Stayed in a room on the 6th floor. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom, like sewer gas. Hotel was full and I couldn’t get a refund so Had to keep the bathroom door closed and the window open all night.

I really like this quaint hotel in Paris. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I could open the window and let the sun in while watching people on the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants just around the corner. I walked to Moulin Rouge and Sacre-Coeur. There is a subway entrance across the street.

Room was clean but no bin in the room. One of the windows was foggy so you could not see through it. Limited storage if staying longer than a few days. Bed was comfortable and quiet - no traffic noise despite being on a relatively main road. Breakfast was good, however, limited choice and small portion. One croissant or one pain au chocolate per couple. Staff were very friendly and helpful - 24 hour service so always someone available if required. Bag storage available after checkout. Great location - metro station right outside and only 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord. Approximately 15/20 minute walk to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. Moulin Rouge also within walking distance. All other attractions easily accessible via metro/bus/train. We bought a Navigo travel card an just topped up when required. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just steps away from the M1 metro station, making it super convenient to explore Paris. During my trip, I encountered an unexpected incident that disrupted my travel plans, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to flexibly arrange my room, which made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend this hotel!
