I had a great stay. Clean comfortable. I loved the heated pool and hot tub. The towels could have been larger. I would absolutely stay again. My first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Front desk friendly and accommodating.

The property was under construction, the elevators were not working. The hallways were a mess and there was dust from all the demo throughout the building. The construction crew was there till at least 930 at night. We checked out early and did not stay the night

The staff is great. Helped with fixing our Holiday Inn account. Heated pool along with jacuzzi. Coffee, hot chocolate in lobby along with cold water. Includes full hot breakfast in morning. We're absolutely coming back

When I booked the stay I was not informed that construction was taking place, this included no pool, fitness center or full breakfast. The 3rd and 4th floor were fully remodeled and was very nice. When the construction is over the property will be excellent. I feel that the price per weekend rate should be less during the construction fphase.

We found cockroaches by the elevator and in the bed, we reported to the front desk and ask for the manager. They put the manager on the phone but she said she was not available and we have to wait until she could be there. We checked out and she said she will get back to me as soon as she arrives but as of today she haven’t contacted me what a nasty hotel and people.

I checked in and went to my room and when my daughter sit on the bed she saw blood all over the street and the comforter. It was so nasty. I contact the front desk and the girl came from the front and took the sheet away and tell me if I want to meet the manager, it will be the following day which is Saturday I never hear back anything from anyone.

The room was clean but there was black mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The curtains were moth-eaten and there were actually moth cocoons on them. While I was actively talking to the night front desk person, he dismissed me to talk to another visitor and we were held up for another 5 minutes while the other person was helped. However, the morning front desk person was extremely nice and helpful.

We had a short stay after an event we were at. We didn’t get to the hotel until about 10:45pm to check in. When we made it to the room the room was cold and the heat wouldn’t work. I called the front desk to tell them that the heat was already set on 90° when we got in the room but it was only 62°. Asked to have someone come look at it and explained a couple times that the heater wasn’t kicking on or anything and they told me to give it time and that was it. We had all been freezing all day and would have loved to been in a warm room but we were so tired we just went to bed. We also went into the bathroom to get ready and there was mold on the ceiling I’m sure from shower steam but was very obvious. They did have a sign they are doing some renovations so hopefully what they are doing will fix the issues we had.

I liked how the pool area didn't have a over bearing smell of chlorine, I just wish they would have warned/ mention to me about the remodeling in the room next to me or above so had to listen to banging and saws, the cable glitches so no good picture so my kids were disappointed and there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, the breakfast you need to make sure your there before 8 am otherwise everything is picked over the bagels are hard as well as the danishes.

Checked in and walked into room and it first smelled like major BO. Then I sat down on couch and the whole bedroom area smelled so funky and not cleaned. I asked for another room and that room smelled clean when I walked in but later went to go in the bathroom and it was loaded with mold. I couldn’t even bathe my baby. The bed was so stiff and uncomfortable

The Hotel was very good value for the money. However, was very dated and smelled like smoke in our room and even the elevator. Could use a reno, not one USB port was available in either the room or lobby. Nice staff, I would give it a solid 4 * for the price.

Stayed one night to be close to an office in Hopkinton. 15 mins away by Uber to the office. Opted for a King room but got one with double beds but it was okay. Overall it was okay, it was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast is sufficient and staff was very nice. The walls were very thin and I could hear the muffled sounds of people next door talking for a long time. I'd stay here again.

In advance, I reserved and prepaid for a room with two double beds for two adults. When I arrived, I was put in a room with one bed. I was told that I could get a cot if "I had to". It was obvious that they didn't want me to have a cot. I needed and requested the cot. No cot arrived. I called the front desk a half hour later about the cot. Then I went to the front desk after another half hour about the cot. It was old, dirty, broken down junk. I had to retrieve bed sheets for the cot. I was told that I would get a different room the next night. I confirmed that the next morning. When I arrived for the second night, they hadn't changed my room. The desk clerk kept asking me if I really wanted another room. Of course! I paid for a room with two beds for two adults not one bed! They didn't care that they had screwed up my reservation. They didn't say sorry or offer anything. They didn't care. They gave my room away and I had to deal with it. Unacceptable.

Upon check in they told me I needed to go to a different hotel (of their choice) as they booked me elsewhere since they overbooked. The hotel they chose was of a different chain, didn't offer the same services (ex no breakfast, parking not included) and was of different price. They did not offer a refund or any discount. The other hotel made comment that they have done this numerous times.

Upon checking in a half hour early, I was not greeted with a welcome. Instead, I was asked if I was a member and had I called ahead. I then felt berated that I had put them out for not calling ahead. I would have been fine if they just said, I'm sorry, your room wont be available for another half hour. They still gave me a room but not without making me feel belittled. Plus I was told lobby coffe was 24/7 but when I tried to get some at 3:30am, it was stone cold. I wont be returning there.

This is a great hotel choice if you are attending a concert at Gillette. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. We were able to check in a little early which was nice so we could get to the venue. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I came with my family of 12 adults and 5 kids. Overall, the place was clean and great. The pool hours were good too, closed at 10pm. The pool also has a jacuzzi next to it. The breakfast was good, limited, but good. Has three warm selections- egg, and two meats. Muffins, toast, bagels, cereals, and pancakes. I just wish there was more options for vegans. I would definitely recommend. Staff was friendly.
