AC was noisy; the staff was generally friendly, especially housekeeping. We asked for extra towels and firm pillows, and were told there would be additional charges for these items, which was surprising. The lobby lighting, even in the daytime, was dim and a little gloomy, as was the lighting in the hallway on our floor.
