The service staff were very nice and helpful with everything. I was a little dismayed to find out no one is there after 11pm. My room was comfortable, bed, etc, bathroom, windows and parking on site. it is well situated for walking, you can walk for miles and find anything you need. I would stay here again.

Estacionamento difícil de parar, muito estreito, se tiver com um carro alugado, cuidado com as rodas, não tem estação de recarga, e ainda é pago. No chuveiro, a ducha estava impossível de colocar na parede, pois o local de fixá-lo estava quebrado. Sendo assim, tínhamos de tomar banho com a ducha na mão. A limpeza era espetacular, o atendimento muito bom, o café da manhã já estava bom. Pedimos ovos e bacon e o bacon veio cru. Cancelamos o café para os outros dias, pois era pago. Fomos ao sacré brunch. O hotel é muito bonito, clássico, uma viagem no tempo. Pessoas muito bacanas. Somente esses 3 pontos: chuveiro, estacionamento e café que precisam melhorar.

Die angejahrte kleine Sauna und der Plastik "Pool" sind in einem Fahrradkeller. Benutzung allerdings 20 Euro pro Stunde. Die Bar schließt um 22:30 Uhr, um 22:35 Uhr wird einem ein Drink verweigert, auch wenn man ihn ins Zimmer nehmen wollte. Alles in allem keinesfalls ein "Grand" Hotel. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Very nice historic hotel, extremely helpful and friendly staff—they wear all hats, from check in to making the available hot breakfast! There is parking available but it’s a tight fit depending on the car. Not super close to the main shopping/dining area, but still walkable. Would stay there again!

If one is after nice gounds or nice lounges or great service or a free swim in the pool this place is not for you. Parking in the open air courtyard is 10 Euro. Swimming in the pool is 20 Euro per hour per room! Very very disappointing. Oh and if you fancy walking into town be ready for a 30 minute trek. Going into town is a must as there is no dinner available

This is a really lovely hôtel with great facilities. Breakfast is cooked individually and very tasty, with fresh herbs and some of the best ever marmalade! There's a little garden which is quite a bonus. I loved the pool and the bathroom as well. The only thing I'd like on top if what was available would be a bar that was open beyond 10 pm. Maybe I return later than the average guest but a nightcap is a grand way to finish a day on holiday.

L'hôtel est légèrement excentré, mais à 15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, ce n'est pas vraiment gênant si on aime marcher. Il a d'élégantes parties communes, malgré quelques ajouts modernes disgracieux (la salle du petit déjeuner et la terrasse). Notre chambre (double deluxe) est joliment décorée et donne sur une rue très calme. Le confort est total: très grand lit avec un excellent matelas, des volets et rideaux occultants, une clim efficace et silencieuse, une grande salle de bains avec WC... Deux reproches : 1) les ampoules des luminaires sont trop vives et aveuglantes. 2) le 2ème jour, le personnel de chambre ne remplace pas les gels douches et savons utilisés. Un autre point positif : il est possible de prendre un petit déjeuner "léger" sans formule buffet imposée.

The location was fabulous! The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms had everything we needed. AC worked incredibly well, excellent WiFi and more amenities. Loved the bathroom in our deluxe room! Would love to come back for a longer stay.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so welcoming. They explained the local area with details on the local champagne house we could visit. It was an easy walk into the main centre of town.

The service staff were very nice and helpful with everything. I was a little dismayed to find out no one is there after 11pm. My room was comfortable, bed, etc, bathroom, windows and parking on site. it is well situated for walking, you can walk for miles and find anything you need. I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay - clean and full of charm. The staff is lovely, helpful and professional. We had a lovely breakfast - wonderful food presented beautifully. It’s a smaller property and you get personal service. Would be happy to stay there again!

Excelente location near Museum, Chinatown and good restaurants. The property is not upscale, but has nespreso machine in room, good bed, towels and water pressure. Front desk staff very nice, they asssird with luggage. However, 2x in one afternoon , not evening, when I was in my room staff entered without knocking. They say turn down service but inexcusable how could that possibly be in the afternoon. I won't recommend or stay again. This has never occurred in any other hotel I've stayed in the world. Other than regular cleaning staff should never be entering rooms. I did alert reception.

l'équpe était très gentil et hospitalier. l'hôtel est assez vieux mais charmant. j'avais tout ce qui fallait dans la chambre, l éspace, un bon lit, les fenêtres, un bon bain, un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, le parking, centralisé aux visites, on pourrait marcher partout. Il faut savoir qu íl ný a pas quelqu 'un sur place toute la nuit ce qui est un peu perturbant pour moi. Jý retournerais.

L'hôtel est légèrement excentré, mais à 15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, ce n'est pas vraiment gênant si on aime marcher. Il a d'élégantes parties communes, malgré quelques ajouts modernes disgracieux (la salle du petit déjeuner et la terrasse). Notre chambre (double deluxe) est joliment décorée et donne sur une rue très calme. Le confort est total: très grand lit avec un excellent matelas, des volets et rideaux occultants, une clim efficace et silencieuse, une grande salle de bains avec WC... Deux reproches : 1) les ampoules des luminaires sont trop vives et aveuglantes. 2) le 2ème jour, le personnel de chambre ne remplace pas les gels douches et savons utilisés. Un autre point positif : il est possible de prendre un petit déjeuner "léger" sans formule buffet imposée.

If one is after nice gounds or nice lounges or great service or a free swim in the pool this place is not for you. Parking in the open air courtyard is 10 Euro. Swimming in the pool is 20 Euro per hour per room! Very very disappointing. Oh and if you fancy walking into town be ready for a 30 minute trek. Going into town is a must as there is no dinner available

Great location minutes away from sights and square and free tram and bus stop. Delicious breakfast good choice of buffet. Reception staff were excellent very helpful. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Would recommended staying here in this gorgeously renovated mansion house.

Designer room provided with air conditioning, large water each day, and private swimming in the pool. Very good towels and water pressure. Need to walk at least 10 or 15 minutes for restaurants. Otherwise, I enjoy walking and champagne houses, Les Halles and the Gare are a mile or less. Uber is good.

Estacionamento difícil de parar, muito estreito, se tiver com um carro alugado, cuidado com as rodas, não tem estação de recarga, e ainda é pago. No chuveiro, a ducha estava impossível de colocar na parede, pois o local de fixá-lo estava quebrado. Sendo assim, tínhamos de tomar banho com a ducha na mão. A limpeza era espetacular, o atendimento muito bom, o café da manhã já estava bom. Pedimos ovos e bacon e o bacon veio cru. Cancelamos o café para os outros dias, pois era pago. Fomos ao sacré brunch. O hotel é muito bonito, clássico, uma viagem no tempo. Pessoas muito bacanas. Somente esses 3 pontos: chuveiro, estacionamento e café que precisam melhorar.

Fijne accomodatie, leuke kamer en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede ligging met het centrum op loopafstand. Badkamer was relatief simpel met douchen in bad. Ontbijt goed maar wel prijzig.

This is a really lovely hôtel with great facilities. Breakfast is cooked individually and very tasty, with fresh herbs and some of the best ever marmalade! There's a little garden which is quite a bonus. I loved the pool and the bathroom as well. The only thing I'd like on top if what was available would be a bar that was open beyond 10 pm. Maybe I return later than the average guest but a nightcap is a grand way to finish a day on holiday.

Lovely place to stay in Reims, but you need to walk a bit to get anywhere. The closest restaurant is 10 minutes walk away, and there is nothing at the hotel besides breakfast that must be ordered the night before.

Lovely stay in a typically French style hotel. Really liked the decor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Parking is tight if you drive a 4x4 so be prepared to find alternative parking spots on the street as the approach to the parking is a tight squeeze and do damage to your alloys. I expected more for the cost of breakfast. It’s 19 euros pp for a selection of mini pastries, baguette, one boiled egg, orange juice, fruit, yoghurt, tea/coffee. Not great options for diabetics or those with gestational diabetes. Some sausages, scrambled eggs or bacon would have been nice. Overall the food was fresh.

We were in room 11 and the bath/shower is the wrong way round so that you cannot 'hook' the shower head to anything on a wall so you have to stand in the bath and spray yourself which is very silly. Also, when you are a guest, I object to having to pay fpor parking but I recognise that that is France..........................................................!!

Lovely room, lovely staff and an excellent position. We always pass through Reims on our way to somewhere else, but would be happy to stay here for a few days and explore the area properly.
