Accueil particulièrement sympathique de la part du personnel. L’hôtel est vintage mais très propre. Le parking est très appréciable. Les chambres refaites sont très correctes et très propres. We had a great stay. The hotel is right on the main street so easily walkable to shops, restaurants and attractions. The bus stop is right behind and the private car park was good for us. You can take a good hike from the hotel to the glacier viewpoint and also enjoy some good cycle rides. Although the hotel is a little dated, everything is good and comfortable. The reception team are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine. Overall, a good place and good value.

Good standard and value, experienced personal and caring service. All personal were very helpful and forthcoming on every occasion and level. Hotel parking area were great for our stay, -the hotels central location at Chamonix center for all services and offers are the best in the valley in my opinion. The hotel is located with it's front to the central all pedestrian street and its back to the ski bus stop - very convenient. The hotel itself is a charming mix of new and old - we stayed in a newly renovated room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good quality and the view from the breakfast restaurant was fantastic. The front desk was polite and easy to communicate with and we felt welcome and appreciated as customers.
