Very nice staff but the property is very dated and pub downstairs constantly closed (which may not be a problem). Very convenient to the centre of Chamonix but no onsite parking and ski storage is very small.

We had a lovely stay in La Vallee Blanche. It was perfect for a few nights. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great position right in the centre of town. There is no parking but plenty of place to park in the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits en plein coeur de Chamonix, parking payant à 5 minutes à pied. The hotel DO NOT HAVE CAR PARKING. If you are with your car, you have to find a private parking (20 euros/day) or have Lucky enough to find place on the streets for free. The hotel is good, well located and they are Very kind.

The location is superb, Alex on the front desk was really friendly and couldn’t help enough. My frustration with the hotel is that with a bit of TLC it could be brilliant. The Irish theme bar is dated and has no real sense of purpose. It would not take much to freshen it up as a bar/coffee shop. Lots of passing trade and close to town centre. The rooms were fine although lift not working. Overall, I would stay again as the price point is good, but I’d love for the owners to find their confidence and invest in the place.

The walls are tired with flaking stucco and the curtains in our room were very faded and dusty. The location is handy as long as you don't have a car. We paid $300 a night so the "Motel 6" quality was a little shocking.

Le personnel fut tres agreable. Neanmoins on a pu avoir accès a la chambre a 19h au lieu de 15h car elle n etait pas prete. De plus la chambre n etait pas presentable, la propreté n y etait pas ainsi que l etat du mobilier Le chauffage n etait pas present on a eu froid tout le sejour. Honestly the hotel itself is fine and the people working there were great. But be prepared that it's going to be super loud. It's hot in the summer, there's no AC so you want to have the windows open. However, there is so much noise coming from the street and the surrounding bars. My first night there was loud music playing nearby all night. The second night people were hanging out at the hotel bar outside. If there's no noise from people, there's the river. Bring earplugs if you'll be staying here in the summer. Otherwise it's a good hotel, centrally located and my room was cute and had a balcony.

The staff are dedicated and will above and beyond to ensure the guests have everything they need for a great stay. The city centre location of the hotel is perfect for both convenience of shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to both gondolas in Chamonix. Our room had incredible views of the mountains and lovely sound of the river flowing past. Highly recommend.

The staff especially Alex and his afternoon associate were quite helpful. They even printed my bus tickets and allowed us to stay a little later so we could be out of the rain while waiting for our bus departure. They honored our request for a room with a view and boy did they deliver! It would be nice to have coffee in the room. 😀
