Hôtel Lumières Montmartre Paris

Excellent location. Room for one perfect size…for 2 i dont think so… second visit and there will be more to come. Love the place. Not fancy but just right for me.

Location worked out pretty well for us. The rooms are super small; not somewhere you would want to just hang out and relax. However, they were clean. The pictures online are deceiving. Our friends had a rough time with reservation mix up and being charged for breakfast; long story.

Do NOT stay here!!! Worst Staff!! We checked in after 11 hour flight - we pre-paid in full before we even checked in at hotel. Upon check in they told us I needed to pay again for an additional night - that I proved I paid for. They would not let us stay without it so I paid it and told her I would talk to management tomorrow about being refunded. We checked in around 6:00pm. After being in bed asleep at 10:45 they called our room - demanding us come to the front desk and prove our identity with our passports. After going back and forth for about 45 mins - they tried to give our paid room away to someone else. They let us go back to bed finally and said they would comp breakfast for us and refund the extra day we paid. My husband got up and ate breakfast & we were charged. The staff was so disrespectful and rude and only wanted to argue. Every time I am in the door or left the door she would stop me (the entire time we were in Paris for the entire trip). I literally had to tell her to leave me alone and not talk to me and she still didn’t stop. I told her she was exhausting and disturbing our trip and our friends trip by doing this every time we enter or leave the hotel!! She didn’t care - and nobody else did either! The manager didn’t care & he even though said would comp breakfast- didn’t we were still charged. Do NOT stay here! I highly recommend that you stay at All-Suites instead. Had a great stay there - bigger rooms - better breakfast & amazing staff!!!

Pleasant stay and friendly staff, I shared a twin with a friend and the only thing I found strange was there was no door for the bathroom area. There was a sliding door for the toilet but no to the shower. It was only 2 nights and was unfortunate that the metro line was shut so we got taxis.
