Room had flies. Bathroom flooded when using shower. Bar was unusable as music was so ridiculously loud and pool was so full there was hardly any room.

In my opinion , the hotel could allow us to get your own beverages in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel should extend food hours , too short. It should has more variety of desert, cheese and special breads. Better shampoo quality

Room g838 had a beautiful view and was semi upgraded which made up for the giant yellow stain on our sheets and the leaking AC unit in the middle of the night. Only loud Latin music was being played at the pools 90% of the time during the day however there was a good band in the evening. The food was good. The drinks were ok. The Mother’s Day flowers were a wonderful surprise. The adults only hottub was the perfect temperature. The tacos at Solara were amazing. Checking out the boats at the marina was fun. The clientele overall was not what we were expecting at all for $600 per night.

That poor guy in sports bar with ponytail did a great job . No help . It’s a long walk from most rooms to anywhere . If over by b building , infinity pool nice . No kids . But just a little makeshift bar . If we were staying longer just would have made drinks in a big cup . Btw our room was $452 for night . All inclusive . Rooms a bare minimum . Bed was comfortable . Sand all over floor . For sure had to wipe your feet off before getting in bed . Def would not stay again .

Had the best time ever. Food was great rooms were all newly renovated staff was really nice. It was all inclusive so all meals breast lunch and dinner were included plus beverages all day even alcoholic bet. Highly recommended
