Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof, damit verbunden Busverkehr. Zur Zeit des Aufenthaltes war in Seitenstraße eine Baustelle, verbunden mit Schwerlastverkehr schon am Morgen. Am Hotel keine Parkplätze, deshalb parken in Q-Park, was sehr teuer ist.

I chose this hotel because it offered parking. It was disappointing to find out that there wasn’t any available on arrival. Apparently this needs to be reserved, but this isn’t clear on their Expedia page. Instead the hotel recommended a car park which was double the price of their advertised cost. If you are looking for a hotel with parking, I wouldn’t choose this one!

Excellent Hotel. Check-in very welcoming. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was a delight, hot and cold available. Garage not good for large vehicles. Very tight. Hotel located next to Railway station with town centre restaurants, shopping very close at hand.

Great location, parking off site within a short walking distance. Nice breakfast. Room was perfect for business travel, but tight for a couple, lacking good storage, especially shelving. Cathedrals has an awesome light show in the evening.

Beautiful room with Art Deco features, comfortable bed, perfectly functional bathroom with Art Deco mirror, black out curtains - no problem with noise even with the train station across the way. Very pleasant staff and nice lobby/bar. A short walk to the cathedral.

Bien situé en face de la gare SNCF et à 5 mn de la cathédrale. Attention le parking de l'hôtel est limité en place, mais il y a le parking de la cathédrale tout près à un meilleur prix. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Les chambres sont relativement petites, mais les salles de bain sont correctes. Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité.

Chambres qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement, je tombe sur une première avec des taches de sang sur les rideaux et sur les draps, un trou dans le plâtre. En changeant de chambre, je récupère une douche qui ne draine pas bien et inonde la salle de bain, un morceau de la barre de douche qui tombe quand je prend ma douche et enfin, le robinet qui reste bloqué sur eau brûlante.

Great location near railway station, but the hotel needs an upgrade. Room was cramped. The shower smelt of drains. Breakfast was varied but of poor quality. Overall a disappointing experience.

Room 107 smells like drain pipe. During Checkout we gave a hint but the reaction showed, that they knew about it and it was not worth a comment or an excuse. (My only reason for writing this is, because i'm under the impression, that they will not take action on it) May be that's only this room, but if you check google reviews, you will find similiar opinions. 8.8 is rediculous Btw. Don't expect a beer or wine as welcome Drink. It's tea. Take this info and make your own decision :-) Und kurz auf deutsch. In Raum 107 stinkt es nach Abwasserrohr. Als ich das beim Checkout erwähnte, gab es null Reaktion. Sie haben einfach weiter gemacht. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Der Umgang mit der Beschwerde ist der Grund für diesen Kommentar, denn ich habe nicht den Eindruck, dass sie was unternehmen werden. Thema welcome Drink. Es ist weder Bier noch Wein, weder Cola noch Limo. Es ist Tee. Aber gut. Entscheidet selbst.

Hotel bien placé, cependant la propreté laisse vraiment a desirer... poils et cheveux sur le bureau et partout sur la moquette. Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser des avis sur mes séjours (+/- 100 nuits par an) mais pour la propreté ainsi que le tapis roulant qui ne fonctionne toujours pas depuis ma précédente venue je ne peut pas laisser passer.

Stayed one night in a cramped top-floor (read: attic) room where exposed beams further reduced the limited space. The interiors were dated and musty, the bathroom window mechanism was broken, and there was no heating in the bathroom. Réservation d'une chambre executive supposée de 27m² mais semblait plutôt petite (#404). Bon emplacement tout juste face à la gare. Chambre globalement propre. Très grand lit bien confortable. Peut mieux faire car il n'y avait pas de minibar dans la chambre, pas de bouteille d'eau de bienvenue. Pression des toilettes un peu faible mais aucun problème pour la douche, facile à utiliser. Un personnel de la réception au housekeeping en passant par le F&B toujours très courtois et souriant, 10/10!

Good location But the AC does not work at all. They checked twice and said ok but Jr suite was 40C with it full blast (blowing hot air) and it was much cooler outside. They came to the room and checked it day 1 but it made no difference. Keys needed frequent reset. Best part was the gentleman that checked us in and helped with the parking and local directions. He even walked us to his dinning recommendation.

Wonderful property. Staff was excellent Jon Paul made the stay very enjoyable. The noise from the restaurant/club next Saturday night would make you think about another location though. It spoiled a great stay.

Hôtel très correct, en face de la gare mais sans nuisance de bruit. Chambre très petite et salle de bains minuscule ( on n’y tient pas à deux). Nous avions demandé une chambre avec vue dégagée mais il n’y avait qu’une toute petite fenêtre. Excellent petit déjeuner et personnel aimable quoique pas toujours très attentif.

L'équipement de la chambre n'est pas en ligne avec un hôtel 4* : nous avons opté pour la chambre double premium avec lit double. En fait, il s'agit de 2 lits simples accolés. Seuls les draps et la couette font passer le lit pour un grand lit. Par ailleurs, pas de bouilloire électrique dans la chambre, nous avons finalement pu en avoir une mais ça nous a été accordé comme une faveur. Douche très petite avec une toute petite paroi vitrée. Donc, de l'eau dans toute la salle de bains quand on prend une douche. Salle de bain et wc non séparés. En ce qui concerne les équipements, nous avons payé pour louer un parking 2 jours. Tarifs OK, mais ce n'est pas 2 fois 24 heures. La dernière journée se termine à 13h00 impérativement car il n'y a pas assez de place pour les suivants (qui ne peuvent toutefois pas arriver avant 16h00, voir check in), sauf si on paie 60% du tarif quotidien. Dans ce cas, il y a bien de la place. Business is business. Lorsque je questionne le personnel sur le fonctionnement du parking et l'équipement de la chambre, on me répond que c'est ainsi que ça fonctionne. Il n'est même pas dit que ces observations seront remontées à des fins d'amélioration si possible. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, mais il se termine à 10h00 et on vous prie de partir à 10h00 précises.

Hotel was clean and well located , breakfast was good. Staffs are welcoming except the management was untrained for customer service . Room was not sound prove , can here all night people walking upstairs. I asked for a room exchange , the manager just responded “ this is not possible .🙅 “ one sentence customer service . Once I notice she was the manager of the hotel , then I was hopeless . Overall great location, ok breakfast .

The hotel is ideally located very near the train station and a short walk to Chartres cathedral. It was easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof, damit verbunden Busverkehr. Zur Zeit des Aufenthaltes war in Seitenstraße eine Baustelle, verbunden mit Schwerlastverkehr schon am Morgen. Am Hotel keine Parkplätze, deshalb parken in Q-Park, was sehr teuer ist.

Beautiful room with Art Deco features, comfortable bed, perfectly functional bathroom with Art Deco mirror, black out curtains - no problem with noise even with the train station across the way. Very pleasant staff and nice lobby/bar. A short walk to the cathedral.

Spacious and comfortable room. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking is near-by in a private garage (tight driving spaces as is typical in France). Someone noticed my car lights had not turned off, and the hotel staff contacted me, preventing a dead battery in the morning. Very grateful for that attentiveness. Breakfast had a good variety of pastries, fruit, juices, and some hot dishes.

L'équipement de la chambre n'est pas en ligne avec un hôtel 4* : nous avons opté pour la chambre double premium avec lit double. En fait, il s'agit de 2 lits simples accolés. Seuls les draps et la couette font passer le lit pour un grand lit. Par ailleurs, pas de bouilloire électrique dans la chambre, nous avons finalement pu en avoir une mais ça nous a été accordé comme une faveur. Douche très petite avec une toute petite paroi vitrée. Donc, de l'eau dans toute la salle de bains quand on prend une douche. Salle de bain et wc non séparés. En ce qui concerne les équipements, nous avons payé pour louer un parking 2 jours. Tarifs OK, mais ce n'est pas 2 fois 24 heures. La dernière journée se termine à 13h00 impérativement car il n'y a pas assez de place pour les suivants (qui ne peuvent toutefois pas arriver avant 16h00, voir check in), sauf si on paie 60% du tarif quotidien. Dans ce cas, il y a bien de la place. Business is business. Location was as good as it gets. Lovely lobby bar, exceptional staff throughout the property. Friendly and accommodating 24/7. The breakfast needs some help. The eggs are overcooked and cold, bacon is raw (seriously undercooked) and we could not figure out how to use the egg poacher. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was great.
