Absolutely amazing location for food, drink and exploring Reims, conveniently close to underground parking and all the tourist attractions. Room was great with nice high ceilings and plenty of room for the double and full size single bed (not a converted sofa). Bathroom clean and well equipped. The only downside of this great location is the noise from the street, people having fun at night - even midweek - and deliveries from quite early in the morning. Was better with the balcony door closed but then the room was too hot even in February. Take some earplugs and it's a great hotel.

Great location, with underground parking practically outside the front door. Reasonable sized room, comfy bed,but no view. We looked out directly onto a wall and venting pipe. Excellent choice of restaurants on street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

This is a great little hotel right in the heart of the main strip of Reims. Even though we were there on a very busy Saturday night, the room was very quiet. Extremely easy access to everything. They have a parking garage below the hotel that they offer a discounted rate to.

Parkplätze gibt es keine aber direkt unter dem Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage und die Zufahrt ist von der Straße davor super zu erreichen. Einen vergünstigten Tarif gibt es wenn man das Ticket am Tag der Anreise im Voraus bezahlt. Das macht man direkt an dem Automat im Parkhaus. Der mittlere Ausgang liegt auch nur 25 m vomm Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel selbst ist ok aber wir hatten Zimmer 107 und da ist die Aussicht auf ein kleines Hinterhofdach mit 2 Klimaaussengeräten die permanent laufen. Das Geräusch ist noch ok aber der Hinterhof ist so klein, dass kaum frische Luft im Zimmer ankommt und die gegenüber liegenden Fenster das Zimmer erleuchten wenn man die Gardinen nicht vollständig schließt. Das Frühstück ist eher eine 3 minus. Am zweiten Tag nur noch gesalzene Butter, kein Baguette, Kaffee schmeckte etwas merkwürdig, O-Saft und vieles andere einfach nur süß, Rührei für mich nicht genug gegart, statt Haferflocken nur künstliches Cornflakeszeug und aufgefüllt wurde auch nicht. Das Hotel selbst ist ok und auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche war modern und ok.

Avoid this hotel! We were in a room on the 3rd floor and the noise from the street was very loud. It’s an extremely busy pedestrianised road and the noise from restaurants and bars below made sleep impossible. We had a child with us and the noise kept them awake until the early hours of the morning. Then the street sweepers started….. hotel could do more to muffle noise with shutters, extra glazing and heavy curtains Beds very hard too, breakfast small and hot food not replenished. There were multiple guests who didn’t get any bacon and eggs. It was not a good nights rest. Only positive points I can think of is that the shower was hot, has an elevator to 3rd floor, parking convenient and wide choice of restaurants for dinner. Staff were friendly enough. Very disappointing overall.

Amazing central location. The underground car park is right next to the hotel and you can park there for a reduced rate, which is really reasonable. Very friendly staff. Room was really quiet, clean and had character.

Run! The rooms are old, dark, outdated and have a musty/mildew smell. The bathrooms are very small and the towels did not smell clean. If you are lucky, you will get a room in the back. But if you get one in the front of the hotel overlooking the street, you will not be able to sleep. The hotel put a damper on our weekend in Reims. Only positives, the location is close to train station and nearby restaurants and stops. Also, the two front desk ladies were friendly.

Great affordable hotel! The rooms are decent sizes and very clean. The comfortable bed, air conditioner, and blackout curtains made for a restful nights sleep. Very close to both the train station and center of town. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Reims.

I had a room on the top floor with a lovely view over the main thoroughfare. When I walked in, the room smelled pretty strongly of mildew, so I opened the windows for a while to let it air out. The bed itself was very comfy, and the curtains did a good job of blocking the sunlight. Bathroom was fine, the shower did leak a bit around the bottom. Generally a very pleasant stay in a good location, let me see a lot of Reims while I was there.

Sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Sehr zentrale Lage. Öffentliche Garage direkt nebenan. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unser Zimmer hatte das Fenster leider direkt zu einer gegenüberliegenden Hauswand (ca. 3m Abstand). Deshalb hatte das Zimmer relativ wenig Tageslicht und die künstliche Beleuchtung war auch schwach.

Very spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the Main Street, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. With the windows closed we couldn’t hear a sound so that was great at night. The room was very spacious but did not have a fridge nor an iron. Great location and a very secure set up. Staff were friendly enough and check in/out went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a 4 night stay. The room was small and dark, not helped by the only light at one end of the room not working. We reported it 3 times before it was replaced with another light that didn’t work. We were left without a towel one day, discovered this in the morning, went to ring reception for a towel, phone didn’t work. It was a nice quiet room but too dark. Very little natural light. Also small. The photos on the website flatter the rooms, like a lot do. But you wouldn’t get your luggage past the bed, you have to carry it over the bed. Bed was comfortable and a queen as per the description, but just fits in the room. The restaurant was very good, the bathroom was clean and worked, but the room is clearly unloved (safe didn’t work either until we were given the over ride key). Had the feel of a room that was used as spares for other rooms. We were offered a change of room after 3 days and the failed light replacement but choose not to move for our last night. The door for the room next to us looked very narrow too. So looks like small is a feature. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, tried to get stuff done, it just didn’t happen.

The hotel is located centrally in Reims. Hotel room was very dark. No view outside! Cleaning could have been better. Bathroom was very compact. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where you can choose to have breakfast. There are other options avaliable in the city. Reims station a very short walk from the hotel. If you are only sleeping and showering at the hotel then this will work for you.

Sarah and her colleagues are the reception were terrific. The room was small. Our first night, we were given a room that faced onto the plaza -- which was super noisy until about 2 a.m. We got moved to a room facing an inner courtyard the next day, which was much better. Very convenient location, other than the noise.

Conveniently located in a pedestrian road full of restaurants, the hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There's underground parking two minutes from the hotel in a private car park where you get a discount if paying at the hotel, and from the car park there are lifts that take you nearly in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception was super kind and patient. And Reims is lovely. Thank you and hopefully we'll see you again!

Only plus points are good location for town centre and comfortable bed and helpful receptionist Didn’t like that the toilet is right next to the bed . The room looks tired but that may be due to decor We asked to change our first room allocated as there was a constant buzz from a compressor unit. However that was nothing compared to noise later. A bar across the road had loud music blaring until at least 3am . This was followed by the road sweepers and then the dustbin men! As a result we got no sleep Cannot recommend at all unless you don’t mind not sleeping! But can recommend their restaurant which is good

Great location with so many wonderful dining and shopping options! I’d recommend parking underground. Convenient and very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Definitely return to the lovely city and stay here again!!

Excellent location for visiting and close to railway station. Some confusion about our breakfast being included in the room rate even though it was clearly stated on the invoice. Breakfast was ok but a bit limited in choice and the buffet selection is in a small area.

Air conditioning was fabulous, quiet enough to sleep and effective in this exceptional weather. Reception staff were lovey, and very attentive, and put up with my appalling French attempts. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also a good mix of local and international meals to satisfy everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reims.

Het hotel was op een goeie locatie. Alles op loopafstand. Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding was ok. Het hotel is hier en daar wat verouderd. Voor twee nachten en een citytrip / champagne trip was het prima. Wij hadden de laatste dag ontbijt erbij geboekt. Dit was een grote puinhoop. Niets aangevuld. Tafels vies. Geen airco en een mevrouw van de staff die rond rende en tafels schoon maakte met veel kabaal. Ook viel de stroom nog uit. Vermoedelijk understaffed.

This hotel is close to the station and is on a wide pedestrian street, with plenty of eating places around. It is linked to L'Edito restaurant, so the decor is all about books and newspapers---rather nice. We were happy with our rooms, and enjoyed the hotel breakfast (extra fee).

Lovely central hotel. Very close to the railway station. The street was pedestrian only with lots of cafes outside. We enjoyed listening to the bubble of conversation outside when we opened the balcony window. A gluten free breakfast was provided on request - the only hotel to do this in our two week tour of Europe. We also dined in the on site restaurant and whilst GF options were limited the fish dishes we had were delicious. Would recommend this quirky 1920’s style hotel.

The room Smelled terrible when we arrived. We barely slept because it was also freezing cold in there and nothing to make it better. It was loud from people partying outside. We had asked at the restaurant to eat with our dog. They said they will make us a special table ready in 25 min. So we waited 25 min and then came back. We said we had the reservation and the guy there said we can sit outside ( it was around 3 degrees ) . That is unacceptable and also the tables outside have been available 25 min earlier so why would we need to wait for this time? We left and got take away to eat in the room. So all in all bad experience. Breakfast was good staff at desk was friendly .
