Nice hotel with good location. Easy to take as Metro line outside hotel. Breakfast is good, small but good quality which is more important than a wide selection of low quality food. Cosy bar and small nice decorated lobby area. Small rooms and bed nr. 3 is not good enough. Pain in my hip and back after some nights. Room have what is expected, nice bed, coffee, water and to with possibility to stream from phone. I would recommend this hotel for business and pleasure.

Very clean hotel. Our bed was so comfortable. The elevator is small but fits 3 adults with luggage comfortably. Very quiet room. We stayed in a room near the hotel and you couldnt hear it at all. The breakfast was excellent each time we ate it. They have a bar and outside seating area that is private. Staff were so courteous. The metro stop Gaite is just steps outside the hotel. The metro was easy to use. Great restaurants all around. We also walked the outside market on Saturday and bought our lunch there. Very fun!! Just the best location!! So many patisseries/boulangeries,restaurants and even a cinema close. My husband needed eye contact solution and the pharmacy was just a block away. This was such a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Das Hotel hat tolle Lage und in der Nähe sind viele Möglichkeiten, um essen oder etwas trinken zu gehen. Metro direkt an der Hauptstraße und gut erreichbar. Wir haben classic Zimmer gebucht, das wirklich sehr klein war mit einem noch kleinerem Bad. Wände leider sehr dünn, sodass das Gespräch im Zimmer neben dran mitgehört werden konnte. Das Hotel hat einen Garten, der schön ist und zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. An einem Tag war es allerdings sehr chaotisch und um 9:30 Uhr einiges nicht mehr vorhanden (Gläser, Eierspeisen, Teller…). Das Fenster um Zimmer konnte leider nur gekippt werden. Beim Auschecken hätten wir uns ein freundliches Gesicht gewünscht, da wir ziemlich grimmig verabschiedet wurden. Schade! Das Hotel würde ich nicht unbedingt noch einmal buchen.

The hotel was ok. The outside area needed to be cleaned up. Our room needed a few things fixed. The coffee pot leaked really bad. The magnifying mirror needed a battery and the window was the AC unit. All of these items were never addressed. Even after we told them everyday.

The air conditioner in the room was broken. After changing rooms, the air conditioner was still not working. The bed sheets had blood stains and pubic hair on them. The front desk was very slow to respond — it took more than an hour without resolving anything. I’m an IHG Silver member, and I can’t imagine how other guests are treated if even a member gets ignored like this.

Incredible location, walkable to Eiffel Tower (mind you almost an hour walk but Europe = walking). Phenomenal breakfast, definitely worth adding on. Indianas restaurant right next door, great tacos. Would definitely recommend, the one con would be the bathroom - not bad honestly, but some mold spots on the ceiling and there was a sewage smell coming through the vents. Incredible staff

Great location and staff. Free water at front desk and bottles for room. They had plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy food in the building. Great cafe/bakery around the corner. Very walkable and safe, metro accessible. Room was medium sized however we were a group of 3 and were able to make it work. Only downside is toilet is in separate room from sink and shower!

If you are a family of 3 just know there is only a sofa bed the size of a twin mattress along with a good sized bed. Room is small, but what threw us off with the bathroom. It's as small as an airplane one, and it's odd that you come out then go into another room where shower and sink is available. It can be convenient if someone is showering that bathroom is still available, but the size was unfortunate. Also be extra specific to staff when ordering a taxi for you or just walk to the Pullman hotel that has a taxi rank outside, I specifically asked for a bigger taxi to take us to the airport since I had 3 large luggage and 3 carryons, but a Tesla showed up. I was upset at the staff member who ordered it, didn't tell me what agency and they scammed me out of more money. driver was mad he had to make everything fit, and charged me extra for luggage when it wasn't my fault or mistake, that was front desk's fault. I was afraid of speaking up because we were already on the road when driver used google translate to tell me he was charging me more, so language barrier was awful with front desk too because another family did get a van and had no problems.

Family vacation, location is great- metro right outside the front door. Breakfast was good. Hotel looks like it’s going through some renovations. If you like an AC that actually cools this did not happen for us, luckily the window opened and helped to cool the room. “Refrigerator” is actually just a cooler and not great. Front desk were mostly nice and accommodating. Room for 3 people is really small.

Can not beat a location like this. Bus and Metro (Gaité, line 13) are literally on your doorstep. Gazillion of restaurants and cafés around you, no mentioning Gare Montparnasse a stone through away from the Hotel. Could not hope for better location. The hotel is clean and quiet, super friendly staff, and the rooms are modern, cozy, and chic. Do not hesitate to select this hotel for your Parisian trips, great value.

The computer was down on the day we leave, and therefore, we couldn't receive a copy of the receipt including the city tax paid. At the end, the amount shown on the credit card has a higher charged than what we were told. This has created annoyance and inconvenience in sorting it out. Établissement très propre et confortable , bien situé. MAIS , déçu par mon accueil de mercredi soir. We had a very pleasant stay at Voco. Nice room, very comfortable beds, lovely bath with good shower and tub. Also excellent WiFi — and the hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch! The downsides are few. Breakfast at 19 euros is excessive, but you can get the continental AND a Parisian experience at 7-9 euros at cafes close by, so that’s no problem. What may be worse, much depending on your personality, are the ambulances howling by at all hours because of the nearby hospital. We got used to it after the first night.

We had booked this hotel after reading many great reviews on the breakfast and the rooms. We landed at 2 am and when we got there our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for an hour or so for check in. The rooms have this stale stench and the bathroom is moldy and the shower leaks. RUDE staff and breakfast was a waste of money. Food was never refilled and we often went hungry at breakfast with little to no options available. Lou was the only helpful person in management.
