Conveniently close to the airport. They have airport shuttle service at 6 Euro. We made the mistake of ordering an uber at first and for a 5 minute ride it was 35 Euro because we were in a hurry to get to the hotel and did not want to wait.

We arrived yesterday to check in after a long trip and upon entering the room the bathroom was completely dirty, dried urine next to the toilet bowl, dirty floor, moldy shower walls. They changed our room and it was a little better, but the corners of the shower were very dirty. The reception bathroom is super dirty too. It seems that they clean the bathrooms on top and do not look closely at the bottom or sides and they do not disinfect either.

You would expect more or higher quality for a 300 euro price gouged room by the airport. Have to pay 6 euro each person for airport shuttle.

Stayed here on way home to USA via Rome airport. Nice hotel and location. I was unable to find their shuttle from airport to hotel so took a 35 euro cab. Shuttle from hotel to airport was fine and easy. Shower was not cleaned since there was a ball of hair on ledge and hair in drain. So I avoided showering there. Staff friendly enough.

Room was very small.Just wide enough for a double bed and two nightstands. Had numerous problems with TV and electrical outlets. Technician was not able to resolve the issues and finally had to move us to another room at 9 pm. Upon check in found only four hangers in closet. Hot pot in room but no cups. Only had decaf coffee and tea in room. Had to go to bar in main lobby to retrieve ice. Found one bottle of water in room. Only paper product was toilet paper, no tissues in room.Housekeeping had put hand soap dispenser in shower and shampoo dispenser at sink. Breakfast was included in our rate, however we were challenged at breakfast telling us we were not entitled. Shuttle bus driver to and from Airport was less than friendly. Asked to be dropped off at arrivals and he refused, saying he only dropped at departures. On the positive side, front desk staff was very cooperative and accommodating. The technician that worked on our room technical issues was exceptional.He probably spent an hour working our issues with no success and then assisted us moving to a different room. Have stayed at other Mercure properties and found this one to be at the bottom of the scale. Disappointed to say the least.

I would look for a better airport hotel than this for 180 Euros. My room's air condition cycled every 2 minutes so loud that I had to wear earplugs. When I tried using the room phone to call reception to change my room due to the loud air-conditioner, my call went immediately on HOLD so long that I finally hung up. It was 00:30 and I had a 7am shuttle so I just stayed in the loud room with earplugs. The room was steps down from the elevator so your luggage had jump over carpeted steps. The room next door was left purposely open, apparently to be aired out with the windows open. The Staff was civil and courteous but not terribly welcoming, as if they were hard worked and underpaid, and not thrilled about either of us being there. There are a lot of airport hotels and I tried Mercure because it looked like a standard business hotel. I think cruise lines have a deal with the property but I over-paid for my experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast buffet. Super pool. Only 2 little niggles. Mattress rather too firm. No milk supplied with tea-making facilities (but pool bar staff happy to provide it when asked!). Overall, excellent value for money.

We stayed one night to catch our flight the next day. Had lunch poolside and dinner in the restaurant. Food and service were great. Room was clean and comfortable but had a couple of maintenance issues. All the staff were very helpful. The airport shuttle is so convenient. Would definitely recommend it for anyone catching a flight.

This time the front desk checking agent has serious attitude problem, when I told her the room key is not working, she gave me a look, like I’m a idiot, don’t know how to open the door, unfortunately, the second time the key doesn’t work too, I went back, finally, she changed to a new key with a poker face, and shuttle bus has very limited schedule go and back to FCO airport, other than that everything else was ok, but next time I rather staying in Rome downtown, and take a taxi to the airport as it’s cheaper and less scummy compare to the FCO area. The taxi men at FCO are all scumbags who scammed us.

We stayed 2 nights at the start of our holiday August 29 to sept 1) and one night at end. Made the booking the same time. I was disappointed when the breakfast was not included on our return booking. The staff was unable to explain what the difference was regarding the 2 bookings as per night pricing was the same. Friendlier check in would have been appreciated.

Ficamos uma noite no hotel para pegar o voo no dia seguinte. Quarto com cama e banheiro bons. Mas o serviço no hotel é péssimo. Tentamos tomar um drink no bar da piscina e o único funcionário disponível não nos atendeu. Pedimos e fomos ignorados. Dali decidimos jantar. Havia apenas 2 pessoas atendendo no restaurante e vários hóspedes ali. Demoraram muito para nos atender. E quando chamávamos alguém ainda levávamos bronca dizendo que tínhamos que esperar. Total falta de respeito. Na hora de pagar não tinha funcionário para receber. Tivemos que esperar alguém aparecer, o que levou pelo menos 10 minutos. Pelo preço que cobram pela diária, o atendimento deles é péssimo. Falta funcionários e os que estão ali estão de péssimo humor. Existem outros hotéis pela redondeza. Esse, definitivamente, é caro demais para o pouco que oferece. E o transfer para o aeroporto é pago. Poderia ser uma cortesia do hotel.

The hotel was comfortable. Catching the shuttle from the airport was complicated and we ended up taking a very expensive taxi to the hotel. We were looking forward to the pool but the water was so cold one could not stay in it. Staff were great and the restaurant and breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel.

The room smelt really bad of cigarette smoke, it was very outdated and basic. Check in staff were ok, bar staff very unhelpful. We took the airport shuttle at 7am, so before it was really hot outside. It was stifling hot on the bus, everyone was complaining about it, it would be significantly worse later on the day when it was warmer. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again

I booked a room with 2 double beds. When I showed up they put me in a room with a queen and a single. With 4 people this did not work. The front desk then told me it was not possible to have 2 double beds in the hotel and there was only a room with a fold out couch and a queen but none were available. I then walked back to my room and saw 2 rooms open being cleaned with 2 double beds in them. At check out my bill was much higher then I was expecting. I had to question this a few times before asking for a print out where they charged me twice for the airport shuttle for my whole family. Then I was not booked on the morning shuttle I asked for so they had to scramble and apologize as there was a note on my account for that shuttle.
