Bugs and unfriendly staff. Ended up booking another hotel as i didn't want to stay there - there was no help what so ever from the staff. No refund and no apology - don't stay here!

Close to Paddington, easy walk. Very good breakfast. Just wondering how long the lift has been temporarily out of order. All in all, good value.

Horrible room, right under the roof in the attick - smelled bad, really bad, like a sewer when its overflowing. Tried to change the room - not available. Tried to report this during check out and recived no help whatsoever from errogant staff member in charge. Will Not recommend and will never come here again. This hotel should be reported to Health Department for intoxicating smell!!!
