séjour agréable bon accueil cependant une chambre chauffé serai un bien . Une douche avec de l'eau chaude encore mieux. un petit déjeuner sans jus de fruit c'est bien dommage même avec une recharge qui ne fonctionne pas . dois je penser que c'est un nouveau employé non formé?

Douche vraiment minuscule, surface de chambre très petite, lits simples très petits. Ça passe pour une nuit, mais pas plus. Pas de clim, mais seulement un petit ventilateur. Propreté satisfaisante. Bouilloire, sticks de café et sucre dans la chambre et à l'accueil appréciables, bien que du décaféiné et du thé ou infusions auraient été un plus. Personnel aimable. A shock to be charged so much local tax. I did check and it was over Euros 3 but we were charged more than expected by Expedia. The first room we were given had a broken toilet that flushed on it's own every couple of minutes and the door made a terrible scraping noise every time it was opened or closed. Not a problem we were given another room straight away. Problem was that this room had poor wifi reception and there was very long black hair in the sink and shower. By then it was too late to move as there was no reception staff. I suggested free breakfast as compensation but was refused. Disgusting, shouldn't be allowed and we should get a refund on our stay, it was disgusting. Morning reception said he'd pass on complaint and we would be emailed but nothing whatsoever.

A shock to be charged so much local tax. I did check and it was over Euros 3 but we were charged more than expected by Expedia. Sehr bequemes Bett, relativ neue Möbel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zimmer nach hinten war ruhig, man bekommt von der Straße fast nichts mit, trotz geöffnetem Fenster. Zimmer ist aber sehr klein, die Duschkabine winzig. Im Garten leben Wildkaninchen, das ist sehr nett. Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel etc. fehlt in der Dusche.

Hotel liegt direkt an viel befahrener Straße, aber im Zimmer hatte nichts davon mitbekommen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es nur wenig, Innenstadt zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten zu ereichen.

L'établissement n'est pas de la première jeunesse, mais l'ensemble offre un confort agréable. Le personnel est acceuillant et souriant. les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de tous les éléments nécessaires à un bon séjour. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner offre des produits de qualité et le rapport qualité, prix est imbattable.

This hotel is unmanned but open meaning that anyone can enter the premises. This meant that reception was being used as a smoking lobby. I telephoned the number on the door but the staff were unable to assist and the manager was neither present nor contactable. It is by far the worst hotel we have had the misfortune to book in recent years! It is nothing like the photos!

Sehr bequemes Bett, relativ neue Möbel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zimmer nach hinten war ruhig, man bekommt von der Straße fast nichts mit, trotz geöffnetem Fenster. Zimmer ist aber sehr klein, die Duschkabine winzig. Im Garten leben Wildkaninchen, das ist sehr nett. Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel etc. fehlt in der Dusche.

Hotel liegt direkt an viel befahrener Straße, aber im Zimmer hatte nichts davon mitbekommen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es nur wenig, Innenstadt zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten zu ereichen.

Staff are super helpful. Hotel is ok. However, I ordered an evening meal as I had a very long out and the hotel was outside the centre. I did get a short email in French telling me that there restaurant was closed Sundays two days before my stay. When I booked I paid in advance, but have been offered a refund for no meal.

Le personnel est acceuillant et souriant. les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de tous les éléments nécessaires à un bon séjour. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner offre des produits de qualité et le rapport qualité, prix est imbattable.

La chambre est correcte sauf que la télévision ne marche pas et sinon petit déjeuner début décevant les couteaux sale si bien qu'on est obligé de demander à la jeune fille de relever les couteaux la machine qui vous permet de faire œuf dur ou œuf coque ne marchait pas la mise en température n'était pas correcte le café soluble pratiquement imbuvable très amer après pour un petit déjeuner à 9 €, il faut peut-être pas espérer plus

mauvais sejour chambre petite lit contre le mur obliger de monter sur le lit pour se coucher bruit de tuyauterie toute la nuit plus la ventilation bruyante le restaurant plutot une cantine pas de tarif sur l'ardoise du menu tres mauvais repas insipide service lamentable pas de serviette pas de carte de menu pas de carte des boissons je pense que les chambres mauvaise sont reservé au reservation sur internet mon tel 0604058436

A shock to be charged so much local tax. I did check and it was over Euros 3 but we were charged more than expected by Expedia. The first room we were given had a broken toilet that flushed on it's own every couple of minutes and the door made a terrible scraping noise every time it was opened or closed. Not a problem we were given another room straight away. Problem was that this room had poor wifi reception and there was very long black hair in the sink and shower. By then it was too late to move as there was no reception staff. I suggested free breakfast as compensation but was refused. Disgusting, shouldn't be allowed and we should get a refund on our stay, it was disgusting. Morning reception said he'd pass on complaint and we would be emailed but nothing whatsoever.

This hotel is unmanned but open meaning that anyone can enter the premises. This meant that reception was being used as a smoking lobby. I telephoned the number on the door but the staff were unable to assist and the manager was neither present nor contactable. It is by far the worst hotel we have had the misfortune to book in recent years! It is nothing like the photos!
