Very high standard on service, bedroom, breakfast and food. Nice helpful staff. Location is good for parking (free), but a bit away from the center of Reims. Close to Pommery however. Recommended!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das aber überarbeitet wurde, tolle Lobby. Nachts sehr laut, da Feste gefeiert werden mit lauter Musik, noch lauteren Menschen vor den Fenstern und offenen Türen. Würde ich am Wochenende nicht mehr auswählen. Pool ist für Familien sicher ein Plus.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving rooms seemed too much. The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent. We chose it because it had a pool - it was disappointingly cold - but we still had a swim. I would not stay again.

Det er et ret specielt indrettet hotel, på den positive måde. Der er pool, men alt for lidt plads og liggesenge , lykkedes os ikke at få plads , og det var primært derfor vi valgte hotellet. Meget skuffende Der var et bi bo under pool kanten på den ene side, og min kæreste blev stukket, da vi gik ind til personalet, kunne de ikke hjælpe os, da de ikke havde et førstehjælps sæt. Under al kritik da det trods alt er et 4* hotel. Da vi skulle i baren om aftenen, var det umuligt st bestille noget st drikke, da personalet ikke kan 2 ord på engelsk, også for dårligt, de arbejder på et hotel. Vi kommer aldrig igen, da det ødelagde vires oplevelse, lidt synd for stedet er ret fedt.

Fint, spændende og anderledes boutique hotel i Champagne-området. 10 min. til Reims i bil og ca. 15 champagneproducenter indenfor 15 min. kørsel. Poolen trænger til lidt renovering og klargøring/rep. omkring poolen.

We booked an ‘arty’ room, really comfy bed and nice & quiet. Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK. A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal. Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!) The service in the restaurant was slow, an hour’s wait between starters & mains, not ideal and it wasn’t just us. All staff really nice though. We’d definitely stay again.

Very disappointing.., we have stayed at Mercure in central London, 4 star, & also in Belgium, 4 star. Both were fantastic so booked this “4 star” without much hesitation. The hotel is at best 3 star. It is in serious need of upgrading especially the rooms & bathrooms. The drinks were overpriced & poorly mixed (I’ve never had aperol spritz with so little aperol & Prosecco, it was like drinking Perrier with a hint of orange). Food was mediocre. Room advertised as having free bottled water but none in rooms, fridges empty, & no offer of water by staff at check in, advertised with coffee maker & every photo of all room types shows a Nespresso machine, but none in room, just a kettle! Both other Necure hotels we went to advertised water & Nespresso & had them in rooms. 1st room we were given, lights on bedside didn’t work, & toilet seat & lid would not stay up. Changed room, with no apologies, & next room, lights were working & toilet lid stayed up but not seat!! Couldn’t face changing again! Given 2 room cards but only 1 worked…, took other back to reception..,. No apology & she didn’t ask if room ok this time even though she was same lady who changed our room only 10 mins previously. Air conditioning advertised in rooms did not work….set it at 15degs & still nothing!!! Would not stay again unfortunately & couldn’t recommend.

Chambre très bien agencée, belle déco et propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol sur l'isolation phonique, au rez de chaussé on entend aussi bien les portes des autres chambres qui se ferment que les bruits extérieurs (voiture, moto,...)

Hôtel presque conforme aux attentes. Sauf que le système de chauffage fonctionnait mal. Il y a fait froid. Pour le restaurant : bof bof… des plats qui manquent mais annonces après la commande, commande mal prise… Propreté de la salle de restaurant à revoir. Sinon personnel pro.

We choose this hotel because the said they had ac and we knew the weater would be hot (+ 33 degrees). The first room we got was on the sun side and very hot. We pointed out that the ac didn’t seem to work. They then moved us to a room on the second floor (also on the sun side). We stayed there the first night but hardly slept because of the heat and lousy ac. The next day they moved us to a room on the side ot the hotel that the sun didn’t reach. A little bit better but still very warm in the night. The ac is joke. Either too old or they did not want to turn it up. No indidividual temperature setting in each room. So if you goto the Reims area, don’t stay at this hotel if hot weather is coming.

We choose this hotel because the said they had ac and we knew the weater would be hot (+ 33 degrees). The first room we got was on the sun side and very hot. We pointed out that the ac didn’t seem to work. They then moved us to a room on the second floor (also on the sun side). We stayed there the first night but hardly slept because of the heat and lousy ac. The next day they moved us to a room on the side ot the hotel that the sun didn’t reach. Das Hotel hat leider unseres Erachtens kaum 4 Sterne verdient. Es fing mit der Rezeption an, wo zuerst eine verantwortliche Person gesucht werden musste. Dann der Zustand des Lavabos: ohne Kommentare. Very disappointing.., we have stayed at Mercure in central London, 4 star, & also in Belgium, 4 star. Both were fantastic so booked this “4 star” without much hesitation. The hotel is at best 3 star. It is in serious need of upgrading especially the rooms & bathrooms. The drinks were overpriced & poorly mixed (I’ve never had aperol spritz with so little aperol & Prosecco, it was like drinking Perrier with a hint of orange). Food was mediocre. Room advertised as having free bottled water but none in rooms, fridges empty, & no offer of water by staff at check in, advertised with coffee maker & every photo of all room types shows a Nespresso machine, but none in room, just a kettle! Both other Necure hotels we went to advertised water & Nespresso & had them in rooms. 1st room we were given, lights on bedside didn’t work, & toilet seat & lid would not stay up. Changed room, with no apologies, & next room, lights were working & toilet lid stayed up but not seat!! Couldn’t face changing again! Given 2 room cards but only 1 worked…, took other back to reception..,. No apology & she didn’t ask if room ok this time even though she was same lady who changed our room only 10 mins previously. Air conditioning advertised in rooms did not work….set it at 15degs & still nothing!!! Would not stay again unfortunately & couldn’t recommend.

We booked an ‘arty’ room, really comfy bed and nice & quiet. Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK. A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal. Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!) The service in the restaurant was slow, an hour’s wait between starters & mains, not ideal and it wasn’t just us. All staff really nice though. We’d definitely stay again.

Location is perfect. They create a nice atmosphere at the hotel. Room is so so…one room had fridge, the other didn’t. Mold/fungus in the bathroom on the ceiling is always nasty. Curtain corner loose. Cleaning job was not that good. You can hear the neighbours. To conclude. It is a good bed. Newr the centre. Not that expensive. Don’t expect too much of it.

Nice quiet room, but it was a little too warm for good sleeping. The breakfast was outstanding, and all of the staff personnel were friendly and eager to help. I would absolutely stay there again if I was in the are.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving rooms seemed too much. The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent. We chose it because it had a pool - it was disappointingly cold - but we still had a swim. I would not stay again.
