Our stay in Radisson was a positive experience. Me and my wife were there two days and got everything we expected. We couldn't use the pool because of maintenance other facilities were great. The breakfast was fantastic! I can only recommend Radisson Blu to other guests.

Following a lengthy stay at Radisson Blu Cebu, I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff, especially the executive lounge team, who were phenomenal throughout my trip. Jamaica, who was one of the hosts in the executive lounge, delivered exceptional service throughout my stay. The entire lounge team and chefs tailored the experience to fit my needs, and nothing was too much for them to do for me. Kenneth at the bar and Riza the manager were also superb and looked after me well. Housekeeping were also excellent. Thank you Radisson Blu Cebu! I will definitely return.

Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the swimming pool in booking websites. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu hotels worldwide, the stay was still pleasant and maintained well, above average and value for money. Very good location.
