Regular, para un viajero contar con un buen servicio de wifi es indispensable y el servicio en Adagio XV París es pésimo. La entrada por la noche es muy oscura y está señalizada con un papel con el nombre, pegado en el frente. Nada visible durante la noche. La igiene del toilette fue pésimo, con olor fuerte a orin.Rescstamos la atención del recepcionista de la noche que fue muy amable a la hora de recibirnos

Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner donc je ne peux pas donner d'appréciation. Appartement fonctionnel au 8e étage - salon avec un canapé/ lits gigognes, la chambre comprenait un bureau et deux lits de 80cm rassemblé pour faire un grand lit, ce n' est pas l'idéal... les alèses de protection de lit plastifié ne sont pas agréables et le drap qui servait de drap housse et la couette un peu trop petite. Quelques petits défauts esthétique : les plafond qui s'écaille, le plan de travail abîmé dans la cuisine. Cuisine fonctionnelle et équipements cuisine avec frigo, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, bouilloire et cafetière, torchon, eponge, produit vaisselle et pastille pour le lave vaisselle parfait pour notre séjour. Salle de bain très bien, linge de toilette et distributeur de shampooing et savon à disposition. Le parking en supplément annoncé à 25€ en sous terrain. Le paiement se fait à l'accueil, ouverture du parking avec code donné à la réception. Personnel d'accueil agréable. Emplacement de l'appartement très bien proche des stations porte de Versailles et balard.

El hotel necesita bastante mantenimiento ya, el exterior y zona de lobby en verdadero deterioro. La habitación, aunque tenía algunas fallas en las lámparas, "bien en general", pero eso sí, le faltaba limpieza pues el piso no había sido aspirado, había mucha pelusa y cabellos tirados, además que en el baño "WC", APESTABA a pipi, DEMASIADO DESAGRADABLE, y aunque parecía limpio, no lo estaba... Menos mal la zona de la bañera estaba aparentemente limpia.

A limpeza é feita somente 1 vez, o que não foi muito bom porque deixamos cair suco e tivemos que conviver com esse piso melado até que conseguissemos limpeza. Funcionários atenciosos, educados e com vontade de ajudar, especialmente a angolana da recepção. Podíamos nos servir de café e suco na recepção.

Es war dreckig, auf dem Bett waren Flecken, Haare im Bad, Essensreste in die Küche, Fenster ging nicht zu, das Zimmer roch ganz ekelhaft und alt, die Möbel waren schon am zerfallen, Fenster schmutzig es war allgemein sehr dreckig und alt. Ganz besonders unter dem Bett war eine Riesen Staubschicht.

I really liked my stay here. It was a very good room and service for the money that I payed. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is good located. You can reach anywhere with the metro or bus.

Arrivée à 22h. La chambre était correct. Le ménage n’est pas fait sous les lits et les tables de chevet. La salle de bain une horreur !!!!!!! Le wc fuit ça pue l’urine, fenêtre cassée, peinture cloquée par l’humidité. Si je ne restais pas que deux nuits j’aurai demandé à changer de chambre. Le rez de chaussée tellement bruyant…. Des portes qui claquent de 7h à 9h3 pour aller aux sous sols. Très déçu de mon séjour !!!!

This place is literally disintegrating. Our room had many parts made from particle board. It had clearly gotten wet and was just falling apart. The layout was nice and the idea is sound but the condition is shotty at best. The condition would have been disappointing at any price. Of course, being in Paris, the price is high and the value is in the location, not the room. Having said that, the hotel doesn't have much to recommend it. If you are in a pinch, Iike we were, then it will be fine. If you are expecting anything other than disappointment then keep looking.

Litt unna hovedsentrum, men rolig område og lett å ta seg videre med metro. Passe stort rom. Ingen aircondition, men gikk å ha vinduet åpent, da det var stille ute. Gikk ikke alltid å trekke ned på toalettet. Alt av utstyr var tilgjengelig, som hårføner, strykejern mm. Hyggelige resepsjonister.

Après une arrivée un peu chaotique ( chambre pas prête à 21 h , et un peu de cafouillage entre les differents interlocuteurs et le traitement des informations dans le logiciel interne ) , le sejour s'est très bien passé . petit dejeuner copieux et varié , appartement spacieux meme si un peu defraichi par endroits , et personnel à l ecoute . J ' y reviendrai avec plaisir pour mes prochains sejours . Merci au Directeur et son adjointe pour leur intervention efficace et rapide

The unit is clean and it also has a kitchen. The staffs were nice and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area except for that old black guy in the reception on september 24 2024 when we arrive at around 11 am. He is grumpy and speaks to me as if i just got out of the bush. He seems angry or just undermined my ethnic background. The management should speak to him. It is not right what he did. I stayed for few days and my wish is not to see him again.

Après une arrivée un peu chaotique ( chambre pas prête à 21 h , et un peu de cafouillage entre les differents interlocuteurs et le traitement des informations dans le logiciel interne ) , le sejour s'est très bien passé . petit dejeuner copieux et varié , appartement spacieux meme si un peu defraichi par endroits , et personnel à l ecoute . J ' y reviendrai avec plaisir pour mes prochains sejours . Merci au Directeur et son adjointe pour leur intervention efficace et rapide

Petite déconvenue à l'arrivée à l'appart'hôtel quand nous apprenons que notre réservation pour la semaine a été annulée et sans aucunes explications en plus !! finalement la réservation a été récupérée par la personne de l'accueil et nous avons pu disposer de la chambre en suivant. Concernant la chambre, elle était suffisamment spacieuse pour 3, le matelas du grand lit était pour moi personnellement pas assez ferme ce qui m'a valu un mal de dos tous les matins. Les meubles vieillots et les portes et encadrements des pièces sont très abimés par endroits, c'est dommage ! cela mérite vraiment une bonne rénovation. Et le lave-vaisselle cassé au niveau du support des rails et roulettes des paniers vaisselles, cela a été signalé en début de séjour mais rien n'a été fait pour ça ! je trouve ensuite dommage de ne pas avoir le ménage fait (au moins 1 fois) pendant la durée de notre séjour (1 semaine tout de même) il fallait demander à l'accueil si nous avions besoin de changer de serviettes de bain, papier toilette ou draps.... je trouve cela pas vraiment correct au vu du prix payé pour la semaine. Hormis cela, ce fut une super semaine pour visiter PARIS avec un temps magnifique et des visites au TOP. La prochaine fois je ne reviendrai surement pas dans cet hôtel.

The apartment was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help. Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments. The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.

Litt unna hovedsentrum, men rolig område og lett å ta seg videre med metro. Passe stort rom. Ingen aircondition, men gikk å ha vinduet åpent, da det var stille ute. Gikk ikke alltid å trekke ned på toalettet. Alt av utstyr var tilgjengelig, som hårføner, strykejern mm. Hyggelige resepsjonister.

Bien situé. Accès soit par le metro (porte de Versailles,) ou par le bus 39 (porte d Issy) et au maximum 5min de marche. Quartier secur, sans problème. Très calme. Aucune façade ne donne sur la rue et sur le périphérique ... Et toujours la meme qualité des matelas "Accor"!

Regular, para un viajero contar con un buen servicio de wifi es indispensable y el servicio en Adagio XV París es pésimo. La entrada por la noche es muy oscura y está señalizada con un papel con el nombre, pegado en el frente. Nada visible durante la noche. The unit is clean and it also has a kitchen. The staffs were nice and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area except for that old black guy in the reception on september 24 2024 when we arrive at around 11 am. He is grumpy and speaks to me as if i just got out of the bush. He seems angry or just undermined my ethnic background. The management should speak to him. It is not right what he did. I stayed for few days and my wish is not to see him again.

Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner donc je ne peux pas donner d'appréciation. Appartement fonctionnel au 8e étage - salon avec un canapé/ lits gigognes, la chambre comprenait un bureau et deux lits de 80cm rassemblé pour faire un grand lit, ce n' est pas l'idéal... les alèses de protection de lit plastifié ne sont pas agréables et le drap qui servait de drap housse et la couette un peu trop petite. Quelques petits défauts esthétique : les plafond qui s'écaille, le plan de travail abîmé dans la cuisine. Cuisine fonctionnelle et équipements cuisine avec frigo, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, bouilloire et cafetière, torchon, eponge, produit vaisselle et pastille pour le lave vaisselle parfait pour notre séjour. Salle de bain très bien, linge de toilette et distributeur de shampooing et savon à disposition. Le parking en supplément annoncé à 25€ en sous terrain. Le paiement se fait à l'accueil, ouverture du parking avec code donné à la réception. Personnel d'accueil agréable. Emplacement de l'appartement très bien proche des stations porte de Versailles et balard.

A limpeza é feita somente 1 vez, o que não foi muito bom porque deixamos cair suco e tivemos que conviver com esse piso melado até que conseguissemos limpeza. Funcionários atenciosos, educados e com vontade de ajudar, especialmente a angolana da recepção. Podíamos nos servir de café e suco na recepção.

Very difficult to locate the hotel. The room did not live up to the pictures. 1/4 mile walk to metro. I would never stay here again. 2 star hotel.

Breakfast was good, bathrooms were terrible, there were no exhaust fan in bathroom. No fridge in the room. Check in process was terrible, i booked my hotel in advance and when i reached them to check in they said you don't have any booking, even though I paid the full amount in advance.
