The bartender was amazing!

The location is reli good , 3 mins can arrive the train station , we can slow walk to the Eiffel towel within 15 mins. All of the crew in the reception is good 👍 and polite , especially the night-receptionist , he teach us how to say goodnight in French. There is only have around 5 space in the car park , if you want to go there by drive , don’t forget book for it first .

This hotel was definitely a great place to stay and unwind and walking about 14,000 steps each day in Paris! Parking available on site, the breakfast Buffett was really good and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Super gelegen nähe eifelturm ca 10 min zufuß nach triumpfbogen 15 min zufuß. Super auch Abstellplatz für eigene auto. Frühstück war alles dabei was mann auch sucht.

Hotel excelente, localização muito boa, perto estação metrô, restaurantes, farmácias, tem um Carrefour express ao lado do hotel. Quarto grande, banheiro também, ótimo chuveiro. Precisamos usar estacionamento do hotel uma noite, pago 38 euros.

Nice boutique hotel. Helpful friendly service. Very quiet. Handy to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a general convenience store. Lovely, quaint common area in the back of the hotel for breakfast or drinks. Would certainly recommend it.

Stayed with friends on a trip to Paris. We hung around in the lobby bar a few times, it was great, small but great. Breakfast is fine, rooms a comfortable. Close to subway and restaurants.

We were also disturbed very early by hammering of some kind within the hotel and housekeeping knocked twice in spite of the “do not disturb” sign being up. I don’t think the junior suite really qualifies as a junior suite either. The room was small and just had a pull out couch jammed inside. The shower head was broken too. We had to hold it the entire time during our showers.

Excellent friendly staff and very clean and comfortable room

The hotel was very clean with clean sheets and towels. We asked for housekeeping once during our 3 days stay. Location is excellent. Will be back again!

Hotel was clean and well cared for. Friendly helpful staff and good location close to the metro and lots of cafes. Room and bathroom were very small (as I’ve come to expect in Paris). Complimentary breakfast had a good selection and comfortable breakfast room. Property was quiet at night. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, but a bit overpriced for what you get. I have stayed at hubdreds of hotels and am confident that the hotel is much closer to a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. The shower routinely over-flowed water on the floor and the top comforter had a stain on it upon checkin. For the amount I paid, I expected better. The staff was highly responsive however, but I could have the same for far less. The area is highly walkable and accessible to nice venues, so there is tbe upside of location.

Hotel propre et joli mais pour un 4 etoiles pas assez de standing. Tout est dans le detail, meuble abimé, objet cassé et recollé, fond de baignoire taché d'usure ainsi que le plan de travail du lavabo. Chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas (ch 112). Contrairement aux photos aucune fleur dans la salle de bain ou sur la table de la chambre. Le café du petit dejeuné est mauvais (café americain) mais on nous a quand meme proposé un expresso à la place. Table non debarrassé à notre arrivé et non debarrassé au fur et a mesure du repas. Pancake industriel, mais pain au chocolat et croissant très bon. Point positif le parking, reception H24, a proximité de la tour eiffel et arc de triomphe, la literie est propre et confort, la clim fonctionne bien. Le sejour à été tres correct, le personnel très agreable mais pour moi cet hotel n'est pas a la hauteur dun 4*.

The cleanliness was okay. It was an overall good experience. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient, making for a pleasant stay.

Great breakfast buffet. Nice location. Close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The only thing I didn’t like was the glass that only covered 1/3 of the tub — it was a bit difficult to prevent the water from splashing on the floor. But I will stay here again

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable, peaceful hotel. Well appointed spacious superior room. Great bath. Breakfast spread was very extensive for the hotel class. Nice and welcoming staff, very kind.

Small, comfortable room in a great location. Only issues were you could clearly hear the room next door (talking, phone and shower) and the hairdryer constantly overheating.

My friend and I stayed in a Junior Suite. The room was a good size and included a sitting area. The furnishings were pleasant , the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the room was clean. It was a quiet area and very relaxing after spending our days with crowds. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they didn’t seem to mind that we were not very fluent in French. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were very pleased!

WiFi was terrible and the breakfast was very limited and exactly the same day to day.

Staff was helpful, accommodating, friendly. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel in excellent location close to sights, shops, restaurants, metro stations. Front desk staff always provided accurate info on directions to any place we wanted to go and called taxis when needed. Although the hotel is in the middle of everything, it’s still off the main avenue which provides peace and quiet

I give Hotel Garden Elysée my highest recommendation. It is an attractive hotel on a quiet street, yet extremely convenient to transportation, restaurants and major sights. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast was nicely presented and delicious. And the service was unfailingly efficient and friendly. The decor is also very nice. The hotel has an attractive lobby and a sitting room and breakfast area that borders a pretty garden. It’s a real hotel gem.

This hotel and staff were outstanding in every way. If I am ever in Paris again, I will definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is good, not too far of a walk from the Eiffel Tower, however, I found that most of the restaurants within walking distance were not great, very touristy and expensive. The size of the room was good, very spacious, the bathroom was a good size by Paris standards. The coffee bar was ok, nothing special. Now, as far as customer service, my experience was very poor. This hotel is rated as a four star hotel and I believe I have received much better customer service from hotels with far lower ratings and pricing. The day we arrived and checked in, the staff did not make me or my family feel welcomed, they did not go over connecting to wifi, or make known any of the amenities available. Since I booked the room through Expedia, the reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine. Well, let's just say the hotel made it very difficult and unpleasant to redeem the complimentary wine voucher. I think it would have been best to just place the bottle in the room from the very beginning, instead of expecting the guest to chase around staff with a little coupon, that they will in turn act like they don't know what it is, and ask "what do you want?", in the most annoyed tone ever. The wine voucher was passed around to three different staff members before some guy went to the back of the bar and gave me my tiny bottle of wine. One night we spotted a mouse walking on the lobby bar counter.

We had a great stay at this place. Staff especially the night manager is amazing. He helped my husband planning a birthday surprise. His big smile and way he interacted with us is amazing. This hotel is walking distance from eiffel tower. Highly recommended. Lot of good restaurants and other sites are also walkable from the hotel.

After a disappointing stay at another hotel, my family and I arrived here and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I especially loved the rain shower head. We slept like babies! The location is great—about a 20-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Upon arrival, we were given two complimentary drink tickets, which was a nice touch. Since we arrived around 10:30 a.m. and check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., the staff held our bags so we could explore the neighborhood. We didn’t return until 5 p.m., and to our delight, our luggage had already been placed in the room. All we had to do was pick up the keys. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a huge improvement over our last experience. Highly recommended!

This is a boutique hotel in a nice street of the 16th arrondissement which is residential and not touristy, with lots of small brasseries and bistros nearby serving reasonably priced and good quality food. There are three metro stations in walking distance, so transportation is great and Uber works well in the area. Halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, there are great sights to be seen nearby. A short stroll to Place Victor Hugo provides more dining options, and shopping as well. I love this hotel, I’ve stayed there twice now and I will return.

Property is well maintained. Room is good size. Distance to Eiffel Tower is good but distance to everything else is pretty far.

The property was quaint, comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff. However, not even close to being by the Champs Elysées as described online. Significant distance from many of the landmarks. Limited dining options and services.

Charming and modern. 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and all of the French cafes than you could possibly visit. Also super important, there’s a full service grocery store just outside of the property (as of this writing) that cannot be diminished, how important it is to be able to get odds and ends if you are staying more than a couple of nights. Excellent time was had and was worth the expense, brilliant service, clean and just very charming

Excellent property where I would stay again but this time I would not get the breakfast option because it’s the same thing every day. So by day 3 we were tired of it. Stay here, get breakfast outside.

Nice hotel, located in a quiet area, close to Trocadéro and Arc de Triump. There is a subway station nearby. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was the weakest area… not many choices…
