Good location and clean. But the AC in the house doesn't work well. I'm glad you had fans in the bedrooms or it would've been a bad nights sleep. No fans any other place in the house. No WIFI connection was given which was a little inconvenience. Basement where the entertainment was had a couple of things we couldn't use due to worn out or no material at all. We managed with what we had. Good place to stay for conveniences.

House is perfect for a group of guys getting together for fantasy football. Spent countless hours on Golden Tee, and when we weren't playing games in the basement we were throwing a football around in the backyard/patio area.

This property is definitely worth a stay if you are looking for a great place to kick back and watch football and play games. The outdoor space is amazing and the basement game room is terrific. It would be a great place for a guys trip or bachelor party.

Great basement and patio. Nice open kitchen, living room and eating space. Room for everyone and lots of things to stay engaged as a family without needing an iPhone taped to everyone’s hand. Very fun, nicely decorated and just off the highway making it easy to get places.

From the moment we booked, this has been an incredible experience. The communication from management was clear and prompt. Easy access to the home, which is absolutely spotless. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, all the kitchen necessities, a great grill on the patio, and of course the downstairs bar area which was perfect for watching March Madness games while playing pool or shuffleboard. The little touches made a big difference, like the laundry pods, makeup towels, and Aveda hair and body products. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy access to downtown and has grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The Boston themed basement was just icing on the cake for our New England family! I almost hate to review because I want to keep this place all to myself whenever we travel to Denver. By far, this was the best home that we have rented.

This house was one of the best I have ever stayed at through a rental app. The basement is the coolest hangout spot ever, we spent almost all of our time down there! The only knock I have, is that the photos in the listing showed an extra couch in the basement, that was not there. We were planning on using it as a sleeping spot, so we had to go buy an air mattress. Overall though, this place is an absolute GEM. ,

The house was sparkling clean, the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful and check in was easy.If you need an easy dinner, we recommend Esters for pizza and salad. We hope to stay again!

Every year my family of four travels to visit a new (to us) MLB park. This year was Coors Field. My sons are now 23 and 19 so we like renting a VRBO which allows more room to spread out. We absolutely loved this sports themed home. It has the most amazing game room. Many games of shuffleboard and Golden Tee golf were played. Furthermore, this home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood! We also loved the little bunny that would frequent the yard!!

This place was great and fit just what we were looking for on our visit. The only thing missing was a place to relax together and watch movies, as the couches are not too close to the TV in the living room. But the game room is so great we spend most of the time in there.

This home has something for everyone, including pets. Starting with a large open living, dining and kitchen that would please any cook to a large master bedroom with a remodeled bathroom, this house has it all. The basement is a game lovers paradise and the back porch and fenced yard are perfect for people with dogs or kids. It was incredibly clean and the hosts were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Just one thing we all agreed was that the house temperature is too warm. We did ask for the thermostat to be lowered but even so, it stopped I guess at their set times and made it difficult to sleep even with fans blowing.

From the moment we booked, this has been an incredible experience. The communication from management was clear and prompt. Easy access to the home, which is absolutely spotless. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, all the kitchen necessities, a great grill on the patio, and of course the downstairs bar area which was perfect for watching March Madness games while playing pool or shuffleboard. The little touches made a big difference, like the laundry pods, makeup towels, and Aveda hair and body products. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy access to downtown and has grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The Boston themed basement was just icing on the cake for our New England family! I almost hate to review because I want to keep this place all to myself whenever we travel to Denver. By far, this was the best home that we have rented.

Great basement and patio. Nice open kitchen, living room and eating space. Room for everyone and lots of things to stay engaged as a family without needing an iPhone taped to everyone’s hand. Very fun, nicely decorated and just off the highway making it easy to get places.

Everything was perfect. You should charge more! It’s worth it. 10 min from downtown. I’ve rented in Denver a few times and would love to use this house exclusively. I felt safe. Great neighborhood (unlike downtown Denver) yuck. Great decor and extras.

Starting with a large open living, dining and kitchen that would please any cook to a large master bedroom with a remodeled bathroom, this house has it all. The basement is a game lovers paradise and the back porch and fenced yard are perfect for people with dogs or kids. It was incredibly clean and the hosts were great. We will definitely stay here again.

We had so much fun! Such a great house for the five of us. Spent many hours downstairs shooting pool and listening to music, played cards outside on the patio, walked to Esters for cocktails and amazing food..great house/location. Would definitely rent again!
