Excellent location but explained my husband has heart condition and climbing to 2 and floor was difficult, and this was ignored.

Basis room but had everything you need for one night. Good location for Hyde Park. Breakfast as Basis but could have done with some fresh chopped up fruit. Would stay again, staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel could do with some modernising. Room was average but didn’t have AC. Breakfast wasn’t inspiring either. Staff were ok.

To find affordable accommodation in London that is actually decent and well-kept was brilliant. Room was lovely and comfortable, bathroom was gleaming, loved the rainfall shower, continental breakfast was enjoyable and it wasn’t noisy or too hot in a heatwave! Very happy and we will be returning when we next have a London trip.
