Beautiful Building historical excellent super modern everything no restaurants inside the hotel were fantastic. The Mexican restaurant food was great the staff outstanding very polite very helpful and the area restaurants fantastic. Loved. It will definitely go there again.

Really lovely room and nice hotel in a good area with nice staff , only down points were that we could hear the room next door to us really clearly and the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on for the hotel even though it was May (when we booked the hotel it says it has aircon) I would stay again and all in all a really good hotel

During our 3-day stay, we had no hot water for 2 days. When we brought this up with the hotel front desk they said "sorry". The staff was responsive in other matters though. Aside from the issue with having to take freezing cold showers, we learned we had to ask to have the room cleaned each day. There was also construction going on in our hallway. Total renovation to the point where there were wires hanging from the ceiling, loud hammering, drilling, etc. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area. I'd book one of those if I could go back in time.

Amazing location, great room, average common areas. Room was hot and was told the hotel air conditioning system had not yet been turned on for the spring/summer season. The staff told me they’d deliver a fan to my room but never did. Thankfully, the weather got colder the following day of my stay.

The location is great and the room is decent but the hallways are terrible, the carpet is trash and the walls look terrible. It is so noisy in the room I felt like I was outside. I could hear people talking on the street as if I was there. Then there is the construction noise, even worse!!

Very nice accommodations! They checked me much earlier than normal to my delight since I was exhausted from my flight. I was so glad. The room was perfect with comfy bed and a great view. I enjoyed the wine bar, they recommended wonderful wines for me to try and were very welcoming.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but I didn't because there was some construction going on that I was not made aware of before I reserved a room. However, everything else was great, especially the hidden bar.

Hotel appena ristrutturato, camera spaziosa e con vista sui tetti della città (vi consiglio le stanze al sesto piano, stanno terminando la ristrutturazione ma sono molto silenziose). Pulizia che dire eccellente è ridutttivo: raramente ho trovato una simile pulizia in altri hotel di tutto il mondo, spero che mantengano questo standard anche in futuro! Stanza ben arredata, è tutto nuovo e si vede che c’è cura per il dettaglio. Unica pecca: ci avevano assicurato che avremmo trovato le pantofole in camera al nostro arrivo, ma purtroppo erano out of stock quindi… nada! Peccato perché non le avevamo portate apposta ma niente di terribile, la stanza aveva la moquette (pulitissima, era nuovissima) quindi si poteva tranquillamente camminare solo con le calze! Nota di merito per aver fornito la stanza di un phon con diffusore, negli alberghi è pressoché impossibile trovarne! Posizione dell’hotel fenomenale, a pochissimi metri dalla fermata della metro Pyramides, attorniata da ristoranti, locali e negozi. Consiglio questa struttura senza alcun dubbio, grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno davvero bellissimo!

The location is excellent, literally one block away from the Louvre Museum. Several options for dining in front of the hotel and a small grocery store as well that came in handy when traveling with small children. So that would be the only reason for to choose this option again. The room (large renovated suite) we stayed was great but still felt overpriced. The service was below average, employees seemed to be unaware of basic hospitality items we see at the average hotel in the US. Old reception area, while charming actually felt run down. Lastly, while spending over U$1,000 a night during high season we had a large and nasty roach in our bathroom and that was disgusting and unacceptable.

the staff at the reception and the breakfast room was great. i did not rate the hotel well on cleanliness because it was under renovation so you had to cross that area with dirty carpet. also they have not changed the sheets at all at the hotel. the location is of course amazing close to almost everything. i enjoyed my stay despite the glitches i mentioned

My wife and I had a great stay for the entire week at Normandy Le Chantier. We booked a Deluxe Afterwork room which gave us plenty of space The hotel is located next to The Louve which is right at the center of the city. There were so much to explore within 15-minute walks of any direction. Hotel staff was warm and welcoming. They were quick to respond to anything we may need in the room. My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The only thing we may complain are soft pillows. This is certainly a hotel we like to return when we visit Paris again!

Great location, friendly staff. Beds were crazy hard and uncomfortable. Room was freezing even with the heat on high but front desk was able to provide a portable heater which took the edge off a little. Very clean and cute room. I would stay again!

Room was good after I requested a change. Originally they put us in a courtyard view but was really noisy from the fan. The new room was great. Big for Paris and access to the balcony so amazing views. Lots of options for breakfast but the hot options (eggs, sausage etc) were cold which was unfortunate. Great coffee! I would stay here again

The junior suite (renovated) was perfect for a family of 4. The staff were very nice and helpful and took us to our room. Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable. Our children loved the double shower too. It was very easy access to the Louvre and Metro station and there are a ton of dinning options in the area. There’s also a street nearby with Japanese or Korean food. If you are travelling with a family of 4, try junior suite is awesome!

We enjoyed our room at Normandy Le Chantier. It looks a bit run down but don’t let that fool you as the rooms are really nice. Ours looked like it had never been stayed in. It was very quiet also.

I will stay here again. Very helpful staff. Had an odd request late one night for a bag of ice to help with a bruised toe. Khalid got a bag of ice for us in less than 5 minutes. Everyone at this hotel is helpful and provided helpful information.

Location, Location, Location. Just steps from Cafés, Restaurants, and Museums. The rooms are spacious, however, we heard noise from streets throughout the night such as police sirens. The hotel appeared to be understaffed and felt as if coming in and out of an apartment building instead of a hotel. I dont think I will return in my next trip to Paris.

Conveniently located near the Louvre with several cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was outstandingly helpful and so pleasant. Reception desk workers and some restaurant staff spoke English. All were so patient and kind with my rudimentary French.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and although we read reviews that stated that, we booked anyway because the new rooms looked really nice and could accommodate our large family group and the location was great. However, the rest of the hotel was awful and you had to walk through it to get to your room. Dark, smelly hallways with dim lighting and stairs. Also I took a pretty nasty fall in the lobby on an unmarked step going up. They called paramedics due to my bleeding head and bruised leg, but I refused to go to hospital. They gave me an ice bag and never checked on me again or asked any of my family if I was ok.. I also emailed them prior to our arrival to confirm they had guest self laundry on premises since web site said they did. Well, it was a few blocks away, directions in French and locals were not very friendly about helping.

Very nice accommodations! They checked me much earlier than normal to my delight since I was exhausted from my flight. I was so glad. The room was perfect with comfy bed and a great view. I enjoyed the wine bar, they recommended wonderful wines for me to try and were very welcoming.

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. I even asked for a few recommendations in the area and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about things to see in the area. Would love to come back and stay here. It was also so clean and well-decorated 10/10

I love the rooms that we used.. super cute. The breakfast was fine. The personal at the front desk needs to be more friendly specially the only lady that is there. She is super rude. There only were two people that were amicable: A man that spoke to us in Spanish and helped us with the check in. I don’t know his name but he gave us 414 and 415 rooms. And the other person who helped us with the check out was also very nice. We stayed from Dec 31st and January 3rd.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Normandy Le Chantier und ich würde immer wieder kommen! das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage in einer Seitenstraße zum Louvre, unser Zimmer war renoviert, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir außerhalb frühstücken waren, 15€ sind jedoch teuer für Paris aber normal, wenn es nicht nur ein Croissant und ein Kaffee sein soll. Ein kleines Manko gab es im Zimmer, im Bad lief permanent die Heizung und wir konnten sie einfach nicht ausschalten, weswegen es super warm im Bad und auch im Zimmer wurde. Ansonsten wirklich alles super, wir kommen wieder!!

My wife and I had a great stay for the entire week at Normandy Le Chantier. We booked a Deluxe Afterwork room which gave us plenty of space The hotel is located next to The Louve which is right at the center of the city. There were so much to explore within 15-minute walks of any direction. Hotel staff was warm and welcoming. They were quick to respond to anything we may need in the room. My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The only thing we may complain are soft pillows. This is certainly a hotel we like to return when we visit Paris again!

Great location! 5 min walk to the Louvre. Easy access to metro. Uber to Eiffel is around 12-15 Euros. Lots of restaurants next door. Rooms are very clean and spacious! Breakfast is decent and serving staff very helpful and courteous. Some construction going on but does not bother you a bit.

Room was good after I requested a change. Originally they put us in a courtyard view but was really noisy from the fan. The new room was great. Big for Paris and access to the balcony so amazing views. Lots of options for breakfast but the hot options (eggs, sausage etc) were cold which was unfortunate. Great coffee! I would stay here again

O hotel melhorou muito com a nova gestão, os quartos foram modernizados e são amplos e confortáveis. A localização é excelente, dali vc vai fácil pros principais pontos de Paris, a maioria até a pé, se estiver disposto. Mesmo com o upgrade de instalações, o Hotel manteve a categoria de 04 estrelas, o que permite que a hospedagem seja viável em termos de preço, pois a região ali prevalecem os 05 estrelas, com preços muito elevados pra gente comum. O que ainda precisa melhorar é o café da manhã, apenas mediano e caro. Mas nas imediações existem mercados onde vc pode comprar tudo de alimentos e bebidas para abastecer o quarto.

From our first entry to our departure, every member of the staff was amazing. The coffee was the best we enjoyed in both London and Paris. We were really close to Louvre and the Big Bus stop to tour the city. The taco bar provided gluten free food for my wife. The hotel was surrounded by street cafe's which we enjoyed immensely. A They had a very handy elevator and excellent room temperature control, and the room was made up daily. What more could we say. We would surely stay there again.

Hotel Normandy checks all the boxes. Big, clean, quiet, AC and very close to the Louvre and shopping. The staff is very professional and helpful. We started four nights and slept great. And the bathroom was spacious enough for the two of us to get dressed at the same time. I highly recommend the Hotel Normandy le Chantier
