Rooms are inside - felt safer. Pool was clean.

Parking is a little tight. Otherwise everything was quite nice; with one exception: I had a noisy neighbor. I not only heard every word on his end of the phone call, but each word from his wife on the other end of the line! Luckily they ran out of breath early enough for me to get to sleep.

First off we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine after driving all day. They would not open the gate to the pool. In our room the bathroom door was jammed. Hard to shut. Our bed was on a steel frame that was very noisy! You banged your foot on it every time you got in bed. Or sat down. Your breakfast has really gone downhill. My wife is not a coffee drinker. You used to offer juice at breakfast. At least you have water! I’m sorry, we will no longer be staying here.

The room was comfortable. The air conditioning and TV both worked. When booking a room keep in mind that the property doesn't have an elevator in case you have a lot of luggage.

Poor breakfast, no juice. Some of the staff was very rude. Only 1 working ice machine. Sofa bed advertised but not clean or made. Towels are stained. Pool dirty with bugs.

Stayed 2 nights in king suite. Not really a suite, small with no coffee pot and most things in the room need updated. If you stay on second floor, no elevator so you have to make multiple trips up the stairs. Just an average hotel with few bells and whistles.

People need to know this property does not have an elevator. The front desk did manage to get me on a first floor but the A/C was not on when I went in and the room/floor were sticky and humid/damp.

We were there for a week while in town for a horse show. The hotel was very clean, staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good i just wish they had juice as i dont drink coffee. Parking is a bit cramped when you have the hotel almost fully booked with larger vehicles taking up spots. Only issue was vehicles kept parking not in spits amd sorta infront of where we were parked so it made it difficult to get out. Other than that we will be staying here again when coming back to Perry.

There is nothing for breakfast that you would want to eat. Just old muffins, no juice or milk. Nothing hot at all. Not even cereal. The hotel needs a lot of up grading. And no elevator. So anyone that is handicap will have problems. There is smell, the bathroom links and you can hear people in there rooms and going down halls.

Checkmin was easy. The attendant was friendly. Locate was convenient. However, there was someone hair on some towels and bed. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned, the bottom was kinda gross.

Overall, the facility was not that bad and I am trying to be understanding of the situation some hotels find themselves during this post-pandemic period. But the bottom eight inches of the shower curtain in this bathroom was covered with mold (turning black, not an exaggeration) and this condition took much more than a few weeks to manifest itself. A lot of housekeeping has ignored this condition.

Average stay for the night. Fairly comfortable bed with decent bathroom. Wasn’t the cleanest. Stain on towel and comforter. Floor had hair and dust

Beat up hotel, tub with paint scraped off, handles in the bathroom, loose with one screw, holding it in place, some hairs scattered different places in the bathtub, dark fungus, growing behind the tub. An absolute nightmare . Please stay away from this place.

This property exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed, pillows and blankets all comfortable and of good quality. I walked around the hotel and found the parking lot and landscaping well maintained and well lit at night. I would definitely stay here again

This property had an 8.2 rating…it was dirty, smelly, no elevator to get away from pet rooms. Very disappointed!

The property was fine and my room was fine except for one thing. The mattress was absolutely horrible. My back hurt for several days after my stay.

Bathroom is small. Toilet very low. Other than that, a very good accommodation for the night.

It was cheap, so that's good. If that's what matters, this place is very decent. No bugs or mold or weird smells. The walls are paper thin and the AC is super loud so there is a lot of noise all the time. The bed sits on a thin metal frame so when you move around at night there's a gong sound as the metal buckles under weight.

Apparently Expedia failed to notify the facility about the change in my arrival date. The manager made the change without issue. The facility was recently renovated, common areas had new carpet and paint. My room was exceptionally clean, floors were a vinyl wood plank and I felt nothing but floor under my bare feet. Great shower, water pressure was terrific. Mattress was firm but not hard; I slept great. My room had a comfy recliner which I really appreciated after 8 hours of driving. Waffle House and Cracker Barrel are walking distance. I went to Shane’s BBQ, about a 5 minute drive, had good BBQ. Gas station on the corner had very good prices. I thought it was a great value and I drive between Nashville and south Florida regularly. This will definitely be a regular stop.

The room was very small. It had no luggage storage or luggage rack to be able to unpack the bathroom had a sliding door that almost your knees could hit. It was so small the toilet was so low and the toilet seat looked like it had been glued back together it was wore out how much does a toilet seat cost please. The beds were OK. The covers were very thin and was not very warm. The curtains would not close all the way it was like they were too small for the window. The bathtub was very slippery and had the slick surface to it. It was a oh and one shower stall looking thing. The room that we were in was by a door leading outside and all during the night people would run in the halls like children or something and run to open that door and it would slam and very noisy. Did not feel safe you did not know who was coming in the back door. Talked to the staff about it and they said that it same way at the other end of the hall or people were allowed to come in and out those doors so they were aware of the problem. Did not enjoy this day due to the bathroom situation, and the noise outside and the curtain letting the light in.

The room was remodeled very nice. Had a new refrigerator and AC worked perfectly. It would be nice if the room had a coffee maker with coffee and sugar packs like in the old days.

The hotels was everything as advertised- It was refreshing to have someone at the front desk that was enthusiastic about his job and his hotel. He was very proud of the hotel and showed me various awards he had one. Given the obvious age of the hotel, I was amazed of the cleanliness. It was an excellent experience.

Fast and easy check in. Andy was friendly and helpful and gave us all the information about the hotel. Nice and quiet room. Highly recommend.

The staff is not friendly at all. During my stay I encountered 3 different people working the front desk and non of them were pleasant. Room was hot at check in and didn’t smell very well and there was a dirty sock from a previous customer under the chair. Also didn’t like the fact that there were people living there full time.

Andy is the best property owner/operator I have ever encountered in my decades of traveling across this country. He treats this property as his personal home and we are his honored guests. He and his staff are always welcoming and will do all they can to make our visit as comfortable and worry free as possible.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Could use a better mattress though. Would stay there again. There is a Cracker Barrel next door. No drawers for clothes; just a couple of shelves . Outlets are plentiful for charging your phone and devices.

The Travelodge was clean. The smell from the cleaning products was not pleasant. Breakfast was not great. It was fine for a stay over. Staff wa very friendly.

Was clean enough and they had tried to update rooms but many little things need replacing eg. toilet seat was clean but marked up and old looking. Beds were comfy. Breakfast needs protein eg. eggs. The carb loaded food was good but diabetics needs eggs or peanut butter. Staff was very nice.
