The room was well equipped with a hairdryer, garment steamer, safe and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The shower was a good size and easy to regulate the temperature. The shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner had a great fragrance. The room was equipped with 1 espresso cup and 1 larger cup but they were happy to provide 2 mugs for tea on asking. We had garden view rooms and enjoyed the lovely birdsong. We didn’t try out the restaurant however we used the bar facilities and the prices were comparable to the local bars and restaurants. My only feedback was the reception area it was often difficult to identify who was a member of staff and they had a tendency to sit both sides of the desk. It wasn’t easy to identify which of the staff around the desk was there to assist. Having said that you were always met with a greeting from some of the staff. You don’t have to have your rooms serviced so you can put your quiet sign on the door handle and they won’t make up your room. However we meet the cleaning staff on several occasions as we left our room and they were all very polite and said good morning. The hotel is in a great location with great bus and metro links into the centre of Paris. Opposite the hotel is the MLK park which is great for a stroll around and some time out from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Take time to wander round the lovely streets of Batignolles as there are some lovely independent shops bars and restaurants near The Marie.

This hotel was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is good, only 15 minutes or so from the Eiffel Tower by cab. The hotel offers breakfast but we did not try it, however they have drinks and snacks available at the front counter (24/7) that we took advantage of, great plus. The amenity area is quite nice, plenty of seating in a fun set up, including and very nice outdoor area. Would stay here again!

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel has nice seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The gym was basic but still better than nothing. The location is lovely, right opposite Martin Luther King park. Really close to a small shopping centre, close to metros and buses and places to eat. Really happy with my stay here.

Praktisches kleines Hotel in Paris Gut gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie bspw Montmatre oder der Triumphbogen sind zu Fuß (~ 2km) erreichbar. Das Hotel ist relativ sauber, jedoch sehr hellhörig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kleine gemütliche Innenhof. Für den Preis jedoch mehr als fair.

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and available. The location is central and you can walk across the street to the park and not a far walk to the metro. The rooms are modern and nice. Please park outside of you don't have a small vehicle. Many cars have been damaged going up and down that narrow spiral driveway. The staff will warn you so please check space before you enter in.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen Pont Cardinet und Brochant. Das Viertel wirkt auf den ersten Blick abgeranzt, ist aber sympathisch mit einem herrlichen Park gegenüber vom Hotel. Das Hotel selber ist modern und stylisch. Die Zimmer etwas zu klein, zumindest um Koffer zu lagern. Das Bad hat leider auch den Hauch von Peep-Show, was mir gar nicht gefiel. Das Personal war teils sehr freundlich und sympathisch, teils ausgesprochen arrogant, besonders ein junger dunkelhäutiger Angestellter war nicht nur nicht gewillt Englisch zu reden, sondern fuchtelte tuckig und arrogant mit den Händen vor uns her ohne persönliche Willkommensworte. Das Hotel hat eine superschöne Innenterasse mit viel Grün, wer da abends noch was trinken will, muss frühzeitig hin, anderenfalls muss man drinnen sitzen und wird ignoriert. Großes Lob an Massi, sehr sympathisch!

The staff is absolutely great, from housekeeping to reception showed a very positive attitude! Unfortunately shower and pillows did smell, so need to improve overalll hygiene. Also compliments to the chef, the food was great and there is a large selection of Parisian beers! Definably would give it a second chance 😊

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, las habitaciones , incluyendo el baño muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y las toallas muy bien. A pesar de estar sobre avenida el hotel no se escucha ruido, se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse al aeropuerto .

There was mold and mildew in the shower. Additionally, when we returned to our room yesterday, our door was open. We had to do a thorough search to make sure none of our belongings were missing. My towel had a brown stain on it before I even used it. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room itself smelt like mold as well.

Personeel kan geen goed Engels spreken. Zowel welkom als uitchecken was bijzonder. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was bevallen. De kamers zijn klein en heel erg luidruchtig. Je hoort echt alles van buiten en van binnen. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden.

Hotel molto carino, struttura moderna con tutti i confort. Le camere non sono grandi ma molto pulite e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Metropolitana raggiungibile a piedi e strategica per raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città.

I am glad I stayed at this location. I was bit skeptical about the Batignolle area, even during my bus ride to the place, but once i got to my room and walked around the area a bit, I was very satisfied. My room, although it didn't have a balcony, it allowed me to open both windows fully to let the outisde air in. Room was exceptionally clean, came with essentials like toileteries, towels, nespresso machine, cups, hair dryer and even bottle of water which seems like they fill in (not a plastic water bottle). I was bit skeptical about the Batignolle area, even during my bus ride to the place, but once i got to my room and walked around the area a bit, I was very satisfied. My room, although it didn't have a balcony, it allowed me to open both windows fully to let the outisde air in. Room was exceptionally clean, came with essentials like toileteries, towels, nespresso machine, cups, hair dryer and even bottle of water which seems like they fill in (not a plastic water bottle). We had 2 doublerooms (Garden side) for a short city trip in Paris. Rooms have a good size, good medium hard matrasses and a rain shower. Location nearby upcoming area and nearby metro Brochante line 13 (very busy traffic) on rush hours. Enjoyable hotel good price/quality

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen Pont Cardinet und Brochant. Das Viertel wirkt auf den ersten Blick abgeranzt, ist aber sympathisch mit einem herrlichen Park gegenüber vom Hotel. The room was well equipped with a hairdryer, garment steamer, safe and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The shower was a good size and easy to regulate the temperature. The shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner had a great fragrance. The room was equipped with 1 espresso cup and 1 larger cup but they were happy to provide 2 mugs for tea on asking. We had garden view rooms and enjoyed the lovely birdsong. We didn’t try out the restaurant however we used the bar facilities and the prices were comparable to the local bars and restaurants. My only feedback was the reception area it was often difficult to identify who was a member of staff and they had a tendency to sit both sides of the desk. It wasn’t easy to identify which of the staff around the desk was there to assist. Having said that you were always met with a greeting from some of the staff. You don’t have to have your rooms serviced so you can put your quiet sign on the door handle and they won’t make up your room. However we meet the cleaning staff on several occasions as we left our room and they were all very polite and said good morning. The hotel is in a great location with great bus and metro links into the centre of Paris. Opposite the hotel is the MLK park which is great for a stroll around and some time out from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Take time to wander round the lovely streets of Batignolles as there are some lovely independent shops bars and restaurants near The Marie.

It was our second stay in this hotel - we came back since we liked the first one this summer during the Summer Olympics, but this time we were overall disappointed. The staff was really unprofessional - it all started during the check-in when we (my partner and I, i.e. 2 travelers) were given a room with a bed for 1 person, on a ground floor, which looked like a basement, and where the bed was also made only for 1 person (no idea what the staff was thinking). When we said that we would like a room we paid for, the staff acted as if we wanted something extra, no initial apology, but after a bit of back and forth, they eventually put us in a room that we paid for. The stay overall went well, the rooms are nice, bedding really comfortable and overall clean. However, the disappointing experience continued during check out when the receptionist (who did not even speak proper English which we would expect in a 4-star hotel) wanted to charge us for additional breakfast packages that we never had she wanted us to pay all the extra fees like city tax etc ignoring that the staff already charged us during check-in. We had to call the manager who spoke English and helped us sort it out, and when asking about the check-in experience we learned that the rooms are sometimes wrongly advertised on the website and that the staff made a mistake. To me though, it seemed to be an attempt to give us this ugly room when the hotel was full during the NY Eve, hoping we would accept. Disappointing!

Great communication. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Big props to GB. Front desk agent. Took his time to assist me with directions and a to do list of things to see today 9/2. My room was very clean. Blackouts could be used or added to those rooms overlooking the street. Breakfast was substantial.

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel has nice seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The gym was basic but still better than nothing. The location is lovely, right opposite Martin Luther King park. Really close to a small shopping centre, close to metros and buses and places to eat. Really happy with my stay here.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, las habitaciones , incluyendo el baño muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y las toallas muy bien. A pesar de estar sobre avenida el hotel no se escucha ruido, se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse al aeropuerto .

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and available. The location is central and you can walk across the street to the park and not a far walk to the metro. The rooms are modern and nice. Please park outside of you don't have a small vehicle. Many cars have been damaged going up and down that narrow spiral driveway. The staff will warn you so please check space before you enter in.

The property is located in a run down area. The room was ok but here’s where things go wrong. After returning home my partner noticed her Louis Vuitton clutch bag was not in the suitcase. The bag was left in the bottom of the suitcase as it wasn’t used it was there when we arrived and now it’s gone clearly the cleaners have stole it. Also even when leaving on the door do not disturb cleaners would let themselves in at 8.30-9am when we were in bed. If you value your belongings don’t stay here

The staff is absolutely great, from housekeeping to reception showed a very positive attitude! Unfortunately shower and pillows did smell, so need to improve overalll hygiene. Also compliments to the chef, the food was great and there is a large selection of Parisian beers! Definably would give it a second chance 😊

Première fois dans cet établissement, l'accueil est très chaleureux et l'équipe dynamique. La chambre était au calme, côté jardin. Seul petit bémol peut être, la literie est vraiment ferme. Question de goût, mais un surmatelas pourrait probablement avoir son utilité. Côté cuisine, c'est vraiment sympa et original, ça change et ça fait du bien. Les cocktails sont très bons. Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi varié et qualitatif, ça change là aussi des buffets qu'on trouve un peu partout. Je reviendrai avec plaisir, surtout en été pour découvrir le jardin et la terrasse.

Le personnel Tribe est d'une extrême gentillesse et fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients. Ma fille qui m'accompagnait lors d'un déplacement professionnel a été malade et comme nous devions quitter la chambre puisque nous partions le soir, ils lui ont mis a disposition une chambre pour qu'elle puisse se reposer. Nous avons été très touchées par ce geste et j'en remercie le manager et l'ensemble de son staff. La chambre était confortable avec un prix très raisonnable pour Paris. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

Room was fine, close to the station and good location next to restaurants and stores. Only issue was on checkin, the space was still quite dirty either way checking in, so housekeeping was running behind. My room was not thoroughly cleaned either things under the bed but clean enough.

Air con didn’t work properly and they really didn’t try an help. Lots of people complaining and not ideal in 35 degree heat!

We stayed for 6 nights at the Tribe Batignolles and what made the stay so great was the staff. Yes the room was comfortable and we had everything we needed, comfortable bed etc. That’s easy for a hotel but the staff was helpful and generous. We had some issues with our booking, on our end, and they made it all work so we could stay on the same room for the duration of our stay. When I had a hand injury they went out of their way to help me and were always friendly and more than happy to help.
