Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean, quite. I felt safe in the area. Parking was convenient to hotel. Hotel is in great location near restuarants, grocery stores, etc. I would stay at this hotel again.

My kids and I loved this place. It was clean and had a very nice common area where we played games and hung out. The gym was great and we enjoyed the hot cocoa and coffee in the lobby. The room and shower were clean and comfy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they had toothbrushes and toothpaste at the desk. We will definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying each staff member we encountered was GREAT! From Seth providing a warm and friendly late night check in to the young ladies in environmental services-each staff member was pleasant. As far as the room it was decent with the exception of ants that had taken over the bathroom and room. This ruined our stay as I have a 7 month old who was sleeping in his pack and play and I was afraid the ants would bite him. This all happened during the week of Thanksgiving which cut our family trip short. HOWEVER, the manager Jessica, was AMAZING! She urgently responded to our issue with multiple solutions and was extremely accommodating to us. She was courteous and customer service oriented. She ensured she followed through with each promise that she made and was the only reason I would consider booking with Tru by Hilton again.

The staff is very friendly and kind. Quick check in, good area and good parking. The only thing that I noticed that can use improvement is the cleanliness of the room. The floor was sticky and even though the bed linens smelled good, the room itself did not have a crisp, fresh smell. Other than that good stay.

This is my second stay here. I give this place a 3/5. The room I was put into was not clean AT ALL. I found a roach. There was hair on the walls in the shower and splatters on the walls outside the shower. Hair rolling on the floor from the previous person who stayed. Then when I asked for a different room I was met with attitude. The lady behind the desk and I went upstairs to look which was fine but when we got there she turned and sarcastically said "now whats wrong with the room?" I showed her everything and was given another room. The next room was just as dirty just without the roaches. Hair in the bathroom. Splatters by the toilet. Smudges all over the lock and doorknob as well as the toilet handle to flush. They DON'T CLEAN THESE ROOMS OR JUST DONT DO IT WELL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I literally slept horribly because I couldnt relax.I was scared to wake up and find bugs in the bed with me.

New , clean, comfortable bed. However, design is too sparse. Hanging clothes touch too o fridge, can't fit computer and papers on desk as you work, no drawers for clothes, no comfy chair. Breakfast unique but yogurt makes only plain, pancake maker isn't tasty. Nice people at desk.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The building is very colorful and inviting. The room appeared to be clean, but the floor was very sticky. The walls seemed very thin. I could hear everything in the halls, the rooms next door, and outside. It made it very hard to sleep.

AC did not work properly the duration of our stay. No coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, no drawers to put clothes in, had to live out of a suitcase for 3 days. No closet. Breakfast typical continental. Patty sausage inedible hockey pucks with bad aftertaste. Place was clean and beds were comfortable though.

I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.

Housekeeping is only done every other day, I was not pleased with this. There is only one chair in the room, room not large enough to have a second. Very serviceable, I would guess a 3 Star Hilton.

Check in was amazing. Decided to extend our stay and Ginger and her co-worker that morning (sorry I didnt get a name) were very accomodating. Bed was comfy. Room and breakfast area was clean. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant and friendly.

The rooms felt like a prison. The staff was the rudest most unprofessional we have ever experienced. We have a travel business, and it was one of our worst trip/experiences ever! We will be emailing corporate and expecting a response. Side note, the rooms were very clean! Good job to housekeeping

Bought a room and came to check in, only to lose all of my money and my room because of a 25$ deposit that i didnt have a card for. Yet i have enough cash but still wasnt gonna work. The young lady at the desk was of no help either, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well"

Everyone on staff at this hotel made me feel welcome. It was a stressful time having to evacuate my home in St Petersburg due to Hurricane Milton. I have so much appreciation for the friendly staff…the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and food service made my stay enjoyable….everyone greeted me with a hello and always with a smile lifting my spirits during a difficult time. I am a senior and have stayed in many hotels, this Tru Hilton in Port St Lucie exceeded all my expectations kudos to the staff, my new favorite place to stay…Thank You, Respectfully, Deborah Nunes

This hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was great, Lavazza coffee excellent. Staff was friendly little convenience store inside anything you possibly needed was in this hotel. I’ll certainly be staying again at all their locations.

This hotel is great. The reception has little section with many snacks, beer and wine, sodas, noodles. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste - they had those as well (free of charge). In the lobby there is many areas to sit. They had selection of board games and 2 table footballs. Rooms were clean, shower was working great. Everything is new and well maintained. Breakfast was also great - selection of breads, omelet, hard boiled eggs, bacon, pancake machine (so cool!!), cereals, oatmeal, 3 different types of milk (including mini almond milks), 4 different juices and giant ball of fresh fruits. Really impressed with this hotel.

Excellent from the minute Ginger checked us in early to when Ginger checked us out! Very clean, updated, fresh morning breakfast choices which we never do this place was perfect. I read the reviews before booking and everyone was spot on. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area don’t hesitate just book.

The hotel is new and very clean. I love the hand soap and the shampoo and shower gel dispensers. They were very cool, and the product inside was nice. The breakfast buffet was good as well. I was excited for the automatic pancake maker, however, it was out of batter and the batter was not replaced before breakfast ended. So we were not able to try them. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
