Très bon service d’hospitalité, mais la chambre avait une très mauvaise isolation : on entendait même la chasse d’eau des autres chambres. Nous étions venus pour un week-end romantique et avons trouvé deux lits collés, impossibles à utiliser ensemble car ils se séparaient constamment ; au final, nous avons dormi soit sur un seul lit, soit chacun sur un lit différent. Le parking coûtait 30 € par jour et, le premier jour, il n’y avait aucune place disponible. Nous avons dû laisser la voiture dans un parking public à 20 € par jour. »

The hotel and their staff were excellent. The one big negative was the spa, which may be separately owned and operated. The spa staff was uncoordinated and untrained The front desk unmanned for several minutes, so I had to find someone to check me in. My masseuse was clueless, giving me the worst deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She never introduced herself, confirmed my name or length and type of treatment nor asked for or followed my requests about areas to focus on. It is a VERY awkward and uncomfortable beginning when someone walks into your room, doesn’t say a word and begins drenching you in oil. She then aimlessly worked on me, clearly NEVER having been formally trained. It was more painless than productive and so worthless I ended it halfway through my time. It felt like she was replacing someone on short notice and clearly had no idea what to do. The “manager” thankfully and correctly refunded my charges and offered me another complimentary massage with someone she said was their best masseuse, but at that point I was unhappy enough to pass on the offer. I hope my terrible experience was unique and they find well-trained and competent staff in the future.

The hotel was very convenient to all locations in Chamonix. Additionally, the rooms were quite large, very modern - and had been maintained very nicely. The spa was also a nice benefit... steam room, sauna and hot tub. Overall, we will definitely stay at this location again!!

The service was friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is wonderful with a great selection. The only thing lacking (and this is a small thing) is the spa. The water in the hot tub should be "HOT", around 103 degrees if it is to have the effect of a hot tub rather than at 95 degrees. But as I said, that's a small thing.

Fantastic hotel staff and approach by the hotel to ensure their guests have a good stay and any special occasion gets celebrated. Great location and amazing views of Mt Blanc. Good location with on site parking facilities and spa. Well worn and used rooms but otherwise comfortable save for the lack of A/C on a hot stuffy night.

Avces au 8eme etage sans ascenseur pour le dernier. Ceci donne l’impression d’arriver dans les greniers aménagés certes avec gout mais une partie de la pièce est réduite à une sous pente ou on tient à peine debout.. La douchette ne fonctionne pas Les rideaux occultants ont des fixations à revoir.!… pas de climatisation donc il faut laisser la baie vitrée grande ouverte pour laisser rentrer l’air frais mais l’avenue qui passe devant l’hôtel est fréquentée et le brui est permanent ! Bref la suite dite romantique est une supercherie et ne correspond pas aux prestations que nous avons l’habitude de trouver sur le site ! A fuir

Hotellet ligger bra till, dels till de nödvändiga bussarna om man ska åka skidor och bara 100m från huvudgatan där allt händer i staden. Frukosten är bättre än genomsnittet, skidförvaringen lättillgänglig, personalen var där men ingen kan krävas på mer service känsla, sängarna och rummen är bra- negativt är att det är lyhört ut till korridoren (byt ut dörrarna). Från balkongerna ser man en ful fasad men dalen är vacker i bakgrunden.

It was horrible stay I’ll never go back to this hotel , at approach treatment was very unliked,15 min to 4 pm they said you can’t check in you have to waite 15 min till time comes and next day you (( have to check out before 11 am )) let me check first my friend then threat me for check out, felt my self as refugee 😂 beside the room was full of animals bugs and Miskitos the very strange thing is they wanted me to bring a prof that there is bugs So I had to catch one and bring it to the resption down to proof that Then they changed my room to a suit , but the thing is the treatment and cleanness of the place by the way I a regular customer and every time I face a problems with them for the same issue treating the customer sense they were 3 star Now they’ve been upgraded to 4 star because of the spa But they are down graded in manners to 0 star I don’t recommend this hotel to any one Never ever again

It was clean and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff (a big help if you don't know the area). The spa is delightful and the spa services are professional. Easily walkable to everything but a far enough away to be quieter. Excellent breakfast spread.
