Süßes Hotel mit pariser Charme direkt am Triumphbogen. Metrostation nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Perfekte Ausgangslage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gereinigt. Es hat Teppich, welcher allerdings nicht schmutzig war - und ich bin sehr pingelig. Frisches Wasser, Kaffee und Tee wird aufgefüllt. Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden. Klimaanlage und Heizung - je nach Jahreszeit. Wir brauchten schon am Abend die Heizung - funktioniert einwandfrei. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zugang zum Hotel ist jederzeit möglich, da die Rezeption dauerhaft besetzt ist. Ich würde mich wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.

Good location. We used Uber and they picked us up at McDonald’s on corner adjacent to hotel. ATM located a block away as were several bakeries to get croissants for breakfast. Metro station (Charles deGaulle) is nearby. 24-hr front desk was a huge plus. They were helpful in finding our way around. There is a small elevator so no stairs or steps to climb to rooms. There is a circular staircase from the lobby downtown breakfast area. Cons: room was very small although that’s not uncommon in Europe. Beds were a bit too firm for us. Noise from sirens were disruptive. Heating in room is either on or off; you can’t manage temp setting. Helpful to have a window that opened to dispel the heat before we found out how to turn off the heat. We visited in Feb, so it was cold outside; even so, for us the heat constantly “on” was too much at night.

Hôtel très bien placé à 1min à pied de l’arc de triomphe. Cependant mon collègue et moi avions une chambre chacun au 7ieme étage mais l’ascenseur s’arrête au 6ieme donc il faut continuer à pied dans un escalier très étroit. Vraiment moyen.

Lift is quite small only allows 3 paxs (max) try to ensure they do not give you level 7 as the lift is only up till level 6. You have to carry your luggage up to level 7 yourself. Staff attitude have room for improvement. Other then that all are good.

I had a wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel, situated in one of the city’s most beautiful and affluent neighborhoods. It is right next to the iconic Arc de Triomphe” landmark, with metro stations just a short walk away and bus tour stops conveniently nearby - making it perfect for exploring the area. Much appreciation to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. They graciously changed my room at the last minute to accommodate my needs, which I truly appreciated. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I enjoyed some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful: tea and coffee with cream, a kettle, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, shoe shiner, shower cap, and more - everything was very useful. And yes, there is an elevator! One thing to note: the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests staying there will need to carry their luggage up one flight of stairs, which could be challenging for some. The €15 breakfast buffet was a great addition, offering a simple array of food options and hot drinks - definitely worth the low cost!

Great stay right near Arc de triomphe. We were on the 7th floor, lift only goes to the 6th floor, staircase up was a bit small with luggage and was a bit dusty and used for storage but room was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Princesse Caroline. At first we were very warm as the hotel had not switched from heat to air conditioning for the year and you cannot change the setting in your room. However, a few days into our stay, the air was turned on and we felt much more comfortable. The front desk was very nice when we asked about this and explained it to us. The cleaning staff go above and beyond in the rooms during your stay, they even folded our clothing we had left out and organized our toiletries. We stayed in a comfort room which was very spacious in both the sleeping and bathing rooms. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we got used to it. The area is very close to all the major metro stops and the arc! The website or Expedia said complimentary breakfast, but it costs 15 euros if you choose to dine at the hotel. The walls are also not sound proof, but we were only disturbed a minimal amount in the mornings. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Paris.

Our room was a basic double. We were there for one night only before flying back. The hotel is located steps away from the Arch of Thriumph and Champs-Élysées. A lot of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Room was small but comfortable.

Very nice little hotel close to the Arc de Triumph. Rooms are small but cute, staff is very friendly, and lots of walkable shops/restaurants in the area. Just a warning that walls are a bit thin and you can hear the plumbing and pipes at times, doors opening/closing and people coughing from other rooms.

Room booked was spacious. Had plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Is near station. Only issue was that you can hear everything easily so if people in surrounding buildings are being loud it can be hard to sleep. Though that only happened one night while we were there.

Really great location. Close to a metro stop and the Arc. The only downside is that the hotel has central heat and air so you can control the full temperature in your room. We were there in spring but they hadn’t switched off the heat yet so it was hot in our room at time and all we could do was open a window.

Only stayed for one night. Was upgraded to a jr suite. Room was clean and spacious. Property did seem bit dated, but still elegant and tasteful. Close to arc de triomphe and champ. Did not explore hotel or interact much with staff.

Our bathroom was updated and the room was very spacious even for Europe standards however was a bit outdated. The hotel is located walk distance to Champs Elysees and Arch of Triumph. Walking distances to Metro and RER. Staff is very friendly and helpful and speak fluent english. Down side, food for room service is very expensive and that at 6am you’ll smell bread as if you were in a bakery.

I have stayed at boutique hotels before in Paris. I am really impressed with this hotel. We had no problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious. The air conditioning was very nice and the bathroom was really roomy. The “petit dejeuner” had lots of good choices and was worth the supplement. I’ll be going back for sure.

Was a wonderful hotel, Great location. Would have been the Ultimate stay EXCEPT the A/C could NOT be controlled in the rooms. The lobby and hallways were nice and crisp with A/C, the room was muggy and had to resort to leaving the window open to get a breeze at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was a great location, close to restaurants and bars and metro and buses and 1 block to Arc de Triompheand 2 blocks to Champs elysee. We arrived at about 8am and check in is not till 3pm but our room was ready at 10am. We were able to store our bags and walk around a bit before we went to our room. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small but the room was a nice size, AC, sitting area, 3 large windows looking out and a nice size bathroom. They had an elevator which was suitable.for 2 persons. My husband went down to breakfast everymorning, it was a buffet and he quite enjoyed it for 15 euros. I would definitely stay again. This was my second stay at this hotel and I had another great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious (we reserved the jr. suite) and clean. Breakfast had good food options and was convenient for us as we had to eat early before heading to reserved activities. It was an extra charge, but we were okay with this given that we could eat what we needed to give us energy for our busy days. The metro was a short walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us as we used the Metro/RER during our entire trip. There are several restaurants in the area, and a few fast food places- lots of options for dining! Lastly, the Champs Elysee is just a short walk from the hotel, and the Arc de Triomphe is also close by (use the metro tunnel to access, don’t try to cross the street at the circle!)

Good location. We used Uber and they picked us up at McDonald’s on corner adjacent to hotel. ATM located a block away as were several bakeries to get croissants for breakfast. Metro station (Charles deGaulle) is nearby. 24-hr front desk was a huge plus. They were helpful in finding our way around. There is a small elevator so no stairs or steps to climb to rooms. There is a circular staircase from the lobby downtown breakfast area. Cons: room was very small although that’s not uncommon in Europe. Beds were a bit too firm for us. Noise from sirens were disruptive. Heating in room is either on or off; you can’t manage temp setting. Helpful to have a window that opened to dispel the heat before we found out how to turn off the heat. We visited in Feb, so it was cold outside; even so, for us the heat constantly “on” was too much at night.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was excellent! The beds were comfortable & staff members were friendly & helpful. The only complaint is that the shower was not completely enclosed, so some water got on the bathroom floor. Great location! Close to Metro and there was a laundromat nearby.

Room service was very disappointing. Brought a salad instead of 2 burgers, sandwich and dessert we ordered. Had to call and wait another 20 minutes for them to bring 1 burger, sandwich and dessert.Had to call a second time for them to say it would be another 20 minutes for the missing burger or we could cancel it and they would refund. I canceled the missing burger and they have yet to refund me. Spent 100 euros and the food was not that good. Sandwich was the best thing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Princesse Caroline. At first we were very warm as the hotel had not switched from heat to air conditioning for the year and you cannot change the setting in your room. However, a few days into our stay, the air was turned on and we felt much more comfortable. The front desk was very nice when we asked about this and explained it to us. The cleaning staff go above and beyond in the rooms during your stay, they even folded our clothing we had left out and organized our toiletries. We stayed in a comfort room which was very spacious in both the sleeping and bathing rooms. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we got used to it. The area is very close to all the major metro stops and the arc! The website or Expedia said complimentary breakfast, but it costs 15 euros if you choose to dine at the hotel. The walls are also not sound proof, but we were only disturbed a minimal amount in the mornings. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Paris.

Excelente experiencia parisina, me encantó la ubicación, el desayuno buffete por 15 euros suficiente, el hotel es muy elegante, decoración vintage pero no se ve viejo, personal amable y buscan satisfacer al huesped. Solo si un tema a mejorar. Los baños de las habitaciones son un tanto pequeño. Gracias por su calidez.

Great location! Loved that they had water and ice. Only thing I didn’t love was that one of the days we were gone they did some work on the bathroom and didn’t tell us. Moved all my stuff in the bathroom. Wish they wouldn’t have touched my stuff and just told me to do so and that they’d be in our room.

The hotel is well located, closeto transit, restaurants and attractions. Room was small but clean, and the air conditioning was a blessing! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again!

Great spot, staff was great as far as confriming restaurant and helping navigate the city. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning was top notch considering the heat. Only thing to caution is the showers are tough to manage. The step in and out couple with the water that always seemed to pool up made things a bit challenging. Aside from that amazing spot to stay, would definitely recommend
