Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu

It was àn awesome stay, clean room, friendly staff. Pool area clean with attendants on duty. Bar staff.on call, good drinks. The buffet was well priced and a variety of choices. Walking distance to the House of Lechon.

Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. It was very convenient having a free chilled water machine on our floor and just down from our room. There's Sky TV with local channels plus YouTube. Ayala Mall is directly across from us, as well as a McDo and a 7-Eleven. There's even a jeepney/ Aircon van terminal there as well, across the street. The swimming pool was a little small but the environment around the pool and the bar made up for it. I would highly recommend staying here, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is closer to a 3.5 to 4 star in Canada. Nice gym and outdoor pool (4ft deep) and a small wading pool for small children. Ayala mall is steps away. Easy to call for grab or taxis. Hotel takes down the taxi number for guest safety.

Staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower has great pressure. Pool is very nice with a bar . Across the street from Ayala mall but have to play frogger to across the street. Excellent buffet that serves breakfast, and dinner. I have stayed at many places in Cebu and this by far is my favorite city hotel .

The property is perfectly located for easy travels. The gym is clean and never overly crowded. Breakfast service is great with both Filipino and American style. However by far the best thing about this property is the staff. Absolutely 💯 perfect service from check in to checkout. Well done you all are terrific!!

Quest Hotel was close to the Ayala Center Mall. In addition, Quest Hotel had their own dining options, which included a breakfast buffet. There's also a pool on the 7th floor if you ever need to cool off.

I Booked in for a member of my staff to stay for five nights-n the first night of his stay he had cockroaches in his room and the bathroom so he was moved to another room. On the final night when he came back to the hotel after dinner, there was a cockroach on his bed. All of this was also after he was relocated to another room, which had the exact same problem. There were even insect sticky pads in room in plain view which clearly says the hotel management know they have a cockroach problem in the guest room. We wont be booking or our staff or clients to stay here again.

The staff were nice though I had big issues.. for a 19 night stay on 7 occasions no clean towels were left 2 occasions the room was not cleaned at all Would not stay there again

The staffs are nice but however I saw baby cockroaches in our room. So I think they should fumigate the room to kll roaches hiding inside.

The buffet breakfast was still good. Unfortunately, the rooms have musty smell. Everything is outdated. Air conditioner has been leaking every time we stay in this place for 2-3 consecutive years.

First and foremost the workers /staff were perfectly fine. All staff members were incredibly Friendly and accommodating. The hotel, however , was horrible. Facilities were old and dirty. We had a 19 night stay and room they put us in was the dirtiest, oldest, smelliest, air conditioning didn’t work and broke two times. Horrible. Horrible old hotel and the room given to us was unsatisfactory (#1103). I partially blame Expedia for the overinflated ratings of this hotel . Only after the second time the air conditioning broke dripping water everywhere on the floor and on the bed, did the duty manager finally move us to a new room. We had already been living here for 12 nights and after the air conditioning broke the first time they should’ve moved our rooms. In fact, as we were staying for 19 nights, they should’ve put us in a better room from the start when we checked in. They did not. It seems they gave us the worst room possible and we are not sure why. We have pictures. We will say the new room they moved us to, #1036, wad much better, much nicer, much cleaner, and they should have put us in THIS room to begin with when we checked in. Regretfully, we will not ever stay here again and we will never recommend this hotel to any of our friends or family. Expedia is partly to blame!! Adding insult, our room #1103 actually had a cockroach. We have pictures and a video.

I had a great stay at Quest Hotel and Conference Center in Cebu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to assist even without being asked. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest perks is the location. It is right across from Ayala Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. However, the rooms are quite dated compared to the photos and feel a bit tight. The air conditioning was also not cool enough for the weather during my stay. Despite these things, the staff and service were so exceptional that I would still return to this hotel the next time I visit Cebu.

Staff are always very friendly, but some rooms starting to get run down, but overall a comfortable place to stay, will stay there again for the convenience of down town,

Wifi was broken. I could not use the internet at the Hotel.

It was good hotel. But there is another door conncecting to next room. It was locked but no soundproofed. I could totally hear the TV sound from the next door. I don't understand why they designed the room like that. Except it, other things were good.

Super comfortable room. The room was spacious and really clean. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Only problem was the key cards. Took a long time to get into the room with the card. Seems all the people on our hallway had the same problem. Might be time to change the sensors.

I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine. The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. A small criticism I do have is that water leaks out of the door when showering because the water doesn't drain quickly enough. The pool is small but ideal for sun bathing. Staff were attentive if you wanted to order food or drink. And pool toilets were always kept clean and tidy. So the reason why this hotel gets a 4 star rather than 5 from me is because the only place I could get good wifi was by the pool, even though my room was on the pool level. In my room, the wifi would work for a couple minutes max before ceasing to exist for the next 45 minutes, at least. This made wifi completely useless, and I had to pay extra charges to use my mobile internet abroad. I will be staying here again next year and hope this issue is resolved.

Disappointing Wake Up Call Service. Requested for a wake up call but unfortunately no one called!

The front dest staff was really helpful. Specially when I arrived early. They did try to check me in as early as possible.

Greay position opposite the Ayala Mall, good breakfast choice, rooms were cean. Evening meals were very reasonable and a good choice and variety of food. The main reason i gave 5 stars is the staff. From the Consierge to reception and the doorstaff. Every member of staff we encountered were polite, respectful, extremely helpful and welcoming. They made a big difference. They were wonderful yhroughout the 5 nights we were there. We would definitely return to the hotel if we stay in Cebu City again

Stay away from this hotel. Their room service, reception, house keeping phone lines are always busy You will have to go to reception physically for every little thing. Despite complaining many times nothing changed. They deliberately leave things like this when they are short on staff. Imagine trying to order room dining at midnight. There are better hotel options around the area. Don’t take this hotel

The Quest staff is the best! They go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Need to be careful if you are a light sleeper to not get a room on the lower floor facing the street. The pool side is excellent.

Great location. Facility was very nice, clean, with plenty of staff available to help. Something seems to be wrong with their billing system. Paid for dinner, an extra day, and a late checkout. Had to show my receipt for each of those things as the staff was insistent that I hadn’t paid. Didn’t like that at all and won’t stay there again because of it. Nothing worse than paying the bill, leaving a generous tip, & then be accused of not paying.

Great services

We, had some date changes & this was no problem, they accept without issue, then we found we had left an important document in the left luggage at the hotel, we were on another island, it was no problem they arranged a security team to open the luggage & email the documents to us , again without any problems, the staff at the hotel are all magnificent, as this why we will stay at this hotel always when in Cebu , on this trip of 8 weeks , we will return 4 times , it’s simply the BEST, thank you to the Team at Quest Cebu

Not Welcoming and not nice when trying to upgrade my room. Then trying to charge me more than I recieved in Quest Hotel email one hour before arriving and when I told the manager on duty (Cindy) She acted like pissed off. I am very happy me and wife have stayed there many times in the last Seven years and unfortunately most likely will never return. There are a lot of nice Hotels in the are and will be coming back to Cebu in February. As of now I believe we will try the Nustar Hotel and Casino near the Seaside Mall. Hope this message will be read by someone that cares about the future of Quest Hotel.

As long as you stay inside the hotel it’s fine… Take a taxi from the hotel, just fine… Walk to Ayala… You will get harassed during the day by beggars … I admire their persistence but it wears on you…Just keep that in mind.

アヤラショッピングセンターのすぐ近くではありますがそこに行くには交通量の多い、信号のない道を何とか渡っていくのでかなり危険です。近くにいろんなお店があるのでとても便利ではある。 ホテルはきれいとは言えませんがお値段が安いので仕方がないです。

Close vicinity to Ayala.

アヤラモールまですぐで、近くにレストランもあり、過ごしやすい立地。古いホテルだが特に問題なく、コスパが良いと思います。

The hotel was very nice clean and the security made you feel safe.The hotel staff was very friendly and and eager to help you. We had few issues with our room and they were immediately taken care off. The restaurant was fabulous the breakfast buffet was the best I ever had. The restaurant staff where great and very friendly. They were always there to fill your coffee and help with anything you might need. I would definitely add the breakfast to your room booking.

A repeat guest at this property, it was good to return after a hiatus, partly due to the COVID period. While the room was clean and well-,appointed, there were signs of wear and tear.On a rest stay after a long international flight, I spent some time in the room: I found the tv channels very limited, so chose to use my phone to watch YouTube videos instead. Room service menu was available by scanning a QR code but since I had no scanning app, I had to call for the service to list items available. Small details for me, however. I was traveling with a couple whom I met for dinner at Puso, the hotels restaurant. They chose the buffet..I am not a fan of buffets and decided to order a la carte. This is where the restaurant's score went down for me: my dining companions had almost finished their meals when my dish, a simple eggplant parmigiana was finally served. If a restaurant is going to offer a la carte, then they need to beef up this service. All in all however the hotel met my expectations and I will come back again.
