I love how close it is to the Gare du Nord and Gard de L’Est. Very convenient and walkable to those two train station. One thing that sucks is that the elevator broke down twice during the time I stayed there. Other than that it was great. Just keep in mind how close quarters the rooms are to each other that you can hear someone having a fun time in the sheets at 2am in the morning.

The hotel is small in comparison to a chain hotel. However, it is very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, and spa were clean. I like the fact that after certain time at night, they lock the front door. We stayed in the first floor close to the entrance, so it felt safe to know doors were closed. We got the chance to experience the steam room and sauna in the spa, which it was just what we needed to start the day. We are pleased with our stay and definitely recommend this location!

This isn't a 4 star. The base room is so tiny to sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door you'll hit your legs and feet. The sink is literally in the shower. There were stains on my sheet. Old faded ones but still. I didn't get my complimentary wine upgrade but the staff was friendly and let me check in early. I requested an iron and they brought me 1 with an ironing board with a ton of rust stains. When my friends asked for one they had to borrow mine and the guy said leave it in the hallway in case somebody else wants to use it lol true story. No cooked to order breakfast and the crepes are cold. The water is not.

Beautiful hotel tucked away but 5 mins to Gard du Nord station and 3 mins walk to the Metro. Very welcoming and helpful staff, everywhere was spotless.Breakfast was outstanding and soa facilities was the icing on the cake. Absolutely wonderful!

Mademoiselle is a lovely boutique hotel, small rooms if you’re traveling alone is perfect but if you’re traveling with a companion space becomes an issue. As most quaint boutique hotels, it is an older builder with older rooms and features. At initial scan of the room, there was hair on the floor and spiders in the bathroom bathtub. Seems as though they just did an okay job in cleaning the bathroom after the last guest. The room set-up was cute, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The area was definitely not centralized, if you want to stay near all the local tourist marks, this is not it. It was a close walk from the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and its cute area. I recommend a local bakery by there called Leonie- BEST CROISSANTS! Go at 7 am to enjoy these freshly baked.

Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!!

Kind of hard to have the sink inside the shower, which means if you wanna want to brush your teeth you are standing on a wet floor, which is above the level where the toilet is, but the shower spills water everywhere onto the floor. It is unavoidable.

While I was there, I had $300 € stolen by another guest!! The night clerk wanted nothing to do with the matter.. the room was way too cramped and uncomfortable. The balcony is even more ridiculously smaller. The rooms are barely suitable for one person. The breakfast was not free. It was definitely lacking quality

The hotel is closely situated near the main train station. Easy 7 minute walk, easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Staff is friendly, helpful and the little touches such as complimentary umbrellas and luggage storage are just so nice. The room was clean and had a cool, almost gothic-esque vibe but definitely not offputting in any way. I would gladly make this hotel my 1st choice if I visit Paris again.

The staff was amazing and it's very close to the Gard du Nord train station. Even though that the room wasn't ready when I arrived it was OK because I was able to leave my luggage. When I came back I had found out that the staff brought my luggage up to my room. A very nice treat. The area is ideal for walking to a few different hotspots and near the metro. The staff were very helpful in setting up a car service for me to the airport upon my departure. I would highly recommend this place. Good food/drinks, free Wi-Fi, it has an elevator and in the room there was a blow dryer.

It not the Ritz but it doesn’t cost what the Ritz costs either! For its category, a family vacation hotel where value is measured in satisfaction not how much it cost, this is a superb choice. Clean, attractive, pleasant, a very accommodating and friendly staff, it is a real value for the price. The area is not the most exciting in Paris, but if you are leaving or arriving by train into Gare d'Nord or Este, this hotel is extremely convenient. With Parisienne traffic what it is, the taxi to any major area can be pricey. You should consider the Underground or Uber and Lyft. BTW, our room was upgraded to a suite because we booked through Hotels.com!

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, da es zentral zum Gare Est ist, und mit wenigen Gehminuten dorthin kommt. Es liegt in einer typischen Bahnhofsgegend mit all seinen vor Nachteilen. Viele Restaurants der unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen vor Ort. Das Zimmer war für Pariser Verhältnisse relativ groß. beim Checkin etwas Verwirrung wegen des relativ hohen Deposit von 100 €. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene freie Flasche Wein gab es nicht.

Great breakfast buffet, friendly and excellent service by the staff. What we love about this Hotel was the close proximity to Eurostar. Area were very close to tourist spots. We navigated around Paris thru Uber ride bec we had small kids on our trip. Recommend for family who would want to stay near Eurostar.

Room was small and not particularly attractive, but mostly good anyway. Clean and quiet. A/C didn’t get the room as cool as preferred, though it was turned all the way down. Management said they fixed it, but it still didn’t get really cool. But it was ok anyway. Breakfast was good. Hotel seems expensive, but it’s cheaper than others. People are very nice.
