There was an offer of 1 free bottle of wine promotion as hotel.com silver member. We didn’t get it, and the hotel receptionist said that he didn’t know about it, and offer 2 cans of Beer instead, which I didn’t take it as I don’t drink Beer.

On arrival the lights in my room didn’t work, never received the free bottle of wine, no restaurant, no coffee facilities in the room, AC didn’t work nor did the fridge, breakfast was basic.
