A lift would have been good but the Receptionist said next time we book request ground floor. Also we can reserve a room with a walk in shower. The Receptionist was very helpful and spoke good english Lovely restaurant but we arrived too late to eat.

The room was comfortable, clean well ventilated. Disappointed that there was no lift and we had to struggle up two flights of stairs. Enjoyed the view across the airfield. Staff friendly and helpful.

Property is two-storey block of rooms with passageways passing in front of each room. Wind-down blind to the front provides good privacy and light blocking. Small airport located next door which is noisy during daylight hours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant provides a good menu and the food is excellent. Location for onward travelling via autoroutes is excellent. Overall a good location for overnight stay.

aucun problème avec l’accueil, le personnel est agréable. Lorsque l'on arrive dans les chambres c'est hélas autre chose, la moquette pas propre, une odeur désagréable de déo pour cacher les odeurs de cigarettes et une literie terrible. La salle de bain a vraiment besoin d'un bon coup de nettoyage, des traces marrons sur les menuiseries de la porte, beaucoup de saleté au sol.

Staff were pleasant and well informed, Room was clean spacious & great for a family. As a night stop before continuing our journey this was a perfect hotel. Only upgrade to make it a 5 Star would be to add Aircon for the hot summer. Over very impressed.

Donc non vidée avant mon arrivée Tablette du bureau non fixée au mur j’ai eu peur d’utiliser les prises sur le bloc!! lumière bureau ne fonctionnait pas Rideau qui pendait Sinon accueil sympa l’après midi petit déjeuner super dommage que la chambre ne soit pas à l’image d’un campanile

The hotel itself is typical Campanile. The restaurant evenings and for breakfast is great. The room was on the back side near the main road and was very loud during the day, but became quiet enough at night.

New style Campanile, lovely hotel except for one major flaw. The air conditioning does not actually blow cold air. It just functions as a fan blowing ambient temperature air. It is useless and for such a lovely clean and really excellent renovation. This flaw of a non functioning air conditioning ruined the experience for me. If you are from Northern Europe or anywhere else where sleeping is only possible at cooler temperatures then there is just no point staying in this hotel as you will not be able to sleep at nearly 30 degrees room temperature during summer. I really am amazed because everything else about the hotel is just perfect, it’s unbelievable how much nicer the new style campaniles are compared to the renovated ones from 10 years ago or the original ones before that. Right now it’s like a four start hotel and this is why it so completely disappointing that the air conditioning does not work and only acts as a fan.

The room was very small, hardly big enough to put up the second bed supplied for my daughter. The main bed was very comfortable, however the air conditioner did not function other than blow air which appeared to be the same temperature as the room on what was a very warm day. I was unable to open the window as this opened onto the floors walkway and a metal roller shutter was in place instead of curtains or blinds. I was too tired to complain and felt little would be accomplished. I got up in the morning about to embark on a long drive feeling I had not slept. Photographs of the hotels rooms appear to exaggerate the quality of the hotel based on our room. I thought I was going to be staying in a funky modern hotel instead it was an old, tired motel type hotel which had been upgraded with a nice bed and headboard. Check in was however wonderful with super friendly staff member and modern looking entrance building providing a really good first impression which was let down by the room.

Die Toilette funktionierte nicht richtig – beim Drücken der Spültaste kam kaum Wasser heraus, auch beim mehrmaligen Drücken, als würde gepumpt, nicht annähernd genug, um etwas wegzuspülen. Als wir den Eigentümer darauf aufmerksam machten, zuckte er mit den Achseln, als wüsste er es bereits – vermietete uns das Zimmer aber trotzdem. Die Klimaanlage lief auf Hochtouren, kühlte das Zimmer aber nicht gut – zugegeben es war ein sehr heißer Tag – aber die nacht war kuhl.Am Morgen stellten wir fest, dass es im Zimmer wärmer war als draußen. Ich verstehe auch nicht, wie man heute ein Hotel renovieren und die Dusche in der Badewanne belassen kann, anstatt eine Duschkabine einzubauen. Für ältere Menschen ist es schwierig, in die Badewanne zu steigen, und sie rutschen leichter aus. Das Personal war jedoch freundlich und das Abendessen und Frühstück waren gut.

Sehr nah an der Autobahn und doch recht ruhig. Sehr praktisch für eine Übernachtung auf dem Weg in die Bretagne. Sehr Freundliche und unkomplizierte Unterkunft. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir sind bereits das dritte Mal auf der Hin - und Rückfahrt hier.

We had just a one night stopover here and it was ideal. Check in was nice and easy. In a motel style where you dont have corridors proved to be very quiet. Room was very clean and tidy. Didnt get chance to use the restaurant so cant comment on that.

The hotel is in a business park out of town. There is a bus stop nearby and it is easy and cheap to catch the bus into central Chartres. Odyssee water park is close. Rooms are in an older building but are clean and air-conditioned. Reception and restaurant in a new building and immaculate. We arrived on 14th July, which is a bank holiday. The young staff on duty were very welcoming and efficient. Buffet dinner was available for 2 hours and was very good value for money. Breakfast also good.

Schön, dass man so unkompliziert und angenehm eine Nacht Pause machen kann auf der weiten Fahrt an den Atlantik. Sehr gut auch von der Autobahn erreichbar.

Property is two-storey block of rooms with passageways passing in front of each room. Wind-down blind to the front provides good privacy and light blocking. Small airport located next door which is noisy during daylight hours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant provides a good menu and the food is excellent. Location for onward travelling via autoroutes is excellent. Overall a good location for overnight stay.

The hotel is in a business park out of town. There is a bus stop nearby and it is easy and cheap to catch the bus into central Chartres. Odyssee water park is close. Rooms are in an older building but are clean and air-conditioned. Reception and restaurant in a new building and immaculate. We arrived on 14th July, which is a bank holiday. The young staff on duty were very welcoming and efficient. Buffet dinner was available for 2 hours and was very good value for money. Breakfast also good.
