they offered a shuttle service for a fee that was appreciated. It's conveniently close to the airport and offer a good breakfast with lots of dinning options. However as the rooms are not well insulated and some travelers arrive late or leave early, we did not get a good night sleep. maybe request a room on higher floors would help?

As I stated earlier everything was wonderful. The hotel was clean, breakfast was very good and the shuttle service was great. They stored our luggage at checkout for 3 hours while we waited to go to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

This hotel is nice and close to the airport! They offer shuttle to and from the airport at 9€ per person which was so helpful. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and nice. There’s not a coffee maker in the room so we went downstairs at 7:00 for it. There is a convenient elevator so no stairs involved! The staff was very nice to arrange a driver into Rome for our dinner reservation. Also, Uber is available for a little less of a fee.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend at the beach but not the most convenient for trips into Rome. This is not a fault of the hotel, but my own problem as I should have researched it better. They do have a shuttle to the airport which is 5.3km away. 25 euro for 2 people to the airport. That was good compared to a taxi or Uber which both were over 35 euro when we needed it. Otherwise a very nice hotel and friendly staff.

We stayed here both coming and going from Rome. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. convinent to the airport (hotel has shuttle) and located within walking distance of nice restaurants and the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about the staff that help me. I needed to go back-and-forth to the airport which made ising the shuttle very convenient. They gave me an extended stay while I waited for my new flight . The ladies in the breakfast room made a great coffee. I highly recommend the convenience and service of this hotel.

Very clean, beautiful property. Hot water for more than one shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport in morning a very lovely van with safe driver. Great breakfast. Spacious room with places to put suitcases which is not common in our experiences in Italy.

They did not have a room available for us, though we booked many months ago, apparently because the top 2 floor had a problem (if I understood that correctly). So instead they put us in a room down the street, not part of the hotel, that was nothing like what we had booked - no balcony (no daylight at all), no bar, etc. A depressing room. They discounted the price only after we made a big fuss. The point is, had they notified us of the problem, we would have cancelled and booked something nicer for our last night in Italia. However, the young man who attended to us on check in and again on check out was very polite and professional.

Expect to get a room that is as described and pictured on Hotels.com which was not the case. In the pictures and description it said that all rooms have a balcony. The room had no balcony and a very small window the size of a prison cell. This was clearly a room much cheaper then what we paid for. The front desk clerk we could go elsewhere if we were not happy. Very courteous...

We booked this room with the specific intent to use the soaking tub on the balcony after a long flight. At first they put us into the wrong room, and we had to show the booking to get moved to the correct room. Upon being moved to the correct room, the soaking tub was filthy and there was an additional charge of 40 euros to actually use it. The glass door to the balcony was also broken (a hinge had broken) an extremely disappointing hotel with a very expensive price tag. Not worth it at all.

We booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. The hotel reached out via text earlier in the day of arrival and asked when we would arrive. I gave them our ETA which they replied "perfect". About an hour prior to arrival, I got a long VM in rapid Italian about some issues with one of the rooms not being available. When we arrived, they escorted us down the block to a "Rooms for Rent" bldg of a friend's property that was nowhere as nice as the Porto di Claudio. It was clean, but more of a hostel set up. We were in a hurry to get to a cousin for dinner and didn't think much about this. Imagine our surprise when we went to pay the next morning and charged us the same price for the "hostel" room (which online was priced more than a 1/3 less) than as they did for their own, much nicer room in their own property. My daughter and her husband said their room in the Porto Claudio was nice, but noisy.

An excellent choice for right before or after an FCO flight. Near the airport, nice continental breakfast with cappuccino, but not as expensive as an airport hotel. In a neighborhood with convenient tasty restaurants. The staff is unparalleled in friendliness and care.

The location is handy for the airport although €30 taxi! We were very disappointed that the room appeared to state free breakfast but we had to pay. The gentlemen working at hotel very lovely.
