Enjoyed the hot tub, dining areas, sports book, lot's of slot machines. Only issue was parking due to events and rooms have to refrigerators which would've been nice. I did request one, needed for medications, however did not persue, took an ice chest instead.

Every time we come to Vegas, we always stay at the Orleans. You can’t beat the free parking all the food options. Plus they have a bowling alley and a movie theater and live Keno!

The room was DIRTY! I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom ceiling had yellow, dirty drip marks from old moisture or residue, which was honestly shocking to see. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in thick dust, not a little, but a lot, making it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom floor looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop, with hair and dust still sitting in all the corners. The toilet even had pink mold around the bowl. Overall, the room just felt grimy and neglected, and definitely not what you expect when paying to stay in a hotel. I really hope management pays closer attention to their cleaning standards because this was unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable.

Room was not clean as it has been before. sliding door to the bathroom kept getting stuck… the room had a weird smell. there was crumbs under the chair by the window. we dropped something behind the tv and had to move it and there was a dead bug behind the tv stand. it was not as clean as it was before when i previously stayed here… it was so disappointing this time around. I would not stay here again. I only stayed here again cause it was previously a great experience…next time i will stay somewhere else. the property feels ran down additionally we got woken up at 7am by a fire alarm this stay was horrible

The room was spacious and fairly clean. although if you checked the 1/2" of carpet nearest the baseboards, it had quite of buildup of dust. My room was not serviced Saturday or Sunday, and I had to catch the cleaning staff on Monday. She did a quick linen change and wipe down, but took the little free soaps and bath mat without replacing them. Flimsy plastic water cups and low grade toilet paper & Kleenex

Stayed for 5 nights in two back to back bookings. Room not cleaned once during my stay. Despite non smoking floor the smoke from casino floor foods its way to my floor. Cold water tap was as hot as hot water tap after 30 seconds. Good facilities in 52 tension bowling lanes and cinemas

Got away for Thanksgiving and I have stay at the Orleans before but for whatever reason this trip it felt like the hotel was extremely dated versus the last time. Especially when it came to our room. Drawers weren't closing, old tub/shower, lights on nightstands wobbly, no compact fridge. I did notice the hotel is doing updates to rooms so maybe that'll make a difference. Bed was uncomfortable and we left our blanket in room because the very thin comforter and sheet just wasn't enough.

The Orleans front desk person was apparently not excited about her job. I asked for my hotels.com perks and she stated "Idont know what you're talking about " and made not attempt to find out. Got up to the room and both keys did not work. However, when we got back to the desk, the director of operations helped us. She was kind, apologetic and knew about the perks. We got a room upgrade and food credit. The rest of our stay was pleasant and everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. I was even surprised that the mini-mart had distilled water for my CPAP. There was a large discrepancy in what we were charged and what hotels.com said we were supposed to be charged. Dirty sink when we entered the room but they addressed it while we were at breakfast.

My husband tried to check in after 1 and they told him he couldn’t until 4 or he could pay 35 dollars. Then the rude counter girl said you can do it on the Kiask but when he asked she was snotty and sad flat out no. My husband is 79 and he was very upset at her nasty attitude.i later checked us in and my counter person was very polite and helpful.

You were made to check in at a kiosk. They had 4 front desk pet just standing around. They could not hep you unless you could not get your ID to take at the kiosk. We purchased a moving our room we got to the grad finales and the move ended. Called the front desk and she said I could re purchase it.

Staff was excellent. Used the hotel for a Raiders game. You could walk. Kind of far but if your young and able walking no issue. We Ubered back and forth. Extra costs of course but easy. Old hotel and casino. Room was ordinary but just fine for my needs. Won a little money on the game but not a gambler so didn’t play any casino games. Overall happy with hotel.

This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed on how good The Orleans Hotel and Casino was for my girlfriend and me. The location was still very convenient for us and the location was just minutes from the Vegas Strip. The Orleans had everything that we needed as far as food and entertainment but if we wanted to make our way to the strip it was only about a $10 to $15 Taxi or Uber ride away. The bed mattress we had was comfortable, we did have and issue with our bathtub not draining very well but housekeeping attended to our issue promptly and didn't have any issues for the rest of our stay. Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked well, and it was an enjoyable stay. I do recommend this Hotel Casino.

Close to Airport and the Strip at a great price. The pool was great. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Only negatives are the area is pretty sketchy, but we knew that and who wants to walk anywhere in 105F degree weather anyway. The casino stull has smoking.

I have stayed here many times. It's always been fine (not special) but great value. However, over the last few years: - Daily housekeeping now only available on request. - Complimentary Strip Shuttle discontinued. - Buffet closed; replaced with nothing. - Friday's restaurant closed; replaced with nothing. - Specialist wine and drinks shop - shuttered. - In-room coffee makers removed. - The Venue (smaller showroom and bar showing multiple daily [mainly magic] productions) closed - replaced with nothing. And the room costs and resort fees continue ever-upward... Soon there will be very little left. Here's hoping they conduct a serious rethink of their offer.
