Sehr praktische Lage nahe Tahir Platz, große Dusche und großer Kühlschrank, sauber, Frühstücksbuffet im obersten Stock mit sehr freundlichem Koch, der einem zB Omlett oder Falaffel macht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kostenlose Abholung vom Flughafen (ab drei Nächten) war sehr praktisch, da im Ankunftsbereich jede Menge Leute ein Taxi vermitteln wollen. Die Betten fanden wir etwas weich, dafür sind die Kopfkissen harte Schaumstoffblöcke. Wie auch in anderen Bewertungen angemerkt, ist es für diese Lage nicht so laut aber es schadet nicht ein paar Ohropax dabei zu haben. Den Safe kann man nur nach Reprogrammierung durch einen Angestellten benutzen (Trinkgeld) und standardmäßig wird nur eine relativ unergiebige Toilettenpapierrolle bereitgestellt. Unterm Strich würden wir es noch einmal buchen.

O hotel é muito bom, instalado a uma curta distância de restaurantes e cafés. O prédio aparenta ter sido recentemente remodelado, destacando-o da precariedade da rua em que está instalado. Quando cheguei o hotel não encontraram minha reserva no Hotels.com, foi preciso abrir o aplicativo e comprovar que estava reservada e paga. Como não tinham espaço no hotel, me transferiram a 1a. noite para um outro hotel da rede deles de categoria inferior. Deixo registrada minha insatisfação com essa desorganização.

清潔さは極上、コスパ最高。天井の高い部屋は実に優雅。 シーリングライトが１つ玉切れしていたのが惜しいところ。価格から考えれば仕方ないのかも知れないが、部屋でお茶が飲めるぐらいの「ごく普通の」セット（電気ポットとティーバックとカップ）ぐらいはあるとよかった。 グラスも歯磨き用の物しか置いていないので、ジュースを買って飲むにも不便。という事で星四つ。 新築で輝いてるホテルである事には間違いない。エレベーターの箱にドアが無いのはエジプト流。

Começaramos por trocar de quarto uma vez que o inicialmente disponibilizado cheirava imenso a tinta, havia sido acabado de pintar. O segundo não estava convenientemente limpo. O pequeno almoço era muito pobre. O staff era simpático e a localização é boa. O Hotel pode facilmente ter uma classificação boa se melhorarem a limpeza e o pequeno almoço.

シングルで予約したが、部屋の広さはそれなりにあり、綺麗で快適。部屋の清掃も頼めば毎日しっかりやってくれる。シャワー室の密閉具合もしっかりしており、水漏れなく、お湯の出もよい。 徒歩圏内にお酒の飲めるレストランも多数あり、日本円から両替可能なレートのよい両替所や地下鉄のsadat駅も近い。 ホテルのWi-Fiも問題なく使えたが、ホテルの壁が厚いのか、部屋では現地でesimで繋げたOrangeEgyptの電波が全く入らなかった。 とにかくコスパがよいのでお勧めです。

My daughter and I stayed at El Farida Hotel, for 5 nights. The hotel is a new hotel, very clean, confortable room, good Wi-FI, The manager and staff always with a smile and helpful. Good breakfast, bottle of water provided every day. Walkable to the old Egyptian museum, to bakeries, and shopping. Such a wonderful, lovely and enjoyable hotel. Rooms were amazing, clean, in the middle of everything and an oasis in the city. It’s super cozy!

The room (floor and bed )weren't the cleanest. The kitchen staff at breakfast was rude and short tempered when I made request. The breakfast itself was minimal.

Great location in the centre Cairo and very quiet!. Very comfortable and clean.... the staff are great.... when we are in Cairo again we will stay here!

I slept there one night only. The staff was keen and welcoming but the comfort of the bed and pillows was terrible. The noise insulation is very poor so expect to hear everything that’s happening in the rooms nearby. Otherwise it’s a practical location in a safe area.

The hotel and it's staff are good but don't expect to get a good night's sleep. There's a restaurant next door which plays loud music until 2:00am in the morning. I had booked for 10 nights and I hardly only managed to get any sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No English TV service. An excellent downtown location, a 10 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum.

My son and I have had the most wonderful stay here. The staff are friendly and so very helpful, kind and lovely. Breakfast was an added bonus and our room was large and spacious. Great location for downtown, easy to get taxis anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely.

If you're expecting a good night's sleep, this hotel is not the right place to stay. Through no fault of the hotel, I had 10 nights lack of sleep as there's a restaurant right next door which plays loud music until 2:00am. I would not recommend a stay here and will certainly not be staying myself at the next visit.

I cannot say much about the hotel since they moved me to a different one -- on a noisy street and a bit lower quality\cheaper. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but the substitution was not adequate. I received no advance notice that the reserved room was unavailable and nothing was offered as compensation.

We have fond memories of our stay at the El-Farida; after a few days, we became acquainted with its operations – from reception to breakfast service – and made a conscious effort not to overburden the staff with our requests. It's worth noting that the owner is genuinely committed to service quality. While he may not directly oversee every aspect, his influence is evident. Younger receptionists sometimes seem hesitant in their interactions with foreign guests, for example, it took them three days discussing the malfunctioning television in our room. However, the seasoned employees exhibit a commendable dedication, often compensating for any shortcomings. Nonetheless, everyone on staff is remarkably helpful and adept at addressing guests' needs. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and towels are available in the bathroom, and the air conditioning is dual-function, allowing you to raise the room temperature in winter (although it was unnecessary in February). Cattle is available upon request at the reception desk. This is a really great place. It's a mid-range hotel which outperforms a lot of higher-end places I've stayed in in many parts of the world. Even though I don't speak Arabic, the staff always made me feel at home. The manager Hassan was not only genteel but arranged for everything we needed logistically. We used drivers from the hotel for tours of Cairo's many cultural offerings as well as to Giza. There is also an amazing breakfast every morning featuring fresh, delicious Egyptian food. The hotel is also located in downtown within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, juice places, outdoor shisha and conversation places. Overall just a terrific place to stay. Highly recommended.

Hôtel très bien situé et calme malgré le bruit du quartier. Personnel très agréable. Salle de bain parfaite. Quelques un peu vieillots (Clim en particulier) et manque de variété au petit déjeuner mais globalement nous sommes très satisfaits. Une bonne adresse.

Very good accommodation! In the city center, in a great location, with modern, clean, comfortable rooms. A little gem! Special thanks to the chef for the magnificent breakfasts! The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern, I hope we will visit again! since Egypt is Egypt, just to be safe, check with them on the phone before you arrive :-)
