The room didn’t have air conditioning in one bedroom. And there was water in common areas due to extreme weather. The hotel we have stayed at many times agreed to give a full refund for the second night. We ll remember this kindness !

La verdad está muy caro para lo que prometen. No tienen TV y cuando hicieron la limpieza no se llevaron la basura ni de los cuartos ni de la zona de la alberca, provocando que se llenara de moscas. Eso si, no limpiaban la basura pero el horario de alberca muy estricto y a las 8 ya nos corrían.

Really nice place to stay although transportation was difficult to find and was far away from the center of where we wanted to go it was a nice place to stay with a/c. The rooms were nice, the outside view was beautiful, the location is pretty since it's private and someone opens the gate since its in a residential area and it's SAFE we traveled as a family of 8 with young kids. So we were safe to walk around the close area. The check in was until 1pm Not sure why. And i did not check since usually check ins are at 11am-12pm in most places. The receptionist also questioned my price I payed which I had receipt Of what I paid for with my Expedia points plus out of pocket pay, but someone took care of it. Overall all that i still give it a 10 for clean, safe, family friendly, safe to leave my stuff inside the hotel while traveling outside. They came to clean and change towels everything was in its place. WE loved it.

El Hotel Villamar Princesa Suits es un gran lugar para descansar, pasar un fin de semana agradable en la alberca, pasear por zona diamante y acceso a varias tiendas cerca que fácilmente puedes ir caminando, y precios accesibles es un excelente lugar!! Claro que volvería a visitarlos 😃

La habitación sucia, el aire acondicionado sólo echaba aire tibio y la persona del hotel que le tocó atenderme a las 11 de la noche cuando llegué, bastante hostil. Incluso me dijo que no había reservación y como consecuencia, el personal de vigilancia de la calle, no quería dejarme ingresar a la privada. Me sentí inseguro. No recomiendo el hotel en lo absoluto.

El hotel es muy muy viejo, pero no peor es que es muy sucio , las sábanas estaban sucias , pedí cambio y fue peor , tenían manchas de sangre y el colchón ni se diga … la verdad no dormí en la cama preferí quedarme sentada

Absolutely wonderful. People so nice. Embroidered towels! Daily maid with beautifully folded toilet paper!! Nice kitchen with granite!! We ve stayed for weeks and it’s so convenient walking to restaurants and even banks and Walmart!!

Es lo que necesitas para llegar, dormir, bañarte y poder comer algo. Tiene una cocina equipada pero no tiene television y la conexión es pésima, si intentas trabajar o ver algúna serie en streaming es imposible. Por la ubicación del hotel en la habitación ni siquiera llegaba la señal celular. Es decir, para descansar y un reset tecnológico es buena opción.

Helpful and nice people work there, but the room was horrid. We moved to a different accomodation. Some of the condition could be due to hurricane damage, but it appeared that the hotel has always been a 1, so it's rather misrepresented on the site.

El señor que nos recibió fue muy amable, pero tuve una muy desagradable experiencia, estuvimos mi pareja y yo 2 noches 3 dias, prácticamente no estuvimos en el hotel y no fue necesario tanto cambio de ropa, por lo tanto no mire mi maleta hasta que regresamos a nuestro destino me di cuenta que desapareció una playera vans nueva que llevaba entre mis cosas. Creo que deben de poner más atención en las personas que entran en las habitaciones porq nosotros confiamos nuestras cosas en ustedes mientras disfrutamos fuera del hotel. La verdad me quedo con un trago muy muy amargo

Absolutely wonderful. People so nice. Embroidered towels! Daily maid with beautifully folded toilet paper!! Nice kitchen with granite!! We ve stayed for weeks and it’s so convenient walking to restaurants and even banks and Walmart!!

Really nice place to stay although transportation was difficult to find and was far away from the center of where we wanted to go it was a nice place to stay with a/c. The rooms were nice, the outside view was beautiful, the location is pretty since it's private and someone opens the gate since its in a residential area and it's SAFE we traveled as a family of 8 with young kids. So we were safe to walk around the close area. The check in was until 1pm Not sure why. And i did not check since usually check ins are at 11am-12pm in most places. The receptionist also questioned my price I payed which I had receipt Of what I paid for with my Expedia points plus out of pocket pay, but someone took care of it. Overall all that i still give it a 10 for clean, safe, family friendly, safe to leave my stuff inside the hotel while traveling outside. They came to clean and change towels everything was in its place. WE loved it.

El Hotel Villamar Princesa Suits es un gran lugar para descansar, pasar un fin de semana agradable en la alberca, pasear por zona diamante y acceso a varias tiendas cerca que fácilmente puedes ir caminando, y precios accesibles es un excelente lugar!! Claro que volvería a visitarlos 😃

The room didn’t have air conditioning in one bedroom. And there was water in common areas due to extreme weather. The hotel we have stayed at many times agreed to give a full refund for the second night. We ll remember this kindness !
