Managed to book a spa treatment when we checked in for later that day. Pre-booked a parking space which was easy to find, although the drop off area was full. Lovely room, although the motion sensor light between the bedroom and bathroom was too sensitive so had to close the bedroom door

The hotel is beautiful and the room clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming, but did not mention several things that I would expect at a hotel of this caliber…no valet or bell person before 8:30am. Would have been nice to find out on arrival rather than morning of departure. Person helping us then was polite and did give a good explanation of how and where to retrieve our car.

Excellent property and hotel. Amazing location. After a delay in check-in, manager provided beverage at Bar. Manager provided good customer service . In future, if a delay in check in, just pay the 20 bucks and go to spa, well worth it and it helps with waiting if you have frustrated teens. Overall, excellent and will return.

Pool is for over 18s only which was problematic but I didn’t see this in the small print. Also breakfast is served in an open courtyard which scenic but full of WASPS everywhere and my husband is severely allergic so that was difficult. Otherwise a nice hotel but just not suitable for us with teenagers who would have liked a swim.
