No ac as advertised on external travel website, two fans were provided at checkin which made it bearable in the 90 degree heat, but upon someone cleaning our room they took one of the fans out of the room without notification stating that they were fully booked and needed the second fan for another room. Difficult to get a cab or Uber from hotel. Lift was down for a day. Overall clean and staff did what they could, but breakfast was subpar and the amenities could be updated to provide ac when temperatures are high, especially for the cost.

Chambre petite mais confortable et bien agencée, suffisamment de place. Très mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée ou le réceptionniste nous annonce d’une part, que le parking n’est pas à l’hôtel mais dans la résidence d’en face. De plus, il exige une caution d’un montant de 70€ pour le badge d’accès au parking, et payable uniquement en espèce…, sans aucune possibilité de dépôt par carte même si j’ai insisté ! Receptionniste pas honnête car cette mention ne figure nul part lorsque l’on réserve. Je me suis finalement garé dans la rue de l’hôtel qui est assez fréquentée et sécurisée.

Compact & "bijou" breakfast was adequate, limited cereal choice, however plenty of pastry's and cold meats etc. Coffee and tea at breakfast, vending machine in foyer no tea or coffee in the room. Don't forget the tourist tax, this was not included by expedia!! certainly caught me by surprise

So in itself the hotel is very nice but the other guests slam the doors in the evening and the rooms are loud, Unfortunately, there is no possibility to stay in the hotel in the evening at a small bar or so you are practically on the road all the time and only come to the hotel to sleep. It is also unfamiliar because our room was directly on the street, was already noisy when you are actually used to the quiet. But in itself great hotel are all friendly and the breakfast is that excellent it is really enough and makes you full.

Nous étions là pour le WE de St Valentin et avions demandé une attention particulière mais rien n’a été fait du tout. Pire, chambre minuscule, tablette de chevet cassée, literie passable, douche étroite. Points positifs : la pression dans la douche et le petit déjeuner qui étaient convenables. Le staff n’est pas des plus souriants ou énergiques et il est compliqué de se garer dans la rue de l’hôtel. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Great room, although small, it had everything I needed to be comfortable. Rooms were super clean too. The area was nice and walkable, with a supermarket a few steps away where I could load up on snacks and drinks. The people running the hotel were friendly and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made check in and check out very smooth. The room looked a bit different to the photos online. It was mostly clean but had some stray hairs around. The bathroom section had a very small step/ridge up right next to the bed and we stubbed our toes on it several times.

The room itself was ok The air conditioning unit was archaic and so loud we had to turn it off so the room was stifling When we walked into the building it smelled like they’d used air freshener to cover the smell of old carpet We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the other facilities

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size for just myself, it looked and smelled clean. There was a range of toiletries by the sink and a selection of clean but small towels. The bed was reasonably comfortable with a selection of pillows. I didn’t have breakfast but it smelled good from the lift. Unfortunately I ended up in a room directly opposite the lift which meant there was a lot of noise right outside my door at all hours. That in combination with the traffic noise from being at the front of the building, meant I did not sleep well any of the 3 nights I was there. Which for me is unusual as I’m normally a deep sleeper. Not ideal when you’ve got a full schedule of sightseeing! The location was fine, 10 minute walk from the metro/tram and a range of buses close by, but I wouldn’t say it’s the nicest area. Overall not bad value for money but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room is small but we made do even with a giant suitcase. The property is clean and I love the rain shower in the bathroom. The head of reception was extremely helpful and friendly. There is no AC but it's my fault I didn’t pay attention when booking.

Room was ok. Nice bed. But it was so small and there's barely any space to even sit down. And there's nothing else. Nothing else, no cups, no tea or kettle or anything else. It needs renovation as well. All of that not a problem for me. But it wasn't cheap!

Tudo foi perfeito da recepção até o quarto, primeiro foram muito atenciosos e nos ensinaram tudo sobre os transportes próximos, depois nos acolheram muito bem num quarto mt organizado e que cumpri tudo que promete e por fim ainda tivemos uma pequena surpresa de ano novo feita pelo gerente do hotel que só nos deixou ainda mais realizados. Recomendo 100% o hotel, qualidade foi impecável!

We asked for extra towels and were made to argue to get them. We required them due to the shower door not closing and leaking water into the room on the floor, which was made explicit to the staff member on the phone. We were made to put our own luggage away in the luggage store room which was in the basement, which is very unsafe as anyone can steal anyone else's luggage.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Kommunikation war auch in Englisch möglich; das Zimmer war sehr klein, wurde tgl. gereinigt. Leider lag das Zimmer zur Straße, hier war fast 24h ziemlicher Lärm, weshalb es sehr schwer war zu schlafen. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich versuchen ein Zimmer nach hinten raus zu bekommen. Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut, viele Geschäfte, Cafe's, Bäckereien sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe.

I like, internet access, near bus stops and supermarkets, very clean and comfortable, gives great advice and helps us when needed, staff speak english and are very kind aswell. Next time we come to Paris, we will definitely come use this Hotel again.

Séjour tout simplement horrible. Odeur nauséabonde. Vue sur arrière d’immeuble couvert de fiente de pigeon. Odeur de javel desagradable dans la salle de bains difficile à partir. Je ne parle pas de la pièce très très petite et le pompon étant un concierge de nuit particulièrement désagréable vous faisant subir un verticale interrogatoire pour accéder à votre chambre la nuit. Je n’y mettrais plus jamais les pieds.

Muy buen trato,el personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites. El hotel esta cerca de varios monumentos importantes de la ciudad ,y para el resto está muy bien comunicado con varias líneas de autobuses,en la misma puerta, y también el metro a 5 min. andando. Sin duda cuando volvamos a París repetiremos nuestra estancia en éste hotel.

Das Zimmerwar etwas klein, allerdings ist vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen und ein paar Tage Urlaub. Die Umgebung ist hervorragend, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit und rechts zentral gelegen. Die Personal und Zimmer Service sind top sowie auch problemlosen Check in. Vielen Dank.

Kleines Hotel mit aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Service. Lage in Montmartre gut. Zimmer sind klein, aber ganz praktikabel eingerichtet. Allerdings sehr hellhörig und deutlich abgenutzt. Frühstück in Ordnung (leider keine glutenfreien Produkte bzw. Alternativen).

We stayed here for 3 nights during the Olympics. We had a great stay as the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very well located, convenient for travelling around Paris. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they are quite small and we would have liked the bathroom area to have been screened off in some way to have more privacy. The breakfast options were good.
