The facility itself is very clean and accommodating. The staff was very professional and friendly.....and very helpful. I would recommend the Surestay and gladly stay there again when in town

Wonderful bed, excellent split Aircon, outlets by the bed, reading lights at the bed, clean bedsheets, 4 pillows, clean towels, rainshower plenty of hot water. small refrigerator, very clean. Hot water kettle was clean. Easy to use room safe. Big TV with several movie channels. we parked our motorbike downstairs in the secure parking free. we were there as a couple, but my mistake was not selecting two adults when I booked, and so I got a free breakfast only for one adult. It doesn’t make sense to me since the room was for two Person’s. They charge me 250 pesos each day so my wife could have breakfast. so a warning to make sure you click the number. It seems very petty to me, but I didn’t want to argue at checkout. The breakfast certainly was not worth 250 pesos. And it’s really a cheap shot for a Best Western hotel, charging $40 in neighborhood full of $20 rooms at other hotels.

Our room was clean and smelled good! The beds are comfy and the linens looked and smelled clean. The hotel’s location was perfect for what we came to Cebu for. I’d stay here again.

Clean and smells good

This is a very clean hotel with a great location (close to downtown Cebu City). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

We didn’t end up staying here because the room we were given had a window that was completely whited out and had an unpleasant odour. Although the place was very clean and the staff were nice, the hotel does not look like the photos. Under the circumstances, I wasn’t going to ask for a room change and we decided to go elsewhere.

Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it.

Or room han no windows.. No coffee available or other drinks..For the price in the Philippines not normal..The hot water in the shower was luke warm..Stafe was great friendly and helpful..For the price i would expect a lil more per what u get at hotels at same pricing..

Nice hotel, great value. The AC in our room was noisy however, made a loud dripping sound all night.

This is a good budget option in the middle of the city. Nice breakfast options every morning and responsive staff. We had a minor problem with bathroom plumbing and they were quick to accommodate us with a room change. A busy street out front so the lower floors are a little noisy. Overall good value.

I booked my families stay here from April 27 to May 2 and June 29 to July 3, as my brother had a scheduled follow-up appointment with his ophthalmologist and my nieces had eye check-ups as well. Given my unfamiliarity with the area and lack of knowledge about other nearby hotels, I opted to book here. My husband and I had previously stayed here with my brothers in November during our vacation in the Philippines, and I personally experienced unfriendly service from the staff, including the guard, front desk, and housekeeping. Although I did not write a review at the time, I have decided to speak out this time. Furthermore, the guard's comment to my brother, suggesting that they should stay at a different hotel near the hospital, was unacceptable to my husband and me. I have personally encountered the "Mata Pobre" attitude during my stay at this hotel, where the staff seemed to judge us based on our appearance. Despite booking an eight-night stay and spending a significant amount of money, my family and I were treated unfairly. The primary reason my husband and I chose to stay here was due to its affiliation with Best Western, as we have consistently had positive experiences with the brand. However, I will never book a stay here again and will advise my friends to avoid this hotel.

Welcoming vibes upon arrival. Newly renovated, clean and convenient.The receptionist was professional (Bryan) made our check-in easy and comfortable. Helpful and friendly security man or bellman (Ian). I'll stay here again next time I'm in Cebu.

Hotel is clean and their staff are so helpful. I had a very late check in and they allowed me to stay til 2 pm for my checkout. The water pressure in the shower is not strong…

The Staff was excellent and loved the fact breakfast was included which was very different each morning from the local favorite fare in the Cebu region.

The bldg next to it are delapidated and abandoned, its kind creepy and scary walking at night.

The Facilty are So Clean, Foods are Good, just a step from Hotel we can take a Jeepney to Downtown and the fare is P13pesos USD .22 cent Only Your in Downtown

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Was uns störte: Abortfliegen aus der Dusche und dem Abfluss im Bad und Wohnbereich. Die Dusche hatte nur lauwarmes Wasser. Am schlimmsten jedoch das Frühstück (06-10 Uhr) um 08:45 - leergefegt. Nicht einmal mehr Gläser für das ebenfalls fast leere Wasser. Nur noch Essensreste übrig, nichts frisches, alle Behältnisse leer. Es blieb bei einem Kaffee! Der Service war sehr nett und freundlich, alles andere war wirklich unterdurchschnittlich.
