Older hotel fair but not well maintained. Our lock broke one evening and we had to wait in the lobby for over 3 hours until a locksmith could come to repair it. Room was unbelievably small and cramped. Front desk staff fair but not very helpful. Price high for size room.

The staff was friendly and very helpful however the hotel was old. The elevator was very small, and the breakfast was not to much not many choices to pick.

凱旋門ビューのバルコニー付きのシングルルームで、景色は抜群に最高でした。 バスタブの湯を溜める方の水圧が弱かったけれども、シャワーの水圧は強かったので問題はなかった。お風呂、トイレが別の部屋になっており、バスタブも広くとても快適でした。 唯一、TVのリモコンのチャンネルボタンを押すだけでは番組が映らず、観れないまま終わった。(ほとんど外出していたので必要もなかったので不便はしなかった) 歯ブラシを忘れてしまったのですが、四つ星ホテルでも歯ブラシの無料サービスはありませんでした。パリだとこのようなものなのかもしれません。 建物のクラシカルさが残り古さを感じられる一方で、とても綺麗に清掃も行き届いていたと思います。夜の22時ごろの凱旋門、エッフェル塔を楽しみたい方には立地としてお勧めしたいところです。

Hotel is quaint. Old but clean. Less than 50 steps out the front door to the metro station. Several cafes along the street. Also close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The biggest issue was that the a/c seems to cut off with lack of motion so it got hot at night when I set it and expected it to maintain cool until morning and it didn’t. I woke up and it was off and I was hot. Once I figured it out I turned it back on when I’d get up to get to the bathroom. Wish I didn’t have to do that. Room had a slight smoking room odor which was annoying but bearable. Desk attendants were very nice and helpful especially the night guy. He helped me arrange airport transfer cheaper than Uber. Also gave me tips for site seeing. Hot water wasn’t so hot. It was more like extra warm but never hot. Fine for a shower but not for a bath. All in All it was a good option location wise and staff friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. The decor was that of renaissance style. Heavy velvet and bright colors. Breakfast was offered daily at an extra charge.

The rooms are smaller than pictures. I have 3 days in a row without having the possibility to take a shower because hot water or water issues. They are completely focused on earning money than hospitality.

The front desk person was a little condescending when they found out part of why we were in Paris was for the Eras Tour, it was not bad service but just disappointing. We found it odd that they did not just use key cards but rather large heavy keys that you turned into the front desk when ever you left the property and had to request when you got back on property. This left us feeling uneasy about the security of our room, especially after we first checked into our room and an employee entered our room while we were sleeping causing us to jump out of our skin. For a 1 night stay that allowed us to go to a concert while also being near famous sight seeing spots it was 70% worth it but we will both say if we could time travel back we would have just spent a little more money and booked elsewhere

The hotel is located just outside the metro station. The toom was quite comfy despite the maquette and the furnitures quite old style. The view was nice. And the restroom freshly renewed. In general a good accommodation

The room I had was tiny. I had just about enough room to get my suitcase between the open door and the bed. It’s a good thing I’m not big otherwise I probably would have had problems. Some of the power points did not work intermittently either, so I would plug in my phone and after a few minutes it would just stop charging. After experimenting I found one plug in point that worked reliably and that’s what I used to charge everything on rotation. The staff were very friendly and approachable. They gave me advice on a suitable route to go for a run and told me where the best places to go visit were. I booked this hotel because it was within walking distance of the conference I was attending but it turned out to be very convenient for transport too as it was very close to the metro and the arc de triomphe and champs elysee. Had a very pleasant walk through those and then along the Seine after. So despite the room being not quite what I would have hoped for I would still recommend it.

The location was great, close to train station, but the hotel itself is very outdated, the room small, bathroom was clean, they did upgrade me my last 2 nights to a room with a balcony which was great but felt there are still better hotels around for the same price.

Boutique hotel but very clean and nice! We love the old style of the building and the vintage keys! We got 2 connecting rooms and I think the spaces are good consider the historical building. I got the balcony room with the view of the Arc and you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower as well. Love the views!!! Location is so convenient, one metro station is right next to the hotel (few steps away), there is another metro station is just across the street. The guy at front desk is so friendly and nice (I'm pretty sure that's the same guy few reviews also mentioned), he gave us tips on how to be cautious with pocket pickers, where to go for photos around Eiffel Tower, and also arranged our taxi to airport, our family of 5 got the big van taxi and the pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend! Thank you from USA.

Das Personal am Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die sanitären Anlagen in neuem Zustand. Allerdings war das Zimmer winzig und sehr ringhörig, ich frage mich, ob dieses Hotel wirklich einem 4-Sterne-Standard entspricht.

Alors que j'avais demandé à payer sur place, l'hôtel m'a débité ma carte 48h avant. Du coup le débit a été fait sur ma carte perso au lieu de ma carte affaires. Je ne peux pas faire la réservation avec ma carte affaires car elle est bloquée par l'entreprise sur les achats internet

The staff were so inviting and helpful as we arrived. The staff changed throughout our stay and all were equally amazing! The room was a great size for what we needed and the room and bathroom was so clean. I will be recommending the Hotel Belfast to everyone I know and will definitely stay again in the future!!

Great place to stay. Very clean room! Fridge stocked with beverages. Also a kettle to make coffee & tea. Staff was friendly & professional. Benoit had great suggestions & was very helpful in getting us oriented. Location was perfect…steps away from a metro made it easy to get to popular tourist spots. Also location was a couple blocks from Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysse. Didn’t try the breakfast because hotel is so close to dozens of great places to eat at every price range.

The front desk person was a little condescending when they found out part of why we were in Paris was for the Eras Tour, it was not bad service but just disappointing. We found it odd that they did not just use key cards but rather large heavy keys that you turned into the front desk when ever you left the property and had to request when you got back on property. This left us feeling uneasy about the security of our room, especially after we first checked into our room and an employee entered our room while we were sleeping causing us to jump out of our skin. For a 1 night stay that allowed us to go to a concert while also being near famous sight seeing spots it was 70% worth it but we will both say if we could time travel back we would have just spent a little more money and booked elsewhere

Amazing hotel in the absolute best location of Paris.. super close to the Metro station, at the end of our stay we took the metro to the train station (Gare de Lyon) to go to Barcelona and did not have to walk a bit.. rooms are lovely- we had the connecting rooms with a balcony and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc d triomphe.. staff (especially Mike who welcomed us and gave us great recommendations for our walks and restaurants and Benoit who was very nice and they both spoke English).. we cannot wait to come back!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Belfast ! Bel hôtel au décor classique à quelques pas du Métro et du RER, ce qui rend les déplacements vers les attraits touristiques de Paris faciles, en plus d’être à quelques pas de l’Arc de Triomphe et des Champs Élisés ! L’hôtel est propre, les lits confortables et le personnel charmant !

Hotel is quaint. Old but clean. Less than 50 steps out the front door to the metro station. Several cafes along the street. Also close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The biggest issue was that the a/c seems to cut off with lack of motion so it got hot at night when I set it and expected it to maintain cool until morning and it didn’t. I woke up and it was off and I was hot. Once I figured it out I turned it back on when I’d get up to get to the bathroom. Wish I didn’t have to do that. Room had a slight smoking room odor which was annoying but bearable. Desk attendants were very nice and helpful especially the night guy. He helped me arrange airport transfer cheaper than Uber. Also gave me tips for site seeing. Hot water wasn’t so hot. It was more like extra warm but never hot. Fine for a shower but not for a bath. All in All it was a good option location wise and staff friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. The decor was that of renaissance style. Heavy velvet and bright colors. Breakfast was offered daily at an extra charge.

The hotel was as expected, small but adequate. We found it was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to my negligence - we were charged breakfast- if we had known we would have ate elsewhere for the price. I would stay here again, on the doorstep of the metro Which we used to sight see.

1. Room key is from 200 years ago. Without key you cannot lock door from inside. When you leave you have to turn in key to front desk and if anyone is in the room then either the door remains unlocked and anyone can open and enter, or if locked then any person inside cannot open door. Fire danger. Seriously needs updating. 2. Air conditioning doesn’t work at all. 3. Lastly walls are so thin that conversations in next room are clearly heard. Recommend stay away unless can confirm change of locks to modern era.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Belfast. Reception in particular could not have been more helpful. Room wasn't the biggest but freshly decorated, very clean and comfortable. Decor throughout the hotel is nicely quirky with lots of interesting things to look at. Will definitely go back again.
