You would have received 5 Stars if you had been up front with me. I reserved a king room and was advised when I arrived that there were no king rooms available. Very disappointing that I was mislead about the availability. Other than that, the room was great.I would have given you 5 stars if you had been upfront with me. I was in one of the newly redecorated rooms and it was a great improvement over the old rooms. I love the mew walk in shower. Everything was clean and bright and the electronics all worked. one suggestion is an explanation of the flashing light for the light system. Took some time to figure it out. However the food options still need some work. A simple, regular restaurant open for lunch and dinner is needed. One gets tired of the food court and cafe.

The rooms at Orleans have been significantly updated since my last stay here and were better than expected in terms of comfort. Sadly, like many Vegas hotels, they don't provide basic coffee-making equipment in the expectation that you will buy from one of the outlets in the hotel, which is the reason why I've knocked one star from the rating.
