Great area and clean rooms.

Well situated, very friendly and comfortable this hotel is a 'can't go wrong'. There are small signs of wear around the edges but none the less, very enjoyable.

Breaking buffet was wonderful. Shower/bath tub less than optimal. Bad shower head and no grab bars. Water went everywhere. Also, no fan so bathroom. Had to leave door open and didn’t allow much privacy.

This is a private owned hotel that has elevator and air conditioner. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through Expedia: 1 with double beds and a bunk bed, 1 with a bunk bed and queen size bed. They're clean and walking distance to some major attractions but all rooms are small. I had to wait after 3pm to remind the receptionist who is nice and helpful, to clean and bring some towels on the second day. These rooms were expensive then more expensive adding tax and fees.

We arrived at this property on April 3rd. There is massive construction in front of the hotel. In some cases you can’t drive up to it. The hotel room was warm. We tried to use the AC as advertised and were told that they did not turn it on yet. Only option was open the windows which allowed for a ton of noise in the room. Left us with three sleepless nights. We asked Expedia for help and were told that the hotel did not offer anything. they did provide us with a voucher for a free night stay at a later date which I will never use. Unfortunate 3 nights at this place. Otherwise it’s a cute small hotel

The hotel was comfortable and with a great location. However the hotel didn't have Air conditioning and it was a little bit uncomfortable.

Madame de Pompadour once lived here. Now it looks more like refurbished to suit American tourists. Not necessarily a bad thing, but a bit bland. Our junior suite was in the old attic so no view of Paris wich we had hoped for. But it was fine. As was breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice receptionists and overall conduct. A very busy street and the parking (not the hotels) was €49 per 24 hours. We stayed 2 nights. Free bottled water is always a nice touch in warmer seasons. The hotel is close to the Louvre and the Tuileries, the opera and busy streets of the First arrondisement. So overall a good hotel, value for money, but if travelling by car, choose somewhere with less busy streets. And on sute parking. We shall.

Charming central Paris hotel. Perk it had 3 twin beds. Lots of restaurants in the area. Only a few blocks to the Opera and the Louvre! Highly recommend.

A Disappointing and Sleepless Stay I wish I had a better experience to share, but unfortunately, my stay was far from enjoyable. Misleading Amenities & Lack of Air Conditioning: One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it listed air conditioning as an amenity. However, they failed to mention that the A/C is seasonal and only turned on at the hotel's discretion. Since it was off during our stay, our room became unbearably hot. Noise & Disruptions: With no A/C, we had no choice but to open the windows for some relief. This led to two major issues: Street Noise & Smoke: The hotel is located in a busy area, and with the windows open, we were bombarded with loud traffic, people shouting, and even cigarette smoke drifting into our room from outside. Construction Chaos: To make matters worse, major road construction was happening right outside. Starting at 6 AM sharp, the relentless jackhammering, excavators, and beeping from heavy machinery made it impossible to sleep. Had the A/C been functioning, we could have kept the windows closed, blocking out the heat and much of the disruptive noise. Additionally, the hum of an air conditioner might have provided some white noise to drown out the racket outside. Complete Exhaustion & Ruined Trip: After multiple sleepless nights, we were completely exhausted, which ruined our entire trip. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were miserable and drained, barely able to function due to the lack of rest.

Good location, lots of cafes/bars/restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful, clean, accessible and well maintained! Staff never hesitated to provide information or help. Great location as well! A very well deserved 5/5!

The location between the Louvre and L'Opera and just behind the Jardin des Palais Royal were ideal. The hotel staff, especially MANON and JOSEPH, were especially friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent breakfast too!. Will be happy to return any time. Highly recommended!

The Golden Tulip was a lovely conveniently located boutique hotel with wonderful service. The staff recommended excellent restaurants within walking distance and arranged for a shuttle to the airport. The Louvre is just a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend.

Manon and the other front desk staff were wonderful in making restaurant recommendations and arranging for airport transportation.

Lovely little hotel with very serviceminded staff. We did not make use of the breakfast option but decided to have light breakfast at many nearby cafes. Great location if you just wish to be in walking distance to Le Marais. Louvre etc

Very convenient location! Washer/drier across the street. Service was excellent and property was clean. Tons of dining options available and close to 5 metro lines and at least 3 bus lines. Would stay again

This hotel is perfectly located - super close to the Louvre (7 min walk), the opera, shopping, restaurants, etc. It’s on a quiet street so there was no noise from traffic. The breakfast was terrific - eggs, assortment of breads, avocado, cereals, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, etc. The staff were all helpful and polite especially the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean - they have Nespresso machines in each room.

It is central near Palais Royal , but rue de Richelieu has massive road work and is closed for traffic 8am to 4 pm , which mean that you have to carry your luggage from where the cab will drop you

Centrally located. 10min walk from Louvre and metro station. Lots of restaurant choices. Great are and location.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staffs. Very clean atmosphere. Breakfast was superb. We would definitely stay again at Golden Tulip Washington Opera next time we visit Paris. 😀

Posizione ottima, camera e bagno puliti, letto alla francese quindi stretto per due. Il lato negativo la colazione, scarsa e quel poco che c'era di scarsa qualità e dire che se la fanno pagare 27 euro! un tipo di croissant (no fresco almeno del giorno prima), un tipo di pane, due tipi di yogurt (bianco e frutta), uova strapazzate e affettati.

Un albergo in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla Comédie Française e dal Museo del Louvre. Da qui è possibile raggiungere facilmente a piedi i luoghi più iconici di Parigi, ma anche scoprire angoli meno conosciuti e altrettanto affascinanti. Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti, arredate con gusto e sempre impeccabilmente pulite. La colazione, ricca e variegata, è un altro punto di forza. Il personale si distingue per la gentilezza e l’attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Manon, alla reception, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso e grande professionalità. Un soggiorno che lascia il segno!
