I arrived at front desk at 8:30PM and waited almost 30 minutes for anyone to appear. Owner/manager shows up with hair wet and says he was taking a shower. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Owner/manager then tries to charge me extra for non-smoking room. I had booked on Hotels.com and intentionally looked for "non-smoking vs smoking" selection, but COULD NOT find that ANYWHERE on the list of room options. I explained this to him and he spent several minutes arguing with me about it! He finally gave me a room with dried paint spots all over the floor. The next morning he RUDELY knocked on my door and said that it was 11:30. He charged me part of my deposit for leaving at 11:30AM instead of 11:00AM. I explained that I thought checkout was at NOON, as I had not seen any information on the checkout time. He was very rude and said I should have known and that it was on my receipt. I don't know what receipt he was talking about since he NEVER gave me one and I had booked online. As a small business owner myself, I am generally sympathetic to owner/operators of other small businesses. However, his LACK OF ROFESSIONALISM and his POOR ATTITUDE ensures that I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

It was no TV service door locks was broken terrible smelling sheets and pillow cases I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the breakfast was horrible the man that put it out had the same Dusty clothes he had on night before and he just threw something up there never want to experience it again
