This was our first hotel stay in Paris & it was well-within walking distance to Bercy Arena and very Olympic-friendly of an area; it was very conveniently situated close to the metro which was great for us; the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible & we were hard-pressed to find any other that could compare the rest of our time in France; the hotel room was difficult to cool, so it was a bit stuffy at times but our beds were quite comfy; the key card for lift use was something to get used to, but it was manageable not to mention a good safety feature; the staff were all overwhelmingly friendly, helpful and kind—-we are keeping Mercure hotels on our go-to list in our future travels.

Fint hotel, der ligger rigtig godt når man skal have et par dage i Paris. Lige ved siden af ligger en lækker fransk café og lige overfor ligger en Metrostation. Vær opmærksom på de nævner der er parkering, men når man ankommer var der ikke plads til os. Så hvis man har bil med er det ikke helt optimalt. Og så er det kun få af medarbejderne der snakker ikke engelsk.

Super gelegen direkt an der Metro 6, nahe zur Seine , nette Cafes nebenan und Burger Bars unten an der Seine. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer durch 4fach Verglasung. Klimaanlage leider schlecht regelbar und zugig, schönes neues Bad. Coworking Space= Frühstücksraum.

It’s hard to imagine a better base from which to explore Paris. Whether walking or using public transport, everything feels nearby from this hotel. Friendly, multilingual staff were great. Room could have been a tad cleaner. Buffet breakfast is expensive when there is gorgeous bakery right next door.

Near to metrostation so good to reach and travel to where you need to be. Breakfast was good, enough options to choose from. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. 45 minute walk from Notre Dame/city center so also walking along the Seine is an option. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom is also good. Price-quality is good, will go back here any time.

Great service! They all speak English and make you feel welcome. We for a bit earlier and they offered to take our luggage while we went out to eat. Our room was very clean but a bit small for a family of four. We had to be creative about where to put our luggage to be able to walk around. Their breakfast and service were great.

Super clean, incredible staff. Very quaint and beautifully renovated property. Perfect Boulangerie/Patisserie right next door with excellent healthy bowls, pastries, baguettes and coffee. And literally right across the street from the metro.

Io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti e due terremoti di 4 e quasi 3 anni) abbiamo passato una notte di fine settembre presso questa struttura nei pressi del quartiere Bercy. Posizione strategica. A poche centinaia di metri dalla linea 14 che porta dall’aeroporto di Orly verso il centro della città. Davvero comodo anche per chi come noi viaggiava con due passeggini, un trolley e qualche zaino. Nei pressi dell’albergo si trovano ristoranti, bar e un supermercato. Perfetto per le nostre esigenze di comitiva sgangherata. L’arrondissement è stato oggetto di una recente riqualificazione ed è parso sicuro e ben frequentato. La struttura é piuttosto piccina, ma moderna e accogliente. Il personale é stato cordiale ed empatico, accogliendo ogni nostra richiesta da prima del check in a dopo il check out. La stanza era pulita (nonostante la moquette), moderna e funzionale. Nemmeno troppo piccola, visti gli standard di Parigi. Il bagno, anch’esso pulito ed essenziale, aveva anche una comoda vasca da bagno e tutto il necessario di prodotti per l’igiene personale. Abbiamo dovuto togliere dalla valigia solo spazzolino e dentrificio. Letti comodi e ampi. Preziosi per il ristoro dopo una giornata a zonzo. La colazione era molto buona. Non tantissima scelta, ma i prodotti offerti erano di altissima qualità. Ancora sento l’odore dei croissant caldi, freschi e fragranti. Quando torneremo a Parigi, il Mercure Bibliothèque sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Les lits jumeaux c'est une catastrophe honnêtement, ça ne devrait pas exister. Ils mettent carrément un drap en plastique sur le matelas, pour dormir c'est vraiment horrible. Dans l'ensemble pas top.

N'ayez pas le sommeil léger, au risque de ne pouvoir dormir que quelques heures par nuit. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise, notamment dans mon cas (7ème étage) à proximité des ascenseurs qui font un boucan d'enfer. Et les gens partant tôt et rentrant tôt rendent ainsi votre nuit infernale. On me dit que l'hôtel va être rénové, je n'ai que faire de cette information, cela ne changera rien à l’expérience digne d'un Formule 1 durant ces 2 nuits. Et hélas... ce n'est pas tout ! Autre joyeuseté : la pression de l'eau est absolument ridicule, si bien que la douchette n'a pas assez d'eau pour délivrer son jet et donc tout coule au robinet... on se retrouve dans une situation incroyable où il faut tenir à la main en position haute l'inverseur de douche et faire au mieux pour se laver... Là pour le coup on passe de digne d'un Formule 1 à digne d'un camping. Vraiment très déçu, surtout au tarif payé, c'est relativement honteux pour rester poli.

Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. 45 minute walk from Notre Dame/city center so also walking along the Seine is an option. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom is also good. Great experience! All of the hotel staffs were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I travel a lot for work all over Europe, the gentleman Hadi at the front desk was one of the best I have encountered. Convenient location- restaurant, metro, grocery store, Seine river across the street. Will definitely stay there again!

Great service! They all speak English and make you feel welcome. We for a bit earlier and they offered to take our luggage while we went out to eat. Our room was very clean but a bit small for a family of four. We had to be creative about where to put our luggage to be able to walk around. Their breakfast and service were great.

Io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti e due terremoti di 4 e quasi 3 anni) abbiamo passato una notte di fine settembre presso questa struttura nei pressi del quartiere Bercy. Posizione strategica. A poche centinaia di metri dalla linea 14 che porta dall’aeroporto di Orly verso il centro della città. Davvero comodo anche per chi come noi viaggiava con due passeggini, un trolley e qualche zaino. Nei pressi dell’albergo si trovano ristoranti, bar e un supermercato. Perfetto per le nostre esigenze di comitiva sgangherata. L’arrondissement è stato oggetto di una recente riqualificazione ed è parso sicuro e ben frequentato. La struttura é piuttosto piccina, ma moderna e accogliente. Il personale é stato cordiale ed empatico, accogliendo ogni nostra richiesta da prima del check in a dopo il check out. La stanza era pulita (nonostante la moquette), moderna e funzionale. Nemmeno troppo piccola, visti gli standard di Parigi. Il bagno, anch’esso pulito ed essenziale, aveva anche una comoda vasca da bagno e tutto il necessario di prodotti per l’igiene personale. Abbiamo dovuto togliere dalla valigia solo spazzolino e dentrificio. Letti comodi e ampi. Preziosi per il ristoro dopo una giornata a zonzo. La colazione era molto buona. Non tantissima scelta, ma i prodotti offerti erano di altissima qualità. Ancora sento l’odore dei croissant caldi, freschi e fragranti. Quando torneremo a Parigi, il Mercure Bibliothèque sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

It’s hard to imagine a better base from which to explore Paris. Whether walking or using public transport, everything feels nearby from this hotel. Friendly, multilingual staff were great.
