Nobu Hotel Atlantic City - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Don’t waste your money! ALL amenities are shared with caesars palace, so why pay extra. You have to pay to swim and lounge chairs. The rooms are nothing grand, they removed the Caesar’s sign and smacked on a nobu sign. Waste of money for sure ! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Did not like you had to pay extra to use the pool.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, valet parking was very convenient and the property is right on the boardwalk.

Figuring out where to park wasn't easy but when I figured it out it was convenient. Will be easy next time and there will be a next time because it was a comfortable and exciting property at a very reasonable price.

Hotel is nice and clean being at the top floors of the Caesars with access to the boardwalk and all facilities. In terms of facilities and amenities it is not family friendly as the pool was only for age 21 and no restaurants with buffet (only set menus).

So amazing! We loved our stay. One thing I would say, the pool deck was beautiful and worth the extra pay. However, the way that it operates leaves little to be desired. People go to the pool and then learn the details of what is required to r there the space from the young workers there. It’s not fair to them that THEY have to field all of the fists in for this corporate decision. I know that emails are sent out letting me people know, however they can easily go overlooked and the spa and pool area can easily be accessed. If this is clarified at check in AND then those who desire to use the pool and spa services pay the and are given a special key, then those poor pool boys don’t have to keep dealing with angry customers. It’s the corporations job to support and empower them. Not just pit them in the front lines like fresh meat.

I loved everything about Nobu it was a great experience . The only thing that would have made it better is being served food while at the pool. I booked a day bed and and everything that comes with it, but i had to get my food from down stairs

The rooftop pool was below average in size and dirty . Also the chairs I paid was like bar stool that was soooo uncomfortable and inappropriate for the pool . I have never seen in any other hotels to pay for the pool as guest of the hotel except daybeds and cabanas.

Great location, fresh and clean.

The room is beautiful. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Nobu rooms were much nicer than the other rooms in the hotel.

Check in was quick and the desk clerk VERY courteous and helpful. The room/bed was comfortable and the towels were huge and plush. Shower was luxury. Only complaint was the glasses were dirty. They were on the counter in the bathroom and looked like they has been sprayed with hairspray or conditioners from previous guest and since they were not flipped over, they were not replaced with clean ones.

The room was clean and spacious. The room had a nice view of the ocean.

The room had a bad odor something similar to raw seafood. There was a blood stain left on the sheet. A lot of hair left on the shower floor. The drawer panel on the long counter where the TV was stationed fell off.

Holes in the bedding, ruined & damaged room, rooms are not sound proof like they advertise so expect to be up all night line I was while the boardwalk parties go all night until 2am. Wouldn’t stay here again

Smells like smoke all over including in non smoking rooms. Was charge extra to book a lager room I did not want but was force to get, that room smell like cigarettes. I am very disappointed. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and they refuse to connect me to one.

Lovely little section of Ceasars. Nobu has special rooms on a few of the floors of the casino's hotel. There is a separate check in area for Nobu. It was overall nothing that special just branded differently, however, it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.

The room was spectacular with a equally spectacular view!

The room was clean and spacious. The room had a nice view of the ocean.

I like everything all I was missing was a microwave

The nobu is a level up well worth your indulgence! From turn down service to lovely toiletries and views it's well worth it. The only thing I would change is a larger refrigerator. They stock a mini bar in 75% of the fridge therefore we couldn't keep any leftovers or extras unless we paid for the mini bar and snack items.

The guests in the adjacent room kept their television volume at an excessively loud level throughout the entire night. Despite the late hour, the noise was so disruptive that my wife and I were **unable to sleep at all**. This has left us exhausted and deeply frustrated, as we chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful experience. THE SOUND INSULATION ARE TERRIBLE

Panoramic view is awesome. Room decor is just okay but saved by the panoramic view. Bathroom is updated and very nice EXCEPT barn door for the bathroom is literally 2inch too short in width leaving a gap on both sides of the door SOoooo someone can see you on the toilet!!! Really a bad DIY example of craftsmanship

We had excellent service from the Nobu Hotel. The check-in area was quaint, and there was only one couple ahead of us in line. After checking in, we washed our hands with some warm scented towels that we were provided along with some tea. The Room was swanky, and had a nice of ocean and city view. The espresso machine in the room was to easy to use and was very good. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay, I didn’t rate the service a perfect score because the Nobu check-in lounge was closed without any notice where to check-in, therefore I had to call information who referred me to the Caesar’s front desk for help.

The check-in was elevated and executed beautifully. Loved the tea and the towels. We had reservations at the Nobu Restaurant. Lovely dinner but they sat us next to the service station, which took away from the ambiance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The first desk employee at Nobu was very hostile and rude when our room wasn’t ready after 4pm. We went back to the desk at 5:10pm to request a room at Caesar’s since Nobu wasn’t ready and a much kinder desk employee (Claudjia Mitchell) explained the entire situation for the delay and gave us a suite immediately. Had it not been for the first, hostile employee it would have been 5 stars

The Nobu check in was quick and easy and we were greeted with hot towels and tea. The room was beautiful and bed comfy. I will definitely be returning

Unfortunately my stay was not great. Caesars had a lot of work to do to make Nobu what the literature wants it to be.The staff at both Caesars and Nobu were not friendly or welcoming at all! 1.Nobu Hotel - signage was little to none. I could not figure out where to check in. 2.I stood in line for 20 minutes, got to the counter and was told "oh you're in the wrong line" you have to go across there. 3.Got to the Nobu side then was told their credit card machine wasn't working and to go back to the other side where I originally was( mind you I have had to lug all of my luggage the entire time back and forth). 4.I was handed my room key with the room number, no instructions on how to get to my room or anything.After 15 minutes of wandering i finally asked security where Nobu hotel was. 5.Got to my room door( the room number on the key card jacket) and the keys do not work.Had to go way back down to the desk again. I was told "oh you were given the wrong room number and keys. Finally got to the correct room. 6.I requested an additional blanket as soon as I got into the room, I never received the blanket during my entire stay.7.The bathroom had green duct tape on it and the dark brown door paint was chipping off in several spots. 8.I went to open the dresser drawer and the front of dresser drawer fell off and almost hit my foot.9. advertise a room bar, there isn't one.10.The fridge is so tiny you can't even fit leftovers in it. There is more to write just no more space

I was so excited to stay in the Nobu section of this hotel and when I showed up at 8pm I was told I didn’t have a room available. I was so disappointed. I stayed here intentionally knowing I had a large commute the next morning. I was with a friend and her room was ready with no issues. I was given a regular room in the Caesar side. It was not a terrible room and had I not been planning on the Nobu room I wouldn’t be upset. It was a nice room. Just not what I booked. Not what I paid for.

Nice hotel and location, but a 45 min. line to check in is unacceptable! All 4 self check-in machines was out of order.

The room was great and the private check-in area is a big plus. The service is terrible. We tried to call for questions about parking and later for a bellman and the hold time was over 15 minutes. Plus there was no bellman (that we could connect with) to help on Sunday for check out.

Nobu check in closes early so you have to check in at the front desk even if you have a Nobu room reservation and the line is very long. After I went to my room, I noticed the toilet did not flush. I called front desk but no one picked up. It was cause the room phone called the Nobu check in which was closed and not the front desk check in. I had to go down and wait in line again to speak to someone about the broken toilet. They said they are out of Nobu rooms and will send someone to fix the toilet which will take about an hour (it was already 10pm) I asked if they can call after its fixed and they said they can’t because its two different groups and suggested I go check on it in an hour. I asked for the regular front desk phone number to call if it wasn’t fixed. I went up after an hour at 11pm and noticed it wasn’t fixed. I called the front desk number I received before but no one picked up so I had to go downstairs for the 3rd time and let them know. They said the maintenance person had gone home and wasn’t able to take a look. Miraculously though, they had one room left at the Nobu floor and changed rooms for me. As Nobu rooms are supposed to be high end, I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with how they took care of the situation and make the client go up and down multiple times in the late hours to get this rectified. Also the shower sprinkles water on you so it takes forever to shower.

The property is really nice. Many of the restaurants however were closed. For some reason, most of the fun things to do there were shutdown. Except gambling of course. Atlantic City itself is dirty, not all that safe to walk around in, and the Boardwalk stinks of marijuana. You hit clouds of it often while walking. The beach was kept clean.

From the moment we walked in the woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and very nice. Walk right outside and your on the board walk. Amazing views of the ocean

Great location, fresh and clean.

The hotel was beautiful as well as the room for the price. Room was comfortable and had good amenities (steamer for clothes) nice robes, good hair dryer and hair iron. Had good black out curtains. Located in a good area VERY close to the local hospital and also from the outlet shopping area (was a 10 min walk). The area was safe to walk around to the other casinos and the boardwalk was easy to get to. We stayed for 3 nights in April and was perfect, not overly crowded. We intend to return in the summer to enjoy the beach and pool area more.

Our stay at Nobu Caesar’s Palace in Atlantic City was exceptional. Although the weather wasn’t great, the hotel’s elegant design and warm, attentive service made up for it, providing a relaxing and luxurious experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. Dining at Nobu was a highlight, with exquisite flavors and a sophisticated atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of watching **Hook**, an incredible show that left us in awe with its captivating performances and stunning production. Despite the weather, our stay was unforgettable.

A few points to consider before booking: 1. They charge for almost every possible amenity including the snacks and water in your room. If you lift the snacks from their placeholder in the room for longer than 15 seconds, it will automatically charge to your card. This sounds silly yet feels like an intimidating experience. Not to mention that the snacks are severely overpriced. 2. When booking a reservation at their restaurant they ask you to pay an extra $25 if you prefer window seating. 3. Their resort fee of $31 actually comes out to $39 which is mandatory, includes WiFi for two devices and you will receive a $5 parking voucher. Parking at their designated garage is $15 per day. 4. The Nobu restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which also means room service would be unavailable on those days. All to consider, it feels like you’re being nickel & dimed for every minor thing you touch or use….

Room phone not working. No service. No room service. No way to get breakfast before 8am. Very limited restaurant choices. Non-smoking room smelling cold tobacco. Incompetent staff. Noisy, could hear next door guests arguing like in our room.

The Caesar's Atlantic City, is an “okay” place to stay. I did stay on the 44th floor (top floor of their nobu hotel) and I must say I was not impressed. The restaurants closed fairly early, also just a heads up if you do decide to eat at the hotel and take a carry out back to the room there is not a microwave… The hook show was very nice, wish there were more shows and attractions at the hotel. Went to the spa

The customer service includes AI Concierge. It is ok unless you have human setbacks, rooms not ready, phones not being answered, breakdown in communication, etc. The staff is at best polite but indifferent. Our encounters were with individuals in the physical but giving off disconnected & not interested. After 3 hr. Delay checking in due to outsourced linens, on Friday night, who should have to ask for courtesy of late check out, vouchers to eat? Late check out costs $50. Please no more apologies. Ivy, the AI Concierge apologized each time I reached out & nothing was done. The Highlight was Nobu! Definitely what we have come to expect. The staff were connected, accommodating & super knowledgeable about specials & recommendations. The food was 5 Star! Nobu restaurant staff & food are worth the visit to AC. As for Nobu Hotel, be prepared to be received & treated with less than helpful problem solving staff should any hotel inconveniences occur. Note, Nobu Hotel had 2 Reservation desks, one VIP & one not. Guess which one we encountered?
