The property was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Everything was up-to-date. You might not think that truly when you pull up but the inside is nice and the people that work there are unbelievable and they have a heated pool so if you have kids that is a plus I would like to say They do need some type of Matt around the pool area. It is very slippery and I did witness a lot of kids fall so I would just say have your kids wear their flip-flops or crocs to the edge of the pool for when they get out so they don’t slip and fall

Booked this property in great part due to pool on site (we were traveling with kids). Sadly the hotel made the unannounced decision to lease the pool to a private community group and closed it to guests. There was no warning of this. And when I raised the issue to hotel management, they did nothing to make it better. The hotel was also a little rough around the edges and had NO MAID service. We were there for four days and never provided a fresh towel, toilet paper or trash emptied.

The hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast fruit bar was outstanding. We are vegan and raw vegan and there were many options plus they had almond milk. The employees were wonderful. Great stay.

Excuse our appearance signs have been up for over a year and the rooms, hallways, and common area area all still very old and worn looking. Elevator feels and runs like its about to break at any moment.

They never cleaned our room. We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned . We put the "Please clean room" sign out for nearly an entire day. Nothing. The front desk was unapologetic and indifferent. Won't stay there again.

Check in was easy. Room was not properly cleaned and I didn’t notice until late. One water bottle was used, but filled. Tissues were shoved back in the box! The bed springboard was ripped with a hole. There was no working outlet for my phone charger, so used bathroom outlet. The freezer was frozen and thick with ice. Really not a place to stay!

The hotel is in urgent need for a total renovation. The carpets (in all rooms) are so old it is disgusting. A few rooms are facing the swimmingpool area. (Our first room was). Imagine staying in a public bath. Sooooo loud. Crazy.

Our room was to have a pull out sofa. They brought a horrible cot. The wallpaper is bubbling, the furniture is old and scratched. It’s an awful room. Sold out do they couldn’t move us. Very disappointed.

Room we stayed in faced the indoor pool. Window glass were too thin and voices from other guests inside the pool echoed into our room. The noise continued past 11pm which made it harder for younger kids to sleep.

We live local and got a room for use of the pool for the night with our children. The pool was heated and we pretty much had it to ourselves both days. It was perfect! Our kids had a blast. As far as the rooms they were spacious and clean but the mattresses were firm memory foam mattress which was not great for me or my husband (I don’t think our kids were bothered). The hotel also has two restaurants inside so ease of ordering food (we did not eat on property so can’t comment on that).

They never cleaned our room. We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned . We put the "Please clean room" sign out for nearly an entire day. Nothing. The front desk was unapologetic and indifferent. Won't stay there again.

Poor very disappointed. I reserved a suite with 2 rooms. Got there and was given a 1 bed room. Ended getting a 2 queen bed after verifying my reservation. Was denied my original reservation of the suite since fully booked. Room was dirty. We always check since we have a toddler. And found pills laying on the floor close to the bed. Did not want to complain since the front desk was rude from the start after our first issue with the reservation.

It was just ok honestly. Just lacking in service a little bit. Most hotels, When you arrive early, They'll take your cell phone number and text you when your room is ready. But these guys made me come up to the desk every 15 minutes to see if our room was ready. We wanted to get an early check in because we were heading to a concert but for some reason. Our room wasn't ready until exactly 3 o'clock when check in is. Again most hotels would have called down to housekeeping and asked them to clean the room since the people were standing there waiting for 2 hours. Breakfast is definitely over priced at $18 for a mediocre buffet. And what kind of a hotel doesn't serve Mamosas on the weekend?

They seemed umprepared for issues that arouse. I was completly locked out of our room at 1 am and there was no protocal. Everyone just seemed like they didnt know what to do. Took a bit to get the door unlocked. Also ended up having to clean my own room. My room would get skipped. Even on a day i spoke with housekeeping.

We really enjoyed our visit to DoubleTree by Hilton Boston - Milford. We were in town for a wedding but also found access to the city of Boston fairly easy. Legends restaurant was very convienent and everyone loved the chicken tenders. The bar was pricey ($13 for a glass of wine) but that's to be expected in a hotel. Lots of shopping nearby, grocery stores etc. We had a smaller suite but it was perfect for a family of 4. If we make it back towards Boston, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Roger at the front desk was amazing to work with and extremely helpful throughout our visit.
