Habitaciones pequeñas, elevador incomodo, en general el hotel es muy pequeño, el muchacho que no ayudo a subir las maletas muy atento, no recomiendo la suite no hay ascensor a ese piso y es muy bajo el techo, esta ubicada en el atico

Hotel Bassano is a small quaint and quiet hotel which is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triumph. Excellent service, free breakfast and coffee. Bedrooms and bathrooms in good condition. Small elevator, with only room for 4 persons max.

Esse hotel me surpreendeu! Quarto amplo, banheiro grande, espaço para guardar roupas amplo. Limpo e confortável, os produtos do banheiro eram L’occitane, todos os dias deixavam 2 garrafas de agua no quarto sem custo. Na recepção tinha café, chá e croissant sem custo. Ótima localização. Recomendo

Pros: Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room Cons: The facility is a bit old, also my room was in the 6th floor and the elevator only takes you to the 5th floor so had to go through the stairs from 5th to 6th

Great overall. Clean and convenient. Staff very friendly. Only problem was room a little tight as well as elevator. Elevator neat though.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We received 2 bottles of water in the room per day which was very nice. A grocery store was a block and a half away for nights you didn’t feel like eating out. Would absolutely stay there again. 15 minute walk to Arc de Triumph and 25 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.

Hotel was nice ,rooms are clean but 2nd night the elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the 5th floor . Husband with a heart failure and me with lungcancer remission, not so good so we stayed in the hotel .Ordered a parking space but they had only 2 and both were given out . So we had to park away from the hotel and it was 50 Euros a day .

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms without fuss. I had a corner room on the 2nd floor, and the large windows were wonderful. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The lobby is small and functional, but this hotel is great value for location and comfort.

Knowledgeable staff and easy to walk around the area with plenty of shopping near by. Rooms are decent size and spacious bathrooms. I like that my room had a separate toilet from the shower. Price was reasonable for late August and the AC was nice and cold.

The room is quite roomy for such a central location. Facilities are nice and pleasant. Close to many places to eat.

Very loud from the patio side due to the fans from multi-level parking. Also, it is shiny bright from this side and you have to close the windows to rely on A/C only. By the way, A/C is working very good. Pillows are not comfortable and there was a problem with the flush, which was solved partially. I don’t recommend drinks at the bar - they don’t know how to make it.

Personeel was steeds zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De standaardkamer was ruim. We misten een kleine koelkast op de kamer. De kamer was ook redelijk warm, ondanks dat we de airco op 14°C hadden gezet. Buiten was het nog fris, dus sliepen we met het raam open. Het ontbijtbuffet bood ons alles aan wat wij nodig hadden. Door de goede ligging hebben we veel te voet kunnen doen. Prijs-kwaliteit is dit een uitstekend hotel.

Beautiful rooms very well sized for Paris and therefore good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff the only thing to really bear in mind is that the rooms facing the street are not well isolated so you hear pretty much every car that goes by at night. It's a quiet area of Paris so there's maybe only one every 2-3mn but this was a problem. The room was also a bit warm (not sure there is air con, only heating) and here again for the same reason opening the window not really an option. Shame because with those 2 issues fixed this hotel would be perfect (but the price would probably be higher!!)

Spiste ikke frokost der, pga. pris. Rommet var tipp topp. Senga fast. Putene dårlig - pakket fjær pute (skulle vært byttet ut). Tynn dyne. Kaldt rom i november. Noe støy utenfor hotellet på natten i helgen. Vi var der fra onsdag til søndag. Ellers hyggelig betjening og perfekt beliggenhet for utflukter og restaurantbesøk! Kan anbefales!

Reception very friendly and helpful

This property is not a 4 star property and relative to other neighboring hotels rated 4 stars, this property does not measure up at all. I booked a Supreme Double Room and they had me for a standard, after waiting a while I was supposedly given what I paid for but the room did not feel or look supreme by any means. The staff and service left much to be desired and I definitely did not feel like I was staying at a 4 star property. It has a motel like feel to it.

We were able to leave the bags at the hotel since our flight got in earlier. Check in was a breeze. Madeleine was very helpful and efficient. When we went back, she gave us room keys and said our bags are inside our room. When we came in there was a different family in the room (we were given the keys to someone else’s room). The experience made me paranoid whenever I hear someone opening their doors. I felt like any moment someone can open our door. (The hotel’s sound proofing needs a lot of improvement) 1st night our plugs stopped working and the night shift person didn’t know what to do, transferred us to a temporary room. But the room was so hot. (Considering it was freezing outside. We couldn’t leave the window opened since we were transferred in teh first floor and I was afraid someone will just get inside the room.) he said we can leave all our stuff in the room and someone will come fix it tomorrow. We ended up sleeping at 3am. The next day we were given a different room, had to transfer our things in a hurry since we have a tour we needed to go to. The room was much bigger and much nicer. 2nd night, in the newer and nicer room. Woke up at 4am with some kind of construction sounds on the floor above us. So not a good night sleep again. Vueling change our flights on us so instead of staying another night in Paris we had to leave on that day. Hotel Bassano worked with us with our flight changes. BOOK IT. This hotel is within walking distance from all the must sees in Paris. Very nice rooms and breakfast and the MOST kind and helpfull staff you can imagine. We will definitely be back

Exceptionally friendly staff and very convenient location to the best sites of Paris. Walkable to the metro and RER trains. The on site breakfast was good but shame not to enjoy your meals at the nearby cafes or bistros. Will return here for sure.

Right from the moment we walked in the hospitality was warm and inviting! Jazz at the front desk was very accommodating for my mom who was sick and stopped at nothing to ensure our stay was wonderful despite the sickness. The hotel itself was super cute! I loved the vibe and the quaintness. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. In terms of location it is super easy to walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower and the metro is literally a 5 minute walk just at the end of the street. To be honest we walked everywhere from the louvre to Norte dame to Montenaro’s and everything in between. It was a great location to just take in everything Paris has to offer… including shopping and tonnes of restaurants on Champs Elysees. I would stay here over and over again if I could come to Paris that often! Thank you to the staff at Hotel Bassano for making our stay memorable! Again… huge shout out to Jazz!!

Amazing room in a great hotel in an excellent location. 5 min walk to the George V Metro station on the Champs Elyseé, 10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Perfect base from which to explore Paris. Would definitely stay here again.

After a not so great start, being given a back room overlooking an awful yard, that was tired and needed redecoration, we were moved to a front king with wonderful street views. Jasmin on front desk was awsome. Always smiling and beyond helpful. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold foods. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to many points of interest.
