Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boston Milford

I can't say I would stay here again, the elevator and my room both had a stale smell to them, almost like a locker room. On check-in I was told it was the only room available so I didn't bother to ask for a different room. The plugs in the sink and bathtub were broken and needed to be pulled up and moved out of the way for the water to drain. The vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty and didn't look to have been cleaned recently. The AC was nice and worked well, there was ample space in the room. The ice machine on the second floor may have been out of service, there was no sign, but I didn't use it cause the front of the machine was off completely and it looked unusable. Breakfast was the normal cheap hotel breakfast buffet nothing to get excited over. All of my interactions with staff were good, they all seemed to be pleasant and helpful.

Perfect spot to stay for the Boston Marathon. On my 6k from the start line !!!

The entire experience was horrible, bad customer service, dirty facility and bedrooms, bed sheets had stains on them, towels smelled nasty and so did the entire first floor.
