goed werkte. Deze ging van ijskoud naar gloeiend heet en weer terug. We hebben dit aangegeven maar hier werd schouderophalend op gereageerd. Bij vertrek en uitchecken kregen we te maken met de nachtportier, die had er duidelijk geen zin in en was erg onbeschoft. Deed zijn werk zuchtend en steunend en eigenlijk het uitcheken en pakken van een parkeerkaart was al teveel moeite voor de man. Erg jammer omdat al het andere personeel heel vriendelijk was en ook heel attent en behulpzaam.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Bus, Straßenbahn und Metro sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bus fährt bis zum Nordbahnhof. Trotzem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgiebig und auf Wunsch werden z.B. Omelette und warme Getränke serviert. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

1er séjour à l’hôtel Villa des Ternes pour une réunion familiale. Hotel très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités, à 5mn à pied de la Porte Maillot et du Palais des congrès, et à 10mn de Neuilly. Chambre avec sdb+douche très fonctionnelle La responsable à la réception a été charmante et professionnelle, attentive à nos demandes et a pu personnaliser notre séjour . Elle a accepté de permuter la chambre de ma mère avec la mienne pour plus de confort pour elle, et de noter ses préférences pour faire la chambre et d’adapter au mieux les horaires .Prêt de parapluies pour les intempéries, ainsi que très aimablement un chargeur USB-C car j’avais oublié le mien…Seul bémol, les travaux sur la chaussée juste devant l’hôtel.
