WoodSpring Suites Port St Lucie

The front desk service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my 50 years of traveling, and that includes motels in small remote towns! I arrived at 4 PM, you have to pick up a phone in the entranceway and call the number to get them to open the door. When you step into the lobby, the rolldown privacy door is closed to the reception desk. You have to stand there and wait for them to open it. The check itself was easy After you initial and sign all the paperwork, which of us unusual. I got up to the room and the TV wasn’t working, there’s no phone in the room to call the front desk so I had to call from the outside using my cell phone. The girl at the front desk was not very accommodating at all. I could hardly hear her, so I went back downstairs to the lobby with the privacy door has been closed again. I knocked on it and knocked and knocked and no one answered so I had to go back out of the building and tried calling from the phone to have her tell me that there was nothing she could do about the TV , she never once rolled up the window to speak to me face-to-face like a normal human being. I have never stayed any place where they treat their customers in such a manner. The beds are extremely noisy every time you move. There is no ice in the building. The only thing this place has going for it is that it’s only been open for a few months so everything is new.

We had a total nightmare getting stuck in the elevator. The hotel desk staff leaves at 8pm. No one even bothered to apologize or check on us, not even at checkout. Luckily a technician came in about 30 mins and got us out. The hotel itself is alright, and the area is great with lots of places to eat and shop. But the hotel needs some serious work. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with kitchenettes, but the bed was awful – it made so much noise and very uncomfortable! Lots of construction workers staying here long term.

NO Hot Water on the first day. Elevator seems tp go out often Two day stay keys would not work the second day. No staff on duty in the evenings. Not a convenient [lace for travelers

First, we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff upon checking in. The check in process was quick, smooth, and very friendly. Second, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and parking lot. Third, we were beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Lastly, we were very impressed with the check out process and the help offered to get our luggage to out van. We've stayed in several hotels lately due to medical issues and have been beyond disappointed. But this stay far exceeded our expectations. There weren't a lot of amenities that other hotels offers but we realize that's how they keep the daily rate very affordable, and we're okay with that! We will definitely be using this hotel again. We have a special needs child and I have my own medical issues so we're in hotels often. We are pleased to have found such a friendly and clean-beyond-expectations home away from home!

The elevators were not working on Friday night, but were working Saturday morning. Found cockroach in bathroom. Beds are cheap and not comfortable. Bathtub clogged so standing water when showering. For $246 a night, this was unacceptable!

Parking was very easy to find, convenient, and made our stay much smoother.

10 out of 10 recommend! We have traveled a lot throughout the country and hotels are hit or miss at the price range of which we stay. By far, this hotel has been one of the best for the affordability. Super clean, very friendly staff, check in a breeze. More budget friendly hotels should aspire to be like this one. Really cannot recommend it enough! Simply amazing!

I like that the property is well-located near shopping stores and restaurants. The room looked clean, but I saw small roaches when I walked in and in the bathroom.

This property is a homeless shelter... The rooms are not clean, there is hair in the bathroom everywhere. The hallways smell like piss. The "beds" if you can call them that are what you would find at a cheap log in cabin. There is no open receptionist, you have to call them and the she will unlock her cage to come out like some sort of ghetto prison.

Crumbs on floor. Had to get hair dryer from front desk. No hand towels. Pee stains on toilet. Front desk person when checked in not too friendly. Very disappointed.

Overall it was good but this appears to be an extended stay, so for those who don't like apartment living (noisy) then this would not be for you.

1st couple of nights were great! I was then on the 2nd floor and it sounded like King Kong was on the 3rd floor. My recent stay a couple was screaming arguing and a baby was screaming…I did complain on that incident. There are sugar ants in room 203

Worst beds in all of history. Not worth a single penny.

Brand new property. Extended Stay focused. After 8 PM, you call on phone for Security on Duty to come check you in. You wait in a vestibule. Security on Duty VERY pleasant and made check-in a breeze. Room extremely clean and set up nicely. I stayed only 1 night, but would be comfortable there for multiple nights. Full fridge, stove top, sink.

The hotel was clean, check in was easy. But the bed was super uncomfortable, like a mix between a pull out couch and a jail cot. The water pressure was weak and no toiletries were provided. Bit not bad for the price and a quick stay.

No curtains!! Super bright in the room. Also strange to have a kitchen in the room with zero kitchen supplies.

Property is very basic. Had to request basics like soap and shampoo at front desk which was often not staffed. Reservation was for late arrival. Doors were all locked. Took a long time to rouse staff to let us in even though we specified late arrival in our reservation. Key became inactive after first night even though we booked multiple nights so we were locked out again. Very frustrating.

Terrible attitude at checking. Have to get in to the front door as though I was disturbing somebody from their nap in the back. Terrible first impression like you're checking into a prison terrible hotel was great. Check in and attitude up front was horrible

I got to the property after having booked a room at 10:20 p.m.. the doors were locked but there was a phone which I used. The person who answered seemed like they had been sleeping and said they would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. When I was finally allowed to enter after a full 10 minutes the first words out of her mouth were identification. No good evening nor hello. The next day I left early at 5:50 a.m. I tried to check out but the desk was still closed. There was a coffee maker but no cups or sugar or creamer. I tapped on the partition at the desk and asked if there were any coffee cups that I could use. Her response was coffee is not served until 7:00 even though the machine is automatic. Not the kind of person I would want working for me

My partner and I have recently stayed at Woodspring Suites Port St. Lucie. As soon as we arrived. All we had to do was dial “500” using the phone available as soon as you walk in. You’ll be greeted by the incredibly staff who were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Once we fully checked in we noticed that our room looked exactly like the pictures. Which was spacious, clean, and well kept. The beds were also comfortable and clean with a modern look. The hotels location is by far the most ideal, with easy access by car or walking to popular attractions in this area.

When I arrived back in my room on 6/26/2025 and checked the charge on my room. I was charged $50.00 more than Hotels.com list for. No hot coffee this morning. I had no soap and shampoo in bathroom. Refrigerator made noise all night.
