We arrive at the property and there was no energy, no AC

The room didn’t have air conditioning in one bedroom. And there was water in common areas due to extreme weather. The hotel we have stayed at many times agreed to give a full refund for the second night. We ll remember this kindness !

The sofas in our suite were terrible. No TV and no dishes, utensils and pots or pans in kitchenette.
