Great hotel, very comfortable rooms great views up to Mt Blanc, staff excellent, very helpful. Amazing common areas as well with restaurant/ bar and lots of fun activities. Right next to Chamonix Sud bus station so convenient, but do expect road noise because of this. Walkable are. Beautiful views. Nice bar area to hang out and play games, duckpin bowling. No elevator working, shower door was broken so we had a bathroom flood, and heater in bathroom not working - so needs some mechanical updating/fixing.

This place has a great friendly vibe. The rooms are modern and clean. Love the towel warming rack for drying laundry. They offer free secure luggage storage if you are heading out on the TMB. The bus from Geneva is just next door so very convenient. There are also 2 gondolas that are close as well to the hotel.

Great location! Less than 5 mins to Augille du midi cable car and Town centre. Lovely hotel with great facilities in communal areas .. games, lounge / bar / dining .. kids area & small bowling lane. Saw adverts for spa facilities but only stayed one night so didn’t investigate. Great selection at breakfast. Room was spacious & clean - Mountain View’s were breathtaking. Good glazing meant no disturbances from outside. Would have liked to have had a body lotion in the bathroom, but by no means a dealbreaker! Nothing too much trouble for the staff who I had interaction with and all spoke impeccable English - my French is limited. I don’t ski, but a couple checked in before me & were offered advice on rentals & ski storage within the hotel. Great information available for those wishing to ski & resort buses pick up just outside the hotel. The coach pick up point for transfers to Geneva airport & beyond was at the end of the hotel block. Would definitely stay again if in Chamonix.

Our group used Plan B before and after some adventures in the Alps. It worked out really well. We found the hotel to be friendly and well setup for ski adventures. Had a nice game area and bar. Definitely will return next time in Chamonix!

We had two separate stays here within 10 stays. Both were excellent. Property is clean and well kept. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Bar and common areas are eclectic with area for board games and bowling. Very well staffed, and all we interacted with were helpful with local restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Plan B. The facilities were excellent, particularly the boot room, where you get a personal locker to store all your ski equipment. The hotel is very child friendly with great facilities for the kids. The bowling alley was really good fun. The location is also excellent, with bus stops right outside so you can easily get to all the main ski lift areas. My only negative was the pillows in our room, which were really soft! But otherwise this hotel was brilliant and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located right next to the Chamonix Sud station, which is served by many long distance buses. The station is also served by local buses (lines 1 and 2), which makes hopping around the valley a breeze. The room and facilities are modern and well maintained. We got a top floor unit with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to Mont Blanc. The view is simply amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while doing the TMB trek. Overall an excellent hotel.

We stayed in room 306. There is a bus station right next to it, if you are staying in summer and crack windows for air (as there is no AC), it stays noisy till past midnight. There is a restaurant in the back (Le Privilege) they had loud live music till midnight. Overall we liked the hotel and stay again.

Godt centralt hotel. Fantastisk udsigt fra altanen og særdeles serviceminded personale i receptionen. Vi savnede et lille køleskab på værelset. Vi var der i juli, hvor det var virkelig varmt, og det var ikke muligt at regulere det centraltstyrede klimaanlæg, så værelset var for varmt til vores smag. Vi måtte holde altandøren åben om natten, hvilket jo så gik ud over den ellers meget effektive støjdæpning af værelset. Ellers et dejligt hotel med mange muligheder for leg og spil i fællesområderne.

Accueil plus que décevant. Chambre non disponible à l’arrivée . Aucune communication entre le personnel et manque de personnel. Nous avons fini par avoir notre chambre à plus de 16h car il n’y avait pas de femmes de ménage pour préparer notre arrivée!… c’est vraiment dommage que le personnel ne soit pas plus compétent et professionnel car sinon il s’agit d’un très bel hôtel.

When I check in there was a young girl and she is not friendly and not helpful at all. She shows not welcome on her face. The next day morning there is a lady she was very nice. But I will not stay in this hotel hotel.

Perfect location for walking into centre of town and access to all ski buses right outside. Hard to better for location. Apartment was perfectly acceptable, would have been slightly more comfortable if we’d had a sofa…this was converted to beds in our case. Staff very helpful.

Excellent location. We stayed here before and after doing the Tour du Mont Blanc. This was the perfect location because the AlbaBus dropped us off and picked us up to from Geneva Airport right next door to the hotel. Included breakfast was excellent and the staff were ver friendly and helpful.
