Whilst this hotel is a little off-piste, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Checkin and checkout were both seamless. Our triple room was on the 5th floor. It was clean, with enough towels etc. The air conditioning worked a treat. We were able to use the fridge in the room to cool our own drinks. We were worried that there may have been street noise but this wasn’t an issue for us. One thing to note is that the lift is incredibly small and slow. We often ended up taking the stairs, but that may not be suitable for all. There are two metro stations located close by, lots of eateried and at least 3 supermarkets. The walk to most places of interest takes between 30-45 minutes. It’s a great way to see Paris.

Firstly, the hotel. Nicely done and decorated. Everything clean. The room was small, and bathroom (shower especially) ditto. But all fine and looked new. Breakfast was ideal. Pastries, bread, fruit, charcouterie, juices and coffee/tea. The area was easily walkable from Republique, so very convenient for sightseeing and transport. Many nearby choices of reasonable food/drink. Lovely stay.

Great hotel for the price. It’s about 3-4 miles to the city center. So if you’re willing to walk or take the metro I would recommend it. Didn’t like having to give the key to the reception every time I left. They should have electronic key cards to get into your room. The elevator is very small. One person can fit it in only. It wouldn’t fit a wheelchair. So I would look elsewhere if you have a wheelchair that needs an elevator

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro-Station. Man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zahlreichen Geschäften. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, allerdings sehr klein, das Bad auch winzig. Genauso der Aufzug, der nichts für Personen mit Klaustrophobie ist. Das Frühstück war gut, vor allem der frisch gepresste O-Saft super. Das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Breakfast setup included fresh-squeezed orange juice and an egg-boiler, also a tv in the breakfast nook to watch the morning news. Front Desk was amiable. Altogether a very pleasant stay, close to several dining options, tucked away on a quiet street just a short walk from the Place de la République.

Had a great stay! Very quiet hotel excellent breakfast area. Staff supper friendly. 5 min walks to a Metro line, less then 10 to another. It’s European sized rooms (comfy bed!) and a small elevator…Price was right and we were in Paris after all. Will stay again.

Allem in allem würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr klein und das Bett ebenso, vorallem mit den Schränken direkt am Kopfteil noch beengender. Für eine Reise zu zweit würde ich unbedingt ein Superior Doppelzimmer buchen. Ebenso finde ich sollte das Hotel (zumindest in dem Zimmer in dem wir waren) das Wachbecken austauschen, es ist ziemlich verfärbt und hat abplatzer und sieht dadurch nicht sonderlich ansprechend aus. Ansonsten alles Top!

De algemene netheid van de kamer kan beter. Stoffige roosters en kozijnen. Een enkel personeelslid mag meer hygiëne toepassen. De kamer en het bed waren een stuk kleiner dan verwacht, met 1.90m staken mijn voeten ruim uit het bed. Duidelijkheid over de exacte afmetingen van het bed zouden helpen bij de keuze. Vriendelijk personeel, prima als je niet veel extra verwacht dan een slaapplaats op een centrale locatie.

Really wanted to like this hotel, but wasn’t a good experience. Pictures are VERY DECEIVING! Didn’t have hot or even warm water any of the mornings. The one time we did was after 11pm at night. Shower had black mildew, would think they could at least spray it, bathroom was tiny and no shampoo/conditioner provided. Last, carpet was cheap and worn. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff is friendly, the room is functional. The shape of the room is a little awkward so you can't open two luggages at the same time for example. The bathroom is clean but with some mold stains on the ceiling. The water leaks from the shower box into the bathroom floor.

Very Lovely hôtel. In a very quiet street. Rooms are typical Paris and ours was a mini suite with all amenities (King bed, fridg, robes and slippers, coffee, AC, steamer for clothes, two opening Windows) and with good soundproof. Service is very good (Thank you Christina!) with excellent simple breakfast fresh orange juice. Great place!

The hotel is a little off the beaten path and the rooms are very small but it’s safe, clean and has everything you need. The force of the water in the shower is amazing and the towel warmer is a nice touch, as is the daily fresh water and free Coke. This is a very charming hotel and perhaps the very best feature is that every single staff member is friendly, helpful and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Really great service, 24/7 front desk and everyone was very kind. The room is nice however it is very small. There was not much room for our luggage and the shower was uncomfortably small.

Posizione buona e vicino a diversi mezzi pubblici, e alla vita notturna. Camera piccola e scura. Con il bollitore ci veniva dato ogni giorno una busta di caffè normale e due di decaffeinato… le piccole cose strane che ti lasciano l’amaro in bocca. Abbiamo fatto Check-in tardi ed è stato più che sbrigativo, sicuramente le persone che ci sono di giorno sono più attente alla cura del cliente o almeno lo spero.

Very good hotel, within 3 min walk to a metro. The hotel is a bit dated and the locations is off main road. However, for the price and location it's a comfy place to stay - perfect for us as we were out exploring Paris most of the time.

Whilst this hotel is a little off-piste, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Checkin and checkout were both seamless. Our triple room was on the 5th floor. It was clean, with enough towels etc. The air conditioning worked a treat. We were able to use the fridge in the room to cool our own drinks. We were worried that there may have been street noise but this wasn’t an issue for us. One thing to note is that the lift is incredibly small and slow. We often ended up taking the stairs, but that may not be suitable for all. There are two metro stations located close by, lots of eateried and at least 3 supermarkets. The walk to most places of interest takes between 30-45 minutes. It’s a great way to see Paris.

Firstly, the hotel. Nicely done and decorated. Everything clean. The room was small, and bathroom (shower especially) ditto. But all fine and looked new. Breakfast was ideal. Pastries, bread, fruit, charcouterie, juices and coffee/tea. The area was easily walkable from Republique, so very convenient for sightseeing and transport. Many nearby choices of reasonable food/drink. Lovely stay.

This hotel was beautiful, with a lot of charm. The rooms were small, like most hotels in Paris, but it worked perfectly for us. The elevator was also small, but not problematic, I only note it as information. The front desk staff was very helpful with our questions, and breakfast was excellent. For being close to many restaurants and transportation, this hotel was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Although the rooms were maybe a little on the small side the property itself was fantastic. Very clean and modern in all areas. Helpful staff on the desk and as our breakfast was included a great variety available. 2 min walk to the Metro stop which gave you access to the whole of Paris. Couldn't fault it at all...

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro-Station. Man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zahlreichen Geschäften. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, allerdings sehr klein, das Bad auch winzig. Genauso der Aufzug, der nichts für Personen mit Klaustrophobie ist. Das Frühstück war gut, vor allem der frisch gepresste O-Saft super. Das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cadre familial. La madame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner est vraiment super gentil. C'est désolant qu'on ne peut pas réchauffer les gaufres. On a vraiment aime le jus d'orange fraîchement pressé. La chambre est très propre, mais pas spacieuse.

Perfect 2 night stay, hotel was very clean, staff was excellent! Very friendly, would highly recommend. I did not partake in the breakfast, my husband said it was minimal acceptable, he would recommend finding local dining for breakfast. But we did not pick hotel for the breakfast. Still would recommend and would return again.

Fabulous bargain and comfy accommodations, very close to the Goncourt metro station. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is one of the more hearty and delicious continental breakfast buffets that I’ve had. I feel the people complaining about the room size aren’t aware of how densely populated Paris is and how small accommodations at all price points are. Considering the going rates for the rooms, this is an excellent bargain and quality choice.

Great stay at this really lovely hotel. Super friendly, helpful staff and extremely clean. Very quiet location, but also felt a very safe area. 5 min walk from metro, so easy to get to main tourist spots in Paris. I stayed here with my 16 year old son and 80 year old mum, and we all really loved it. Very comfy beds and great shower too. We had the suite on the ground floor, it was spacious and really comfortable (it would be perfect for someone with less mobility or disabled). Would absolutely stay here again! Can't fault it, and great value.

Great spot! Rooms are comfortable, stylish and nicely renovated. It’s a small hotel with very small rooms so take that into consideration if you’re traveling as a couple. You may not have space for all your luggage. Otherwise rly lovely space for a great price in a fantastic area. Highly recommend!

Our ground floor room had a nice little veranda and a spacious bathroom. Clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is close to several dining options and a couple of metro stations, and a short walk to the canal.

Loved this cute hotel, it was very clean when we arrived. Amen (not sure of exact spelling) at reception was really polite and helpful. He kept our luggage safe on the last day when we were out and about. The metro is only a few minutes walk. If you are on a budget, this hotel is ideal, good location and felt safe.
